Amazing place with great food and very enjoyable live music. Very friendly staff as well! Would definitely recommend.

The keto matcha latte cake was disappointing. I could hardly taste the matcha and I thought it was a little too sweet. When you try to take a forkful, you’ll notice the texture is very crumbly. When I first saw the cake slice in its clear take-out box, it looked very dry, too plain, and thus, not appetizing.

The Keto burger was juicy and tasty. The Keto Shepard Pie is not bad, all beef brisket, but a bit tangy and sour.

This place is my go-to restaurant for lunch whenever I'm working downtown. They make you feel like you're part of their family. Eliza is awesome. She will always help you if you're not sure what to order and she genuinely wants to make sure that you enjoyed the food and will take note of your comments. The keto baked goods are so delicious you won't miss the carbs.

Got the Keto Sweet Sample Pack, for the price to be honest they lack a lot of flavour, especially the pumpkin in which I was really disappointed.
I understand as keto cooking with no carbs then it will lack some kind of tough consistency texture, but the flavour really lacks and they just taste very wet and flat with only a hint of flavour.
On a positive note they do have a long expiry date for your refrigerator but I really wasn't impressed and would not recommend.

Food is good with nice portions for price. Disappointed when I went in recently to see they are not following mask requirement guidelines during the pandemic. There were at least 3 staff without masks and a handful of staff not even wearing it properly. During my visit they seem busy with receiving or shipping, and 2 of the guys (one seemingly like the boss) were without mask and did not bother to social distance, zipping in between people. Given the tight space this was uncomfortable, will likely not be back. Food not worth it.

Caveman rocks! They are our go-to for indie film catering, Eliza always takes really good care of us during the ordering process.the food is nutritious, tastes delicious and keeps our hard working cast and crew well fed on set. I've also eaten lunch there when I'm in Gastown and really love it, will definitely be back when indoor dining reopens. Caveman is the best!

Lovely keto desserts - not easy balance incredible taste and also not feel sugar spikes of refined sugar. Great to have food that I know is not going to activate addiction centers. There are too many popular sugary carb things out there that people love and do not realize will cause inflammation etc. Recommend that if you want a healthy lifestyle, this is where it starts.

Keto Paradise. Moist salty caramel chocolate cake. First had this at Tera V Burgers and found this beauty at Keto Caveman Bakery. Even my non keto girlfriend loved it. Hers was the Keto Tiramisu. Will be back for more and more. 5 stars PLUS!
