A single mistake in operation has led to my eczema for over two years due to some very unprofessional staff and their techniques.

I underwent 8 treatments of the Glutathione IV at Kerrisdale Skin Medical. The treatments most definitely did not achieve the promise of brighter skin. The package is a complete scam and Kevin the consultant did not mention that there was a cheaper glutathione injection option at all. When I brought this up to the front desk by claims were denied. The technicians also so not seem to be very experienced. The glutathione IV is administered with a "complementary B12 shot" that was not mentioned in the consultation and is a very painful injection. During one of my sessions I had intense pain so bad that I almost went to the hospital. I was told it was because my arms was too tense during the injection. If that is the case then the injector should not have injected the B12 at the time. I was also never offered compensation for this useless B12 shot that I didn't want as I already have high B12 levels. This place is a complete scam and they will not refund you for the rest of your treatments if you purchase the 8 session package for glutathione IV.

Everyone on staff is friendly and professional. I had a great experience with Tina who did my microneedling treatment. After one treatment, I started to see improvements on the texture of my skin. Tina is also very knowledgeable and has great advice on how to take care of your skin and recommends high quality products.

I had a combination treatment of hydrafacial and microneedling with Tahnee. She was very friendly and walked me through step by step what to expect. I was comfortable throughout both procedures. My skin was glowing after the hydrafacial. I'm looking forward to the next time I get to repeat these treatments.

I really love the Brazilian hair removal of KSM. I did my private part hair removal last year at KSM and the result is amazing. There is nearly no obvious hair at my private part and I feel more comfortable and confident when I put on my swimsuit.

I came to Kerrisdale skin medical to get coolsculpting done with one of their technicians, Amanda. I have been thinking about doing cool sculpting for a while but I was always unsure. Amanda explained the whole process in detail and put all my worries at ease. Everyone was so knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming! It’s a really peaceful environment. I never really considered getting anything else done but now that I feel super comfortable with them I’m definitely going to book some other treatments:)

I had an IPL treatment with technician Peiling a few days ago, she is very kind and knowledgeable about all the treatment at the clinic. All the questions I asked were well explained. Definitely a great to go if you want anti aging treatments or skin rejuvenation.

Great service! The staffs are friendly and patient to answer all questions I had before each service. I had Pennie for Pico Way and Vivian for Thermage. They were very professional during the whole process and constantly followed with me after. The most importantly, the result of the service I did was amazing! Everybody told me that my skin gets so much better after two Pico Way treatments. After that one Thermage treatment, the result is so obvious that all of my friends can see it! Called in and made an appointment for filler and Botox. The front desk was very welcoming. The place was very easy to find. Clean and relaxing environment.
