Went in on my day off. Took 20 minutes of walking around before someone finally saw me looking at a car and said “that’s sure a nice one”. Finally after another 10 minutes I found out it was sold. Since 2010 I’ve purchased 7 vehicles. Every other dealership I’ve been too was head and shoulders above this one.

I purchased at 2023 Toyota Cross. Kevin was such an amazing help at Toyota Kelowna as well as the team. He listened and made sure he helped me find the most affordable and the perfect vehicle for me. He definitely went above and beyond!

The experience my wife and I had purchasing our first vehicle at Kelowna Toyota was good. The seller was pretty supportive and helpful. Definitely we recommend this great guy! (Kevin).

However, when we went there before purchasing the car for checking the exactly amount we would pay, the other attendant (do not remember his name) guaranteed that we would not have any surprises on the amount to be paid, because we asked. Long story short, we ended up paying 5k more on the vehicle because of the taxes he did not mentioned it was not included on the previous amount + extended warranty. It was our first time purchasing a brand-new vehicle, so we should have be more careful with the full amount with taxes included but when you have the answer that you would not be surprised, that was not what happened because we were not informed. The option for the extended warranty was ours, we could have said no. However, it would have been nice if we knew about that option previously and know what was included with it so we could be prepared.

And to finish, yesterday (12/16) the front desk attendant was super unpolite and rude throwing the receipts of the purchase on the desk and running out of patience when answering our questions, maybe because she did not want to be there after 5pm in a Friday evening.

Basically, the experience was not bad but could have been better also because of our lack of knowledge.

Overall, most of the employees were very friendly and helpful specially Abby and Kevin. Definitely we recommend Kevin who's a great guy.

I recently bought 2018 Tacoma from Kelowna Toyota and can honestly say its been an absolute pleasure doing business with them. Jon from sales helped me find the right truck for my needs and answered all my questions. Cary in the service department went above and beyond to make sure my truck was serviced to the highest standard. They have a stellar team all around, whatever you need they will work with you to make it happen. Big thanks to everyone there!

Tried online booking again and worked perfectly.
Received confirmation of booking day before and the service provided when I arrived for appointment was excellent from start to finish. The mechanic even offered to throw out my recycling.
Comfortable seating with TV and coffee while I waited.
I definitely will be back!

Amazing service from start to finish. We ran into a problem with our brakes. Being from out of town we were concerned about getting help and how long it would take. Everyone at the dealership from the porters to Larry the shuttle driver and the advisors and service manager were absolutely fantastic. You can teach people what to do but you can’t make them have a great personality and this dealership has it all. The owner should be very proud of the team they have built. Would highly recommend and can’t thank them enough for making our visit short and we are now safe.

Service staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. They take great care of my car, the only people I trust to do the best job for my vehicle!

Dishonest and poor quality. Took my truck in to get a security system taken out and before they even started they told me my battery was dead WITHOUT EVEN TAKING A LOOK TO SEE IF IT WAS HOOKED UP! After I picked up the truck the stereo, interior lights, clock and power locks didn't work, when I went back in and told them I was told to take it to a local car stereo installer and have them fix it. They further told me that they were only supposed to remove the security system and hooking everything back up so it works would be extra and wasn't part of the original work order. Not only would they not guarantee their work but they wouldn't take responsibility for not doing the job properly. Brutal for a dealership.

I found Costa to be a great salesperson. He was extremely knowledgable and went above his duties. It was cold, dark and windy and he still went outside to apply by blackout labels and check my trade in for any items that might be left behind. Not to mention his addictive behaviour and laugh.

Nothing but good things to say about the crew at this Toyota. I had an issue with my Rav4 that was covered under a recall and Johnny from this location helped me out big time. The process was smooth and Toyota stuck to their word. Will always drive Toyotas!

Had an urgent marter come up with my truck and had a busy day. BJORN at Kelowna Toyota Service took ownership of my issue, was pectful of my time constraints and personally ensured my issue was dealt with expediously and professionally. If you need service, ask fir BJORN. He will take care of you!

I bought a 2021 Toyota RAV4 hybrid from Consta at Kelowna Toyota and he was very knowledgeable and helpful! I absolutely love my car and would highly recommend Kelowna Toyota!

