Had some issues. Things got complicated. Was initially not really happy but Graham went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of and treated fairly. All in all it might not have been an optimal experience but in the end I walked away satisfied.

What amazing service!

Graham and the service team at Kelowna Ducati went above and beyond to accommodate my very limited schedule to get my bike in for service.

They graciously answered my abundance of questions, and not once did I feel like I was a pain, or they didn’t have time for me.

The truth is, your selection of Ducati service vendors is quite literally only them, so we’re all very lucky to have such a first class place as our only option!

Brought my quad in there for thousands of dollars in repairs and warranty work and was assured the person working on my quad was one of the best in Canada. I then put my quad in storage until the next hunting season, which is when I realized that the plastic fenders and covers were put back incorrectly even bolts and plastic rivets were missing, and nothing was lined up properly. I can only imagine what’s missing where I can’t see when I called the service manager Graham he gave me big time attitude and the general attitude in that place is piss poor unless you’re buying something then they are your best friend. Whatever you do stay away from the service department. They are lucky they sell a quality product or they be bankrupt fast!

They serviced my Surron electric dirt bike after some damage from a nasty spill. It came back working perfectly, and cleaned up like new. Price was fair. Friendly service. Very happy customer.

Went into their parts department today with a mission impossible request for an old Yamaha part. They went way beyond expectations to come up with the small but vital part I needed even though they knew I was from out of town. Two thumbs WAY up!

Graham and Crystal in service are awesome too! When I was having issues with the lower unit on my engine, they were able to get me fixed up right away and back in action!

Can’t say enough about the great service I received there. I tried for 3 years to get someone to fix my 30hp Yamaha outboard. They got my motor back promptly and it works great now and the bill was fair. Thanks Kristal and most knowledgeable technician Ken.

Great experience with service department. I've had major service done on two bikes this spring. The bikes have been returned cleaned, any issues resolved quickly, and good communications on where things are at.
Parts and riding gear upstairs has also been great to work with, very friendly.
On the sales floor, can't think of a time where I've gone in the dealership and so much as looked longing at a bike without a friendly person coming up to ask if I had any questions.

Nice clean store but seriously lacks showroom service. I was in the other day to check out their inventory on touring jackets and the latest in touring bikes. I was in the store for about 20+minutes and nobody ever acknowledged that I was in the building. I realize that there is a supply chain issue but now is a good time to up your customer service. This is the second I have been to this business and I am not impressed. Back to Honda.

This dealership is the absolute best! Every time I go, which has been several times - there is always some one to help me right away.even when it takes me an hour to decide on gloves, helmet or any other accessory. I not only shop here but I also get my Yamaha TW200 serviced here, too. Josh is the absolute BEST; my bike was repaired in less than a day. Sales and service where terrible. Worst Yamaha dealer ivea I've ever been to. Bought a motor for our boat to cross the straight of Georgia. It started acting up after 8 hours of use. Nearly stranding us. Yamaha wouldn't help other than tell us to go to another Yamaha dealer in the opposite direction we where going with a motor that barely ran. After spending $10s of thousands on Yamaha products I would expect so much better than to abandon their customer. Telling us there is water in the gas. We have a water seperator installed with a new filter. No service once they have your money they don't obviously care. This destroyed our holiday. Thanks Yamaha Kelowna!

I rolled in with my motorcycle after riding 1000km from Alberta needing my chain oiled and tightened since I forgot my road repair kit like a dummy. The staff was super helpful, tech came and did it right away. Very helpful, customary friendly people.

After a breakdown of my new ural Kelowna Yamaha has agreed to take on the warranty work to get me back on the road without having to go back to the coast. This is awesome service. Thanks for the great help.
This was set up by the ural distribution company in Washington state and myself. I hope to be on the road soon.

I was on a ride from Los Angeles through parts of BC and Alberta when I experienced some problems with my Multistrada 1200. Davin and North took care of the situation and got me back on the road to LA. This is a top notch organization with a very caring staff. I would highly recommend them for your Ducati or Yamaha.

Got my first dirt bike from them. They answer all my question and got me the bike that I want it. They made sure I was happy with what I want. I will be going back there when I’m ready to get more toys from them. Thank you

Excellent service. Kelowna Yamaha does services all brands of bikes. They have helpful staff to assist you in getting parts for any brand of motorcycle.

