I went to buy shoes for my daughter on Friday. Nothing came out of the sales lady’s mouth that was not insulting or insinuating! Very disrespectful After being a customer for 12 yrs, I will never shop there any more!

Very helpful customer service and generous return policy. Bought slippers for my mum that were perfect. Had ordered different ones from Amazon earlier, but found out too late they were not returnable. Definitely going to shift back to in-person shopping here!