We were in the marker for PHEV and they can be hard to come by. We contacted Kelowna Toyota where they had recently listed a used 2018 Prius Prime. Steve Renaud was immediately helpful and knowledgeable about the car and how it fit into what we were looking for. He even offered to pick us up later that day to test drive the car, which we took him up on as we had no transportation. We were thrilled with the vehicle, and decided to purchase it. We made life difficult for them by being unorganized, but Dave and Steve made the process easy on us-even lending us a loner car to get our banking details sorted out (remember no transportation). I will coming back to Kelowna Toyota in the future when we are looking for our next vehicle. Thank you, Steve!

Was in the market for a new truck and everyone pointed me towards Toyota. I've had my new 2022 Tacoma 4WD for about a week now and I'm loving every minute of it. Big shout out to Wendell Gillis! I came in looking for a hybrid RAV4. I talked to Costa, and he's awesome! I can't recommend these guys (and Costa in particular) enough. They're super nice, super helpful, and the whole place is dog friendly! Waffle is the best guard dog in her little sweater.

Having to travel a considerable distance and being under a time constraint Tala Crossley and the entire team treated the situation with utmost respect, had everything ready to go, and made the entire sale experience very fair and seamless.

The entire car buying experience at Kelowna Toyota was a positive one. From service, to sales, to finance, to insurance, everyone at this location seems to enjoy working there. The atmosphere was positive and there were no high pressure sales tactics.

Our sales guy, Mackenzie, was helpful throughout the entire process and beyond. He answered our questions, offered insight, and helped us make the right decision for what we were looking for. He busted his butt throughout the day to make sure our purchase (used) was cleaned, detailed, and as perfect as possible by the time we were ready to drive off the lot.

Immediately after the purchase, one of Kelowna's illustrious drivers decided to get free swinging with a door in a parking lot. Since Kelowna Toyota was already going to buff a touch up started pre purchase, they did me the extremely kind favor of buffing out my brand new scuff as well. Not something I would ever think a car buyer is entitled to, but a gesture that guarantees this happy car buyer will continue to return for ongoing service, and probably our next purchase, hopefully years from now.

And finally, last but certainly not least, the best dealership dog award has got to go to Waffles. Maybe that's why everyone there is so happy? !

Recently moved to town which is why this was my first service at Kelowna Toyota. Angela was incredibly friendly and helpful. She dug into the service history and determined several items were completed ahead of schedule and thus expensive items such as transmission fluid flush wasn't necessary for quite some time. It seems as though this Toyota is there to foster a long term relationship with their customers rather than profit today.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new vehicle there. It was top of the line care and time spent helping my family feel confident and cared for. They truly value there customers and we could tell. Everyone who worked there was very knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. I highly recommend them and look forward to working with them again.

I called Toyota today just to inquire about why the brakes on my 1998 Camry might be squealing. I thought I would need new brake pads or routers or both. After a super pleasant phone call, I was able to get in a couple of hours later. I dropped my car off to be looked at and the complimentary shuttle dropped me off to do some shopping. I then got a call that my brakes are fine, and I just needed a tune up! Hurrah! After another hour the work was done, I got shuttled back to the dealership, and they even washed my car for me. The service was so friendly, fast, honest, and the whole experience was so pleasant. I even got a free key chain, hand sanitizer and flashlight for my car. Ha ha! Awesome. Thanks team Toyota!

I just want to rave about Jayson Gazloff! I came in to toyota not expecting anyone to help me find a perfect cat for my family after a horrendous divorce and Jayson was able to change my life with a brand new car! I have been a Customer of Kelowna Toyota for about 17 years now. Just last week I took my 2011 RAV4 in because some mice chewed some wires and my engine light was on (I didn’t know why the light was on when I drove it in) I left my vehicle and Veronica called me the very next morning and told me what the situation was and that I should contact ICBC immediately and start a claim. I did exactly that and ICBC told me it would be 3 weeks before they could deal w my claim and that I needed to arrange w them to get a rental. I called Veronica back w the claim # and told her what they told me. She got right on it and the next day she said my Rav4 would be ready by Friday! (3days after I took it in!) No need for a rental! She had got a hold of an adjuster and did her magic. This was such a relief - one less thing (getting rental car) on my to do list and an example of the type of service I have received from this dynamic, friendly and efficient organization. Andy was showed me the hes a great salesman when I when to buy my camry. He listened to word I said and made sure to delivered on what he had promised. I would for sure recommend all my friends to Kelowna Toyota and to buy cars off Andy because of the service he gives.

