From Prince George. My wife spoke 2 times and I 3 times about the bumper assembly - they all said on site but had to pay before they pull. Drove down - paid and then get a call they can not locate! At great expense came down - cost me 800.00 for a wasted trip!
VERY disappointed - Oh and they only take debit or Etransfer.

On March 14 th 2023 I purchased a used Nissan C. V. T. Transmission from. Steve at Stave. Falls. Auto. Wrecking- partner company to Kens auto recycling- very soon after purchasing the transmission and asking STEVE to replace the transmission or return my money (which he refused to do) as it needed a new torque converter as it had been dropped-and also a new valve body— Haseeb offered to replace the valve body but then refused to do-so— my request for a replacement transmission or my money back is what I want—- I have a signed receipt for the transmission dated and signed by STEVE at. Stave. Falls. Auto Wrecking for March 14 th 2023- he said the transmission had 109,000km on it

They are very rude.on phone they give me price 250 for ac compressor when i sent my staff they said its 350….

The worst store I’ve ever come across. I bought a car engine and it was delivered after a week. When i called at the store, the guy literally threatened me to slap me in the face. Worst customer service! Avoid at all costs!

The owner Omar then called me and assured me everything was alright and no further problems’

Needed a spare tire for a buddy’s car to get him back to the island. Don’t remember the guys name. Might have been Ken. It they were great and saved us $50. Ken auto recyclers you rule. Thank you

Call them Wednesday for parts, tell them I’m coming from the island and I’ll be over Friday morning. They say they’ll have it all ready for me. Show up Friday morning tells me they need an hour to pull the remaining parts. I leave for an hour and come back to be told they don’t have the parts. Wasted 8 hrs of my day and $200 in ferry fees. Wouldn’t recommend wasting your time. Buy elsewhere

Go to PRO AUTO recyclers instead they are right down the street and they have a location in abbotsford.you can save 50% or more.
I got the same part from pro auto for $189 inc tax for which these crooks quoted me 650 plus tax. It was a steering columns for my mazda. Way too overpriced.

Terrible service. One brother gave me a quote. Spent half hour searching and isolating the price. When i was about to buy, other brother omer was chrging double the price. Has to leave the part. Poor customer service, overpriced, terrible experience, not worth to go

This place has always been professional. Very clean tidy. Do not expect to borrow any tools. Come prepared.

I know it's one of many wreckers down in bridgeview and I will say that Kens is the best way to go for cheap parts, cheapest prices and a good selection. I won't go nowhere else.

Called multiple times for a bumper and finally got a conformation and price.showed up and had to locate the part myself with vague direction and turns out the car was all parted out.didn't even had a back in of anything.these guys are lazy AF.
