The customer service here is beyond extraordinary! I took in a non functioning power head today and they diagnosed the problem and fixed it while I waited. I have a central vacuum system installed by them, and they have always been friendly and prompt to deal with. I would highly recommend them if you want a quality product at a good price with outstanding customer service.