The service we received today was a very unpleasant experience. They refused to fix my 2019 Toyota Camry (that’s I purchased December 3rd) through warranty.which it should of been covered through on my factory warranty. My window had fallen of the tracks and stopped working. They tried telling me that someone had “tampered” with it and refused to cover the expenses under the warranty. So i ended up receiving a bill for $140 plus taxes for someone to look at it because they claimed it wasn’t under warranty which it should of been. They tried telling me it was of been $280 in shop time and $208 for the part. Luckily where I got my car from was kind enough to pay for that expense seeing how I had only had my car for exactly one month. Then at the end of all this they tried to buy my car back! Wow! Talk about outrageous!

I had a great experience getting my first brand new car from Kelowna Toyota. I was searching for a sporty car for a while, Steve Renaud helped me with the process throughout and got me a limited edition 2021Corolla Apex. I love my new ride. If you are in need of a new vehicle, I would definitely recommend them. Kelowna Toyota have a friendly staff and they make you feel valued.

I mean mac was friendly. Told him won't pay listed price. Told 24k. Was 27k not 24. Seemed like was only in for a sale. Lots off fee s.and dubble dup on fees. Hyundai only fees are administration fee. Seems kinda unfriendly in that manner. Shaddy almost.

I was looking at replacing my minivan with an SUV in October this year and was considering few different makes and models and Kelowna Toyota was one of my first stops the salesperson Sean L was extremely friendly and helpful, he was patient and thorough in answering my many questions and provided additional information on my multiple visits and even after I left the dealership. He was one of the reasons I bought my Toyota Highlander. He was great throughout the whole process and making sure I was getting all services and information needed even after the sale. The sales and service department staff are wonderful to deal with.

Over the past 20 years I have bought two new and 1 used vehicle here, as well as had multiple service experiences. I have recently had a poor experience so I left a poor review about overselling a used vehicle and a problem with parts.
I am very excited to report that I have been in touch with Kelowna Toyota management, who are not able to change the rules made by Toyota Canada, but are willing to help me recoup my costs for the parts I have lost. The oversell of the vehicle was a few years ago so that's in the past, but hopefully that was an isolated incident and we will all learn from it.
I am very impressed by how respectfully I was treated, and by their willingness to engage and find a solution.
As a result I have upgraded my review. I think it speaks well of them that they will work hard to maintain relationships and reputation.

I really wanted that dependability again so I went to Kelowna Toyota just to have a look and see what they could do to help. I walked in the building and people were busy shuffling around as they do. Then I met Wendell, kindly shook my hand and asked what he could help me with. So I told him the whole story about my experience with my Corolla back in the eighties. He laughed and said “ well you are in for a treat, the Corolla is still the same bullet proof car it has always been but with some really cool upgrades. ”
Anyway to make a long story short, I am now the proud owner once again of a Toyota Corolla and I gotta tell you, I love it! Wendell, I would like to take this time to show you my appreciation for your outstanding service and professionalism. If you need a new car or truck (I hear the Tacoma’s are pretty sweet! ”) drop in and see Wendell at Kelowna Toyota.

Being a young female adult, its hard to be taken seriously as someone who is serious about buying a car. I was suggested to go see Caity Crow at Kelowna Toyota to buy my Tacoma. I have known for a while I wanted a Tacoma, and Caity didn't try to talk me out of it, ask why I wanted a truck, or any of the typical responses I usually get. Caity was excited and treated me with respect. She took me seriously and helped me get the Tacoma I wanted for the price. I asked to keep it under a certain amount and she was able to do it no problem! She made me want to buy a vehicle from her. She was honest with me, especially with the wait times for the truck, and tires. She kept me in the loop about all the details as I waited patiently (ish) for my truck. I HIGHLY suggest dealing with Caity at Toyota for any of your vehicle needs.

Bought a toyota Tacoma in October. Requested running boards to assist getting into truck for my wife who has mobility issues. The running boards were the same height as the doors. Upon receipt we noted that they would not work. They would not rectify the situation. Said that we would have to purchase different ones if we wanted them. They knew why we needed the running boards. Totally unacceptable. We had paid for the running boards with the purchase.
