On a recent trip from Vancouver to Kelowna the Transmission in our F350 started to overheat. On the recommendation of a shop in Vancouver we spoke to Randy and Ivar. Even though they were fully booked they managed to diagnose and repair the issue, which included flying in a part. They went above and beyond to help us out.

Ivar, Randy and the team at Kelowna Transmission exceeded my expectations when I brought my truck in for work a while back. They fixed issues with my transmission and kept to their estimated price for the work. They advised on things to consider down the road but never pushed to over sell me on work that wasn’t needed. It’s nice to have a shop you can trust that will fix your ride in a timely manner the first time. Thanks guys!

My cars clutch went and this was the only place near so I took it there and they quoted me so much that i went back home and called every other shop near by ans to my surprise everywhere else charged about half the price. On top of that, they charged me 75 FOR THE QUOTE and I couldn't say no b/c they had my car.

Terrible, no respect to call customers back. Terrible service when called for a quote. Seems as if I was bothering them on there time during work hours. Very passive-aggressive.

The transmission cooler on my cadillac blew apart from my radiator. I was quoted big money for the rapairs. Jolene and the technicians worked TIRELESSLY and ENDLESSLY on putting together quotes on ALL of the options i tried to take to save the car, but unfortunately the value of the car is only 50% of the total cost to repair. Sadly i had to purchase a new car, but regardless, they worked VERY hard for me!

I was happy with the service the provided and their communication. Would definitely use them again.

Fixed my transmission, was told by another shop I would need a complete rebuild, they diagnosed it properly and I only needed 2 solenoids

I had my 2006 Ford Escape towed to Kelowna Transmission. I had a problem happening with the transmission. They fixed it asap and I went and picked it up. When i picked it up on Friday, i found out when I got it home that something was leaking from the tranny. Unfortunately by the time I have saw the second problem they were closed. I didn't have a vehicle the entire weekend and work two jobs. Monday I called and they had it re-towed immediately. Fixed it up and the next day had it ready to go for me. They even paid for a lunch for me for the inconvenience. I would definitely recommend Kelowna Transmission. Even though I had an issue after they fixed it, they totally made it right.
