No body cares about drive thru, i was the only person in drive thru still had to wait for 10 mins to get my order

Best customer service ever, i went inside the store to order my food and store was super clean, the guy who took my order was really nice, he was perfect at his job as he knows how to upsell things. Entire staff has positive attitude.

Staff ignored me for 10 minutes standing at the counter.

Walked out will never return. Not busy just not well managed.

Complete GARBAGE GAVE THEM 3 CHANCES TOTALLY HORRIFIC EVERY TIME THIS LAST TIME CHICKEN WAS INEDIBLE DISGUSTING AND THE MANAGER IS A COMPLETE RUDE HOSTILE WOMAN I ADVISE NO ONE TO GO HERE I WILL BE CONTACTING HEAD OFFICE ASWELL

The food and the staff is great. The service has improved a lot since last couple of years.

Boo on kfc! They closed at 8: 45pm on twoonie Tuesday. Very lame. Its a good thing A&W was open.

I prefer this location but the hours do not reflect on here. Just pulled up and they are closed. It says they are open til 10pm but are closed at 8pm. Short staffed or not, update your hours of operation on social media.

Zero stars. Walked in and waited more than 15mins and still no one came to the order counter to take my order.
What gives? How can they still be in business when myself and two others wanted to order but no one to order from. KFC should pull this franchise

Saturday Sept 18 at 5pm the store was closed.no notice of being closed. Time to fire the management. This happens all the time.

First KFC on Licheman couldn't open due to lack of staff, this location we ordered a bucket then after already waiting 10 minutes they tell us it will be another 15 minutes as they sold our order to drive thru folks.not impressed!

Never got in. Went to get chicken at 5 15 for supper but they wouldnt let me in.they force people into the drive through.this has taken up to 40 minutes to get through. I will go to Mary Browns across the street from now on. Horrible service and less than wonderful food. Less than one star

Disgusting how this place closes on a Saturday night at 6: 30 pm. Considering they don't even open till 12. If your thinking about this for supper, don't!

Food is consistently subpar, interior is filthy, the staff are completely incompetent, and drive through times are massive.

Chicken appeared to be reheated or burnt. Not the nice golden brown it usually is. Individual Coleslaw was only 1/2 full

I slipped on the floor I tore my shoulder been trying to get a hold of the owner or manager of the store since January of 2022 left voicemails with corporate emails with corporate owner refuses to return information or help person who was injured in restaurant manager quit right after incident not willing to do any paperwork owner refuses to return my calls owners able to afford vacations but not able to help people who are engine on his property due to negligence of employees!

What is going on with this location I ordered a 3 piece meal I didn't get the fries the macaroni salad was sour the hot sauce I asked for was for tacos

I can’t believe they close at 6: 30 on some days and I believe 8 on other days. Kids were starving had to go to Dairy Queen instead and the line up was huge, probably because KFC was closed so early.
UPDATE: just reading all the reviews I am glad it was not open, it seems like a nasty KFC with terrible customer service and bad food quality, that’s probably why Dairy Queen and Mc Donald’s are so busy at their peak hours.

Did an online order and they ignored me at the order pickup for 5 mins so went into normal line. They checked and said they didn't get it but went back into orders and found it and they just didn't do it. So had to wait for over 30 mins for my food when I already ordered before arrival. Also poor customer service and the restaurant was so dirty my feet were sticking to the floor.

They used to be ok, 1 will not go there again chicken was very Oily that was left on from cooking there was about a half an inch of oil in my bucket when I got home threw it all out I wouldn’t feed it to my dog Feb 2 2022

What kind of chain opens right at lunch time when advertised an earlier time? Lol management likes to sleep in it looks like.

Why would they close at 7 pm on a Saturday, The drive thru line up was crazy at 645 pm The amount of money they are loosing closing at 7 pm like how dumb is the person running this restaurant! I looked at there hours and it's from 11 am -7 pm 7 days a week.
Pull up and order and they tell me only original chicken is available only, Then I ask for gravey and they tell me they are out of gravey. Then I asked for Honey mustard dip because I ordered pop corn chicken and they were out of honey mustard.
I probably should of cancelled my order but I did not, I then drove away thinking how do I eat these french fries with out gravey.

By far the worst Kentucky fried chicken ever. The staff are just not interested. First time there it's a shared drive Tru with Starbucks. I WAITED BEHIND SOME VEHICLES GAVE MY ORDER, ACTUALLY SHOUTED IT BECAUSE THE SPEAKER DONT WORK. I THEN FOLLOWED THE OTHER CARS AND WHEN I FINALLY GOT TO WINDOW TOLD ITS STARBUCKS. HAD TO PARK GO IN THE BUILDING GET IT TOLD THEM THERE IS NO SIGN SAYING WAIT for your order.they said did not need a sign.and after all that the frys were cold the chicken was greasy.go elsewhere this place is awful.

The front counter staff need to be trained more by management. Just because the drive through is busy it doesn't give them the right to yell at me in front of multiple people.

Always closes early refuses to make certain items a hour and a half prior to closing. Rude towards customers we were not the only people in the establishment that were completely unsatisfied. The guy said it would be a 25 minute wait then proceeded to tell us the cook won't even be inconvenienced to make a double down he didn't even bother to ask he was extremely rude.

Standing here in drive thru for past 15 minutes my food is not ready yet and this happened second time in a row now in two visits. Never gonna comeback here for sure

Chicken is tasteless, too dry, even the 7-Eleven Chickens are 200% much better. I wasted $25 on a meal even the homeless and a dog will not eat it. And guess what, customer service was not the best for a smashed sandwich bread used for my chicken sandwich.downtown chilliwack kfc should be shutdown

Horrible customer service every time I go here, and the size of chicken you get is ridiculous definitely not worth 3$ a wing. They need better quality chicken and better service.

I order the 18 piece twice. The bucket was 14 drumsticks. Not worth ordering from this location bat all.

Probably the worst chicken we have ever had so much grease in the bottom of the bucket I couldn't believe it, the fries had barely even been warmed let a lone cooked.terrible all around never again KFC

I placed an order for pick up through DoorDash. They wouldn’t let me pick up my food. They kept saying. “You need a DoorDash bag”. They were VERY unprofessional and rude.

The manager wasn’t helpful at all.

DoorDash kept trying to contact them but they kept disconnecting them.

So In the end I ended up just getting a refund in door dash credits.:/ a whole 1 1/2 hrs later.

The downtown location is horrible! They can't hear your order at the speaker then are practically yelling back at you. My food was cold when I got it so I called and complained. They were not very professional and I definitely will not be returning to this location and do not recommend. Doesn't even deserve the 1 star I gave. Highly disappointed

Girl with short hair working the drive through on weekends has quite the attitude and really does not like any special instructions with orders and will give you sass if you try and ask for your food any certain way (I was asking for my chicken to be on the side instead of mixed in with the rest my food)

Always friendly, fast and order has always been accurate. Chris (had him today in the drive thru) was very kind, friendly and made a great start to my day! Continue the great work KFC Chilliwack!

I have to wait literally 15 mins just for pick up of an order and the order just about fries and drink I don’t know why they took 15 mins their service is this even they don’t have line up

Worst customer service and wait times I have ever experienced. 25 min to get and order that I had to check and of course was WRONG. No manager or explanation. Will not be coming back and will keep family and friends from here as well.

I would never go back to this location food wasn't half of it was cold customer service is very poor rude to customers
