3pm and you can't dine inside all locked up. Driving a 5 ton and can't fit through the drive through. What gives.

Excellent service. Everything that we get is so fresh. The guy at the window was so helpful telling me that I can order 10 minutes before so that I'm not waiting so long when I get there. Very friendly and helpful.

The food is so gross.the chicken looks couple of hours old and the fries is not even close to warm (not hot). The place is very dirty as tables were not even wiped and the crews were all just inside not bothering to clean. Although the cashier is very nice and helpful which could be trained properly with enough guidance, this place could improve. Not being racist but I think they should open their hiring to other people to improve the condition of the restaurant or be forever like this. No doubt, no one is eating here.

It saddens me coz I love KFC and I couldn’t help but notice how this branch would end up closing because of poor management.

We had the best Sikh brother serve us the best chicken in the last two years. Last visit was to Mission in Kelowna and we vowed we would never order again. On a busy day ……this was the best chicken ever!

What has happened with the Chicken and the 11 secret spices. It does not taste the same or even look the same. The coleslaw was mush and was loaded with vinegar I have had issues before and it seems to have gotton worse. Bye KFC won't be back

I am at the accent motel in Kelowna, I phoned kfc’s got no answer. Finally made an order through skip the dishes, that was 5 pm it is now. 7.15 still no sign of them. I had an operation, and I couldn’t eat before, so am very hungry. They processed the $25.00. Now I am getting a friend to drive me to Mary browns. I just asked a security guard, who said something was delivered to the office some time ago. Cold dinner, no knives, forks, ketchup, napkins. I filled out room 129 and left a phone number. Harlin sanders, would be real sure disappointed Seeing how some of the franchises are being run.

They really need to clean, very dirty atmosphere. I fully understand everywhere is short staff but absolutely gross. Appearance is everything. If the lobby is this dirty I can just imagine how dirty the kitchen is.

Ordered 2 meals from them and they forgot to pack our drinks. We called to ask to come get our drinks with our own vehical and they hang up on us. They think we wont come in and see them but we will. Were getting what we paid for either way and well be emailing kfc to complain and well get more free stuff too. Nothing but crooked workers at this place.

Second time I haven't got the right order. Pour cust service. I drove 30 min home go to eat food wrong amount of chicken, Drive another 30 back she gives me two peaces of chicken know sorry nothing I'm like no you can replace my order its all cold, she was rude after that.last time I go there

Worst service ever and 2 times in 2 weeks they got orders wrong but can't get through to talk to management so done and won't order from them again

Stood at front counter waiting to order for about 5 minutes before having to interupt the employee that was busy showing his buddy his phone so i could find out that my order had been sitting there the whole time. Not that my business or lack there of in the future will make any difference but i guarantee i will patronize the other 2 kfc locations before i step foot in that restaurant again. Hopefully corporate sees reviews like this and takes away the franchise.

Did a 2 can fine for $10 I ordered one for my friend and for myself and one box had what it was suppose to have 2 individual fries, 2popcorn chicken, 4chicken and they threw in one strip. The second box was missing an individual fries. So I called and all they could do was give me credit for the next time or I had to go out of my way to pick them up. Not HAPPY WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN. I MAY USE THE CREDIT GIVEN OR I MAY NOT.

Horrible customer service. My wife had a moldy bun and when she went back to return it they would not refund her. Instead offered a free meal…. This was off putting enough for to not want to eat there again.

It was the worst experience I have had at this it any other kfc location. Service was very unorganized. Not sure if the person behind the counter was high on something or perhaps just ill. He was missing people’s orders. The line up was long and he was zoned out. People walked out with out ordering. When we received the order it was cold and soggy personally witnessed people getting their order trying it and then throwing it in the garbage and walking out. Definitely won’t be back to this location. Not expecting much from kfc but the worst experience ever

Got food poisoning both times I ate here, literally couldn’t stop puking, thought I was gonna have to go to the hospital cause I was up all night long just puking and puking, now every time I smell fried chicken I also feel like puking, thanks for ruining fried chicken for me

This place is brutal, went once and never again, actually I don’t think I’ll go to any kfc again after that. Started off with cold fry’s, new fries weren’t any better. Pop was 99% water, then to top it off the chicken burger was slimy and raw, ended up throwing out the entire meal. What a joke

Took 3 hours to deliver food. They tossed it at back door and didn't knock or ring door bell. Gravy slipped over everything, looked like someone threw leftovers at my door and called it a meal. Beware people.

