I received delivery of a new tractor recently that was purchased at Kemlee Equipment Ltd.in Creston, BC. Matt Fox, the Sales Manager, did an excellent job of talking me through selecting and deciding on an appropriate model of compact tractor for my application. On the day I received the tractor, he spent as much time as was necessary to go over all the operation functions, controls, and key maintenance aspects of the tractor with me. He also showed me how to disconnect one of the implements and connect a different one. I am very pleased with the thorough attention to detail he has displayed through the whole process. I have used the equipment for about 10 days now and am very satisfied that it has sufficient power for my requirements, and that it is very ergonomically designed.

10/10 would not work or apply there ever again. Was treated extremely poorly they wouldn’t sign off on my apprenticeship hours, they were under paying me, after my 90 days was just about up they let me go for “being to slow” even though nothing was being shipped in due to bc floods. Shop Forman screamed at me and threw a tantrum. They haven’t had a successful apprentice for years because they never carry out employment. I’ll never be a customer of there’s

Customer service is absolutely terrible. The staff treated my father in law in the most despicable way, accusing him of trying to fraud them out of a new key for $25. He got
a key that did not work, and the employees would not believe him. They treated him extremely poorly. Finally tried the key, and came to realization he was right. The manager and the employees there were rude, and did not offer an apology. We both own Kubotas, and would never own one again. This business has lost thousands in future revenue because of the horrible customer service. Would not consider shopping here, drive a couple blocks down to John Deere. Save yourself the headache.

Dan at Kemlee is super efficient, friendly and helpful. I've dealt with Kemlee for years now on a variety of tractors and will continue. Great first name.give him a raise! Thanks for the great, speedy service!
