Wonderful services once again (waxing and eyelash tints)! Always a pleasure to come to Kenza, a repeat customer.

I have been going to Kenza Day spa for years and feel amazing every time.

Service: Top notch! Najwa and Stefan are attentive, personable and always know have to make guests smile. Najwa is always willing to answer all questions I have about any service she provides.

Quality of work: I have been getting my eyebrows, facials and microneedling done by Najwa for years. She is detail oriented and takes her time to make sure I receive the customized treatment needed for my skin type. I have seen a huge difference! The hyperpigmentation, acne breakouts and scars have decreased significantly.

Value for Money: Good. If you want to invest in yourself that requires putting down a decent amount of money. Well worth it.

Environment: Always clean and calm. Tranquil spa music plays in the background.

Had to the most amazing Hydro facial today! I’ve been to many spas. Some in whistler, Vegas and Sparkling Hills and paid through the nose for them and NONE of them have come even close to the one I had today! And they did Extractions! My skin felt so great, was relaxing and my skin is absolutely glowing! Already booked in for next month!

Raman is an absolute gem. My skin has never looked or felt better! She is extremely thorough and has magical hands! Great conversationalist as well with great advice (That actually works!)

Owner went out of their way & waited after their working hours just to address my concern:) What I like is their quality over quantity as it's totally family operated business now. No crowd, no waiting & no rush to finish & take as much clients as possible.
I have got different facials to a full package of acid peels in past & liked their services offered at reasonable price than other salons & their services listed with prices so we know what we are getting in a specified priced service.

Most importantly no selling. The other salon I visited for a regular facial offered me to buy $3000+ radiation treatment for acne for months which I never inquired about because I knew my acne are temporary. Upon getting prescription from my family doctor my acne cleared in less than a week.

I used to visit this spa but they have reduced their hours after covid i guess & never brought it back to way it was. The hours are not very flexible for full time working professionals. They should have late evening hours or full saturday/sunday like other spas.

Absolutely appalled with the service. They don't even deserve a one star rating. I will give a more deserving salon my hard earned money.

My favourite place to go for a massage. The facility is always very clean, the staff are respectful and the atmosphere is quiet and calm.