I order dinner for my 4 year old from 7 pm, even when 9pm nothing, no food was delivered, and they weren’t answering the phone. Call customer service and the guy was very rude.

Ordered a bucket of chicken, large fry, large gravy, for the guys. Imagine my surprise when I got back work and found out there was NO FRYS.

Need to update their times just wasted my time to drive here from lake country at 8: 30 to find out they are in fact closed and not open until 10pm!

Not sure why the 6 (5.5) peice chicken bucket costs 23$ no drink no fries and a 4 PC chicken combo costs 12$ with fries and pop.
I literally think they forgot my fries and half a chicken.make sure to check your bag!

Not a fan of the kfc but the guys working here are a great bunch as i was about to pass out because i hadn't eaten and i didn't have the lock for my escooter they where the only onrs that would serve me at the drive through.

This location has got to be one of the worst fast food restaurants around. I begrudgingly visit this drive thru once every few months thinking that maybe they have improved, but nope. On my latest visit, after waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru (I was the only vehicle), I finally got my order. As I drove off, I realized my 7 Up was uncarbonated and tasted like pool water. Absolutely disgusting.

I ordered 20 hot wings and picked up at the store. But the wings were not good. Actually terrible. About 1/3 of the wings were fresh, but 2/3 of the order seemed to be from an old batch: cold, hard to chew, etc. It felt as though we were given some leftover food from the night before. Would highly not recommend. I'm not going back again. NEVER!

One of the worst KFC restaurant in Kelowna. We came here for two times in couple of months expecting a good food for atleast once. But always got disappointed. We have ordered popcorn chicken which is supposed to be crispy, but it turned out to be soft. We have ordered $10 meal where the order says "crispy chicken (2 drumsticks and 2 thigh pieces) and two French fries". Everything was soft and was a disaster. However, we found alternate KFC in Orchard park in the food court turns out to be the best one than this restaurant.

Food is good BUT they ALWAYS get the order WRONG. Check you order when you pick it up every time. Always missing something!

I haven’t have KFC in more than 15 years and eating at this restaurant reminded me why. Bad customer service, long wait times for food, old warmed chicken, our pop had no flavour it was just carbonated water as well as poor covid-19 measures during the pandemic. I’ll wait another 15 years before trying KFC again.

Ordered a 6 piece meal with fries, potato salad and gravy. What ever happened to the good KFC gravy?
Then the chicken, it has hardly any meat. The potato salad is just chunks of hard potatoes and some mayo. The fries.well those weren't very good either. I dont mind paying for food but this isnt the first time I've had not very good food from this place.
What a shame because I used to really like kfc

Only KFC is the Kelowna I've found where the food actually has flavor. Also you can get spicy chicken therewhich you can't get in the mission.

This was my first time ordering from this location and I’m totally disappointed! I live less than 2 km from the location itself. First, is the fact that I received the food only an hour and a half after I ordered it (while the website show that it takes max 40 minutes to deliver). Second, The driver didn’t read the comments on how I prefer the delivery, so I had to leave my 1 year old in the living room and RUN downstairs to the garage to get the delivery (and I don’t even have a doorbell there which I also mention in the comments! The driver knocked, how i even heard it, I'm not sure!). And the last, The food was almost COLD! Horrible experience, if I would have known I would never bother ordering. Angry, frustrated and disappointed that I sent the money! Don't bother ordering from them, if you get lucky it is only an hour wait after the promised time!

KFC Rutland Kelowna bc. Ordered on line.states 45 min approx.del time 1.5 hrs later and no show, call the store and they stated the delivery guy never saw the order and dont know why it happened, and it wont happen again. All I got from the lady on the phone is we will get it out right away, no discount or anything offered.i wont be ordering from there again. 48 min later after i phoned them i did receive my order, was given two 2l of pepsi on top of what my order was,

I am not a fan of kfc anymore. They changed their coleslaw, the gravy had no flavor and the chicken has gotten so small. It is very pricey now too. I wouldn't mind about the price if the food quality was better.