Bought my first boat in 2018. It was a new 2018 Yamaha AR195 from Mike and we loved it. Brought it there for winterizing and decided to go bigger in 2020. We traded it in for a new 2020 Yamaha 212X from Mike again and the family loved it even more.

The first time we took it out we noticed that there was a lot of water that would come out of the drain plug when it was pulled out of the water and immediately thought there was a leak. There were other issues like speakers not working, front hatch that was replaced and front cushions. Mike had a worker come to Kamloops from Kelowna at the end of the year to pick the boat up and trouble shoot the leak. Mike had his tech change the plug and they thought the leak was fixed. Mike had his worker drive the boat back to my house which was awesome.

Put the boat in the water the following year and noticed the same issue of a lot of water coming out of the drain after pulling the boat out again. Unfortunately Mike had moved on and now starting dealing with the owner Terry. Terry was quick to do the same thing as Mike and had a worker pick up the boat at the end of the year. Terry had the boat out in Kelowna for 4 weeks but couldn't make the boat leak. Terry had his tech service and winterize the boat and had his worker drive the boat back to my house.

Here we are in 2022 and took it out on the water and I immediately found the leak where it was taking on water. Called Terry right away and he quickly responded like usual. Terry met me at the store on his day off so I could drop the boat off and the following week we went out on the water and tested the boat. Finally after 2 years no water so far.

I can't say enough about the amazing customer service that Terry and his team have given my family and I.

This is the reason that I will always come back to Yamaha Kelowna.

Beware Ducati owners. I brought my Ducati XDiavel S and this dealer 1) sold me on an old front tire (a 2017 front tire when I purchased this in 2022) and incorrect tire model for this bike and 2) they could not figure out why my back breaks were not working (it was a known break line issue resolved by another dealer in a morning and at no cost) and, as a result, I paid $300 to them just for them to tell me they didn't know what was up with the bike and talking about needing to replace the ABS. Crazy. If you have a Ducati, I'd suggest you think twice about bringing the bike to this dealership. I cannot speak to their Yamaha experience though. I hope this helps others!

Darren is one of the finest ‘Parts’ person I have ever come across. Knows his stuff cause he owns Yamaha products. He has been super helpful with tips and tricks on parts and installs. Thanks for having such an awesome resource person.

Love the atmosphere here at yamaha. Went in to get some parts and spent 45 minutes just hanging out with the staff looking at all the toys I wished I could afford. Great staff, great atmosphere.

Kevin was awesome. He made sure the bike I wanted to test drive was ready to go. When I decided I was going to purchase her he got the paperwork done quickly and when the financing was in place she was ready to go! Kevin made sure he gave me super advice on the first few thousand kms and what to watch for. Great service, comfortable with no pressure sales. I couldn't be happier. Not my first bike purchase in Kelowna but my first with Yamaha. Would definitely return in the future for my first lookie loo!

I have been dealing with “Darren” at Kelowna Yamaha Marine since I bought my boat. He is ultra helpful, professional and an all round excellent representative for this outfit. I’ve also had excellent service from other staff. It is so refreshing finding a place with such positive employees. Highly recommended.

Bought and Installed new front and back tires on my FZ6R. Darren got me the best price and Graham guided the installation. Tires are great, the install was top notch, and dealing with Graham was excellent. I've also purchased accessories in the past. I can't say enough good things about Terry's team at Yamaha. Mike was great when I first started inquiring with quick responses to my emails. In the shop, Russ was awesome to deal with and was super knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions I had. Also, very patient with waiting until we could finish the transaction. Thank you all. Also the girl they have working was awesome with my daughters and helping them pick out helmets

Prices are higher but they've always been super helpful! Really appreciate Darren and his crew in the service department. They've helped me over the phone several times and went out of their way. Great group to work with. Always earn my respect and my business.

A huge kudos to the crew for getting me back safely on the road. Shop was booked up but still managed to get it on the hoist a turn a much needed wrench. Their customer service and technician is top shelf, much appreciated guys!

I've had quite a few bad experiences at this store for parts, but Ryan always makes it better in the end if I wasn't dealing with him in the first place. If Yamaha could clone Ryan to work at the parts counter too then this place would be a shining 5 star business

Everyone here is so helpful! Bought 2 new bikes here this year and we were treated so well! Mike came in on his day off, got us great deals and Pierce was so great working with me for the perfect gear and extras! These guys go way above and beyond!

Mike took great care of me on an awesome new Yamaha YZ450. The process was quick and easy and everyone at the dealership had a great attitude and was eager to help.
