Sharon is rude and unprofessional. She billed wring and charged me for an EMERGENCY extraction. Then refused to call blue cross to learn how to bill correctly. I'm unable to discuss as a patient so forcing me to lose 200 dollars. Dr Kaur should be avoided as the extraction was enough for her to admit her arm hurt. Not to mention the unnecessary pressure on the tooth next to it which is now loose. Took 2 hours for one tooth. But it's the Sharon that is incompetent to learn the necessary billing and caused me debt and stress with her childish rude customer service

I had to undergo a sudden root canal due to my own negligence with dental hygiene, I was seen fast and taken care of very quickly, roughly 30 minutes after I called to make an appointment. Fantastic doctors, they worked efficiently and my pain was minimal. My root canal went smoothly and other than what I assume is typical pain after such a procedure all is well. They have found a new patient in me. Thanks again for taking good care of me.

Went in for Mercury Removal - Dr. Kesteven and the team made sure I knew exactly what was going on throughout the entire procedure and explained everything in great detail along the way. From the moment you walk in, everyone is very friendly and accommodating. Sharon is wonderful, Olivia is amazing. By far the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Absolutely incredible. Glad I called the right place. 11/10 would recommend.

Had an emergency visit to Kesteven Dental Care studio where Dr. Kesteven performed a surgery on a broken tooth. The office was able to fit me in first thing in the morning at the start of their day on very short notice. Dr. Kesteven has an excellent bedside manner and was extremely gentle and considerate in his procedure and used the latest dental technology available. His staff at the front desk and in the operatories are top notch. I would recommend this office to anyone who wants the best dental care possible.

Dr. Kesteven, his admin and professional staff are really a heads-up organization. Kindly and warm service, alert to any discomfort and aware of the details of payment and insurance. Flexible arrangements that recognize occasional scheduling problems - and they fix them! Great.

Dr Kesteven and his team are really awesome on what they do. I felt relaxed in the chair while my procedures where being done. I felt no pain during or after my procedure. I was really amazed on how awesome this team is. I’m not going anywhere else but here.

Wonderful experience. I has not been to the dentist since I was a child due to anxiety. Right from the moment I walked in to the clinic all the staff were so welcoming and accommodating to me. Dr Keseteven was wonderful as well explaining all the procedures we had to do and answered all of my questions. Currently waiting for a phone call from him as I had a sedation appointment this morning and I guess he does a courtesy call to check up on his patients. Amazing staff, amazing Doctor, beautiful welcoming clinic. Will not be going anywhere else for an future dental needs.

My visit was good today and Tava is always aware of my sensitive gag reflex. She is very gentle in her skillful way of putting me at ease. A visit to the dentist is not the most favorite experience on my list, but I’ve had confidence in Dr. Kesteven and his staff during the many years I have been attending your clinic and the good care I have received.

I never dentistry was an art and a science. Very thorough and looks at your overall health when examining your teeth. Very gentle when it comes to needles, I didn’t feel a thing! Do yourself, and teeth, a favour and go see these people. Friendly and expert team.

Dr. Kesteven is an all around great guy who treats his patients with the upmost respect and empathy. He is not above checking up with you after having work done and he is easy to get in touch with.

A great dentist for the family!

After suffering an injury to his face, I brought my son in to repair a broken tooth. He was nervous about the procedure so really appreciated how kind and patient Dr. Kesteven was as he took the time to explain everything and put his mind at ease. The outcome was better than we anticipated -the tooth looks perfect and we are both very pleased.

Tava was very good. Before she started she explained what she was going to do and the tools she was going to use. I felt no discomfort as she cleaned my teeth. Before I knew it she was finished. Thanks Tava.

I have had a lot of dental work done since i was a child. Dr. Kestevan is the best dentist I ever had. He is kind and gentle. He does great work. For example, my bite was way off and i was often biting my cheek. He fixed the problem and i have not bit my cheek since then. His staff are also friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Kestevan and his staff.

I can’t say enough about the professional care I receive from all the staff at Kesteven dental care studio. But what makes me come back again and again is the genuine caring they all have for my wellbeing, it’s so comforting when you are scared or nervous, they put your mind at ease. It is beyond excellence. I would without a doubt recommend Kesteven dental care studio to all my family and friends, Just ask them, because I already have.