I don't know why this place is still in business, The 3 piece chicken meal I ordered was rubbery, and tasted like it was cooked in rancid oil. The eating place outside had an overflowing trash bin and the tables were dirty. The employees lacked skills in communication, cleanliness and courtesy.

Ordered chicken and gravy. The chicken was okay. The gravy was the WORST EVER. Watered down and flavorless. Tried to dip my chicken in the gravy and it was so gross it ruined the chicken. Will never order here again. Disgusting.

Bought a large bucket of chicken for a big family dinner last Tuesday. It was done perfectly. Good job guys! Keep up the good work

I got a zinger combo last night. Fries were soggy, chicken patty was so hard I couldn't even bite through it, iced tea tasted like brown water, potato salad was gross, I asked for hot sauce in the bag and received ketchup instead. No receipt in or attached to the bag so I couldn't even take it back. The chicken was so bad that even my dogs wouldn't touch it and they will eat anything! So very disappointed with the quality of food given the price of it. I will never be back to any KFC if this is their idea of good food.

This is the first time I've visited this location. They omitted one side dish, and the sandwich was squashed beyond recognition. Very disappointing.

The order was placed at 6: 14 pm.delivery time on my phone indicated 7: 14pm delivery time, as of now 7: 35pm, after calling the restaurant i was informed they had a time of 8: 14pm delivery.i said to get it here asap.and while the food was good, the technical glitch.rating will be 4.

While on vacation in Kelowna with my family, we stopped for a quick meal at KFC/Taco Bell. Since we couldn't eat inside, we decided it was a nice day and we might want to eat out on their patio. YUK! This was one of the dirtiest patio table I had seen in a long time. If your customers can't eat inside, don't you think you could at least keep a nice and clean patio for them? This table looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months, and it smelled like piss everywhere. DISGUSTING!

Always amazing value. 11 dollar big box meal with a burrito a large taco, cinaa twists, fries with sour cream and salsa. And a drink. Love it.

Bought a Zinger through the drive thru, the sandwich was poorly organized with wayyyyy to much sauce. It was even like they threw the sandwich in the bag with no napkin.

Terrible food! Ordered through the drive thru; first couldn't hear or understood the person taking the order, then within a 3 minute drive when tried eating the food, fries were fridge cold & stale, like days old. The big crunch was even worse! It was stale, re-fried & so dry the tons of mayo couldn't add moisture to it & the bun fell apart it was so stale. Do Not Recommend

A very average KFC with a side of Taco Bell in the same store. Their service was very slow though especially the drive thru.

Chicken and gravy were and flavourless. Fries limp. I don't know if this is the way KFC is in general these days. Last time I had it was Two years ago, same location, and it was better than this. I still remember what the original recipe tasted like so KFC has been wrong for years. Today it was bad. The two stars are for the chicken being thoroughly cooked and safe to eat.

KFC on Highway 33 has gone way down, food is either dry, precooked or overcooked, bathrooms are a mess, tables are sticky and dirty, my family, friends and l go to KFC on Lakeshore.nice fresh chicken and very clean establishment.

This is by far the filtiest restaurant I have come across.
Sat in booth to wait for our order and my skin was crawling.
Booth seats have clearly never been wiped or sanitized in a very long time, floors are sticky and gross. A layer of dust on the partitions between the booths, rust and corrosion on the "decorative" fixtures holding their promo signs. Upon leaving you have to push the doors open with your foot because there is ketchup and other scmutz all over the door handles.
Sorry, didn't dare venture into the bathroom to review.
If front of house is that bad it makes you question the kitchen cleanliness.

Well, it's been 2 years since my last review, then it was 4 stars. Now. The quality has gone down a lot. I got an order tonight for 6 people, had a long wait for my chicken, then when I got it home, everyone complained after their first bite. The oil used, was either burned, or very old. Either way it is in need of changing badly. We had to return the entire order to the store. This took about an hour in total. The only thing we were satisfied with, was getting our money back with out an argument.

I have tryed this kFC 3 time s i still dont know why after the first 2 tomes it SUCKS! PENTICTON is best chicken in the valley so far
