I think I lost more blood than plaque when getting my teeth cleaned due to the technique my hygienist used while doing hand scaling. They mentioned my gums were irritated because it had been 12 months since my last cleaning but I'm pretty sure it was because of the scaling since I'm a brush twice a day, floss and mouthwash daily sort of person with no cavities. The tool was digging into my gums a lot, I felt it poke the skin every time and had the taste of my blood in my mouth during the entire time. I saw blood stain on my blue bib, I don't know if that's normal but it was a first for me. My teeth are clean but it was the most painful cleaning I've ever had, and I have a pretty high pain tolerance.

I've been a patient of Key Dental for many years. The staff here have always been incredibly friendly, kind and welcoming. Working in front line healthcare myself for 35 years, I can tell you this is no easy feat. A big thanks and appreciation to all who "present" to work here everyday.

The best dental care we’ve ever received! It’s been hours since me and my spouse left our individual appointments and we still cannot stop raving to each other about it. Historically, we have left dental appointments feeling like we were being duped or scammed into more and more procedures without clear indications. Not here! The team took their time to explain everything to us, discuss our options, and the costs of those options. They don’t pressure you into services that you don’t need. Friendly, professional, efficient, effective. What more could you want?

I had an extremely horrible experience at a previous dentist which caused me to avoid going to a dentist for 11 years. I finally decided to tag along when my mom had an appointment and was presently surprised. After speaking with Bonnie whom was absolutely warm and inviting I decided to book an appointment. I have been back a few times now to have work done and am so BEYOND HAPPY that I trusted my gut feeling and went. Everyone that works here are absolutely wonderful, warm and inviting and I promise you, you will be very happy that you chose this wonderful team to take care of your dental needs.

PS. I was so content that I actually fell asleep lol which I've not only never done, it's something I thought was impossible for me.

My family and I have had positive experiences with them since 2019. Iris, the hygienist, was very efficient and thorough in cleaning my teeth in my recent visit. And as always, Dr. Key is very friendly, professional, and accommodating. The staff is lovely too. Highly recommended.
