Walked in and the women working that day was very helpful - answered all my questions about what type of yarn I could use and the differences between the brands. Their selection is large and the available colours and weight are vast! The selection of knitting needles are a little fancy/expensive for my taste but I am a hobbiest who doesn’t knit in the round haha

What a lovely shop! Great selection. The colours! Many wonderful samples of what you could create! Was in there Wednesday. THE BEST Customer Service and knowledge.

Worst customer service. My email and telephone message was not responded to. When I called five days later, the lady said to call back and talk to Cheryl again. I tried to tell her I hadn’t been able to talk to anyone and just had a question. She seemed resistant to talk to me, like I was interrupting her, but I finally persuaded her to listen to my question which she answered. However, she made me feel like I was bothering her and wondered if she even wanted my business. I would love to buy local but as a new knitter, was very disappointed with the whole experience.

This is a wonderful store. Excellent friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff and great selection of yarn.

I wish their business hours were accurate, I drove twice from out of town to find the store closed.
