Took in a tote bag to be fixed. They lined it with fabric and charged me $50! Paid $1.50 for the tote bag when I originally bought it! The only reason I had it repaired was for sentimental value but not a surprise of $50.worth of sentiment. I tried explaining to the young lady working but she was insensitive to my case and refused to escalate my concern. Very disappointed.
