Really Bad experience. They didn't lift the car fully. They tilt the car one side and change the oil. Oil didn't flush fully and they add new oil. It's better do it at home. People paying you there hard earn money. Then you should do it your job properly. I didn't get it you guys didn't flush the old oil properly and add new. What the point to do oil change then.

Asked for a last minute repair and they were very accommodating, even when I made the mistake of asking to use old gaskets, they waived their fee after disassembling and finding that the old gaskets were not reusable.

A+ customer service, knowledgeable staff, efficient. Aman Singh was the car mechanic who fixed my Toyota's belt that caused the car to screech. On top of that, he quickly identified a crucial engine problem that was a malfunctioning oxygen gage, which he replaced immediately. Aman was honest, polite, and patient to describe what was wrong with my vehicle. I highly recommend this business. I've been a customer for five years and each visit has been high quality.

Easily the best mechanics in surrey, Sahil and the rest of the team helped me get my car ready to sell off, they all personally stayed 3 hours after work to help me make sure the car was ready to go for the next owner, all of them are very humble and very hard-working people, some of the nicest I met, happy to call them a friend of mine and all my car issues will be handled them, I recommend them every time

Really greatful to Ken's Auto Service. My truck broke down on the side of the road today, the belt and some other pieces had to be replaced. They allowed my truck to be towed there even though it was close to closing time and they stayed late to do the repairs so I could drive home with my truck tonight. Professional service, they went the extra mile. Highly recommend and will be using them in the future.

I would give this place 6 stars if I could! Sahil and his team are high quality professionals that take you and your car seriously. I went to about 5 different mechanics looking for some advice and solution for a problem with my car, Sahil was the only one who was able to help me out throughout months. He not only fixes all sorts of problems but he genuinely cares for you, and I can't say that about alot of mechanic shops. I will always be going here for anything car related in the future. I Don’t have words to describe and appreciate Sahil (owner of Kens Auto), He is a gem, a beautiful soul and true humanitarian. I went there first time with my Land Rover on a reference. Initially, i was unsure if i could get service as per my standards but believe me sahil did an excellent job And definitely above expectations. Although i never ever went to local mechanic for service as i had previous history with Land Rover, Jiffy and CA Tires but trust me Within 2 weeks i returned again to get Full service done Including all oil change plus Tune-Up. I got my Toyota Camry serviced at Kens Auto Service, Surrey. They fixed my issues well and even gave me a 3 month guarantee. The guy named Sahil is awesome. He even delivered my car at home. Highly recommended.

I dont usually write reviews, good or bad, but this is the one time I just have to. My boyfriends car unexpectedly died one morning so he had it towed to a near-by dealership, they told him he needed a new engine. Before agreeing he phoned around and was recommended Kens Auto. Upon calling, Sahill (the owner) diagnosed it right over the phone and told him to get it out of there as he knows its just in need of a gasket. Took it to him, and yup, gasket, thus saving us a couple thousand!

I had a minor oil leak on my Lexus RX 350.had a few mechanics looked at it and could not diagnose the source of the problem. I had a friend recommend Kens Auto in Surrey. Sahil the mechanic there was not only able to pin point the issue but did the repair for a reasonable price. Would have cost almost 3K at the dealer. Cost me 1/3 compared to dealer quote. No issues with the repairs. Would highly recommend Kens Auto Service to all.

Came here right after the new owner Sahil took over. They were still renovating the shop and hadn't fully opened but I had Ken work on my car right before he left. Sahil had lots going on trying to open the new shop and still helped me when my car totally died and I was strapped. They did a great job, great price and very honest. I'll be coming back to get more work done on my old elantra.

I had a tricky rattle underneath which took some time for sahil and his crew to find (shocks seized), but they were determined and ended up not charging me for that time. It was good honest service and I would recommend sahil to others.
