I met Jackie when I started having lower back pain issue last December and urgently needing help. Jackie is very knowledgeable and a great listener. She listened to my issue and explained how acupuncture will help my lower back pain.

Since it’s my first time, she explained the process thoroughly and thoughtfully before placing any needles on me. She ensured I’m comfortable and always given me a peace of mind. I’ll definitely recommend her services to anyone.

All staff at Kenzie Welness New Westminster are all amazing thanks to Fargo, Bobo who always very nice and welcoming at the front desk and also to my amazing RMT Wicky whom, by feeling the muscle she already know what bothers me even without telling her, highly recommend! Jackie Lin is excellent at what she does. She is the best Acupuncturist that I have ever had in Canada. She is very smart and humble. She listens well and answers all my health questions. I am giving her credit for the good feeling I have had for the past few weeks that I am seeing her.

Jackie is absolutely brilliant. I was looking for a treatment to help with fatigue and headaches, not only does Jackie make you feel at ease and comfortable from the first second you meet her, but she is also very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain and treat my conditions from all angles (sleep, work, mental health, eating). Jackie is very patient, kind and fun to talk to! The treatments are super relaxing and i always leave feeling wonderful! I highly recommend Jackie to anyone that would like to give acupuncture a try! It's a life changer.

The chiropractors, registered massage therapists, and kinesiologist are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and true masters of their craft. Went in for a few sessions to get rid of some pain, Dr. Sirus Vakilian was very helpful and introduced me to where exactly the problem was and proceeded to give treatments in a professional manner, would recommend!

Great experience here at Kenzie. I've had some shoulder pains for quite some time and after just 1 session which was assesment and treatment it felt a whole lot better. I saw Dr. Nikki and she was very thorough and explained everything as she went along.

My husband and I had a series of chiropractic sessions at Kenzie Wellness Center and it was a fantastic experience for both of us. Dr. Ranjit was very knowledgeable and skilled. He was very accommodating and able to effectively address our specific needs and concerns. He also suggested to us some regular neck exercises to do at home, which have been very helpful in maintaining the benefits of the session.

Overall, I highly recommend Kenzie Wellness Center for their chiropractic services. Dr. Ranjit (chiropractor) was exceptional, the staff were friendly, and the facilities were excellent. We will definitely be returning for future treatments.

Great attention and correct diagnosis. Nikitha is a great physiotherapist and knows what she's doing.

I have been seeing Nikitha for physiotherapy for my car accident injuries. She is great and is very hands on. The last place I went to was hooking me up to machines and leaving the room. I feel great after each of my sessions I would definitely recommend her to anyone with shoulder and mid back pain

Enough cannot be said about this friendly and welcoming clinic. The trusted professionals are knowledgeable and personable. Each staff is unique to their profession and deliver a treatment plan that works. In my case their is a collaborative approach which makes it so convenient to attend ONE clinic with direct billing. Very convenient and stress free. Thank you to Fargol and Dr Ranjit Sandhu for the last minute accommodations when I really needed it!

Dr. Ranjit is very knowledgeable, and professional. I have a on going lower back issue that most Doctors ignore as muscle pain. Dr. Ranjit was able to identify the problem, provide immediate pain relief, and follow up with solution. Excellent service! Definitely recommend

I have a pinched nerve in my lower back. I tried therapy clinics on the island where I live with no success.

I booked an appt with Kenzie wellness centre for the spinal decompression therapy.
After just two appts I felt immediate relieve.
I am now following up with a private trainer for lower back and core muscle building.

I’d like to thank Mr. Sandhu for his excellent care and advise.
I wish he would move to Parksville where so many seniors could benefit from his expertise and state of the art equipment.

I am extremely pleased with the practitioners at Kenzie. I use their chiropractic and RMT services and I can say wholly they are 100% professionals. Ranjit is hands down the best chiropractor I've ever had adjust my back.

Dr Sandhu the Chiropractor and Charvet, the RMT have been helping me with my Car Accident Injury and Sport injury for a while now. I feel a lot better after each session. Highly recommend both therapists. Beautiful Facility too!

Kenzie Wellness offers all the services you need, they offer Direct Billing to insurance companies too! Also, very impressed with Dr Schiavon, the naturopath! She is very caring and helpful.

I went in for chiropractor appointment, staff was very friendly and accommodating! I got X-Ray completed as well with detailed explanation and tips on how to improve my situation with my neck and back. Amir did the adjustment for me. He made me feel very comfortable and I felt great after! Will definitely be going back and highly recommend! It's a nice new building as well.

Highly recommended! I've been in their New Westminster location and I'm looking forward to go to this new location as it's closer to my work place.
