The people who work here have no customer service skills. They speak Hindi to each other so the customers can’t understand. Front counter girl was also racist. She told me that I can’t show coupons on my phone and need to print them out. She said it’s a new rule made by the manager and that customers will abuse the coupons if they show it on the phone. After asking to speak to the manager, she complied. Then a brown couple go to order and show a coupon on their phone. And because they were the same ethnicity, she never told them they couldn’t use the online coupons and happily added the offer in front of me. Then when I asked for ketchup she gave me couple packets by putting them on the counter. Didn’t even have the decency to put them in the bag. I saw her drop a bag of food on the ground and pick it up and serve it. She also ignored me for a minute right after I let her know the BOGO offer on KFC app is down. She went and started preparing other orders then told her coworkers. Sad that the owner and management of this restaurant don’t care at all.

Pretty disappointed with my last visit to this KFC. Fries were clearly very old as they were dry and over cooked and not warm just sitting under the heat lamp for way too long. Same can be said for the new nuggets. And they were out of gravy which could have masked all of this disappointment in its glory. Overall super disappointed will be taking my business else where for the time being.

Anjali the team Members is nice and coperative attitude towards the customers. I really appreciated the service of the anjali.

Just want to share that today JUNE 26,2023 1: 50pm the Staff is handling the food specifically the “BURGER BUN” without using any gloves.

I saw her and she saw me that is why she used a tong for the second bun for heating up.

I also went back to get my fountain drink because she forget to give me the cup and I also forget it as I was like shock seeing her not using any gloves while preparing the food.

Just a serious concern
She touches everything in the store speacially the computer/money (cash) and she will touch the food that you will eat. Not sure if she wash her hands too

Management, Im not mad. If you saw this please let your staff know about basic food handling. I know that she’s aware that im gonna give this review today.

I am the one who came back to order more because I only got a sandwich by itself not in a meal. I am really sad, not to blame everything to the staff but I think she’s lacking for a great service by not repeating and confirming final order prior paying.

I also said thank you every time that I will accept my order.

Quick service fresh food very professional service accommodate what I asked how pack my order recommended

Their Tuesday deal is good for a quick stop lunch.

Ordered a chicken sandwich and got it within 1 min. The chicken sucked. What was even worse was rude staff playing Indian music over the speakers

Very Bad service.
I order at 9: 30pm and the staff asked me to wait for 15 minuets, 10: 00 pm the staff told me they forgot about my Oder and now the item I Oder was finished. They gave me a packet full of their leftover as they need to close at 10: 00 pm and some how keep my mouth shut.

DON’T GO TO THIS LOCATION. I ordered two zinger sandwiches and the chicken was raw in the middle. I went back to complain about the sandwich and the staff acted like nothing happened. No apology whatsoever. How they can operate like this is beyond me. I would give a negative rating if I could.

What a rip off. They missed part of my order and I called the Store and I told them and the guy hung up on me. NEVER again.

Place wasnt really clean when I went and eat here. Napkins and straw papers everywhere and even the pop machine condiments were dirty.

The place is a DUMP. The door has been smashed and is now made of plywood that has long nails sticking out of it. The interior of the restaurant is filthy. I bought chicken and they wanted to charge me extra for honey mustard sauce. Do they think they're in Europe? 25 cents if you want a paper bag to carry your food out, if you prefer to dine in a sanitary environment. Absolutely disgusting. Needless to say, I won't be returning.

I ordered a spicy flavor and a large size of French fries via Uber. As expected, they didn't keep any orders. The price is not reasonable either Chicken is in the worst condition

Made an online pick up order through DoorDash, after accidentally cancelling and NOT receiving a refund. I tried calling several times to let them know I was still on my way, but they only answered the phone to hang up again, I arrived not 10 minutes after the order was placed and I explained my situation to a girl with a really bad temper, who said “This isn’t my problem, I can’t make you more food and the one you ordered we already threw it in the trash” and told me to get my problem solved with DoorDash, which I did but wouldn’t have had to if they had just picked up the phone when I called

Yum but tummy ache. Kentucky scorcher not spicy tho, good place to play badminton too except the electrical fence:)

Every time I order spicy chicken from this location I only get original. Yet I see other people got Spicy from this location. Why don't we ever get our spicy chicken like we order?

Unfortunately the chicken is never fresh and the fries are insidious. For a chicken joint.they make pretty bad food. Won't go there again. Other KFC'S are really good.

I've tried this location many times and has disappointed me every time. Really bad quality chicken avoid this location.

I order 3pc chicken combo on the yesterday. But the staff here give me 3 French fries. After that i had call to this location and the staff here talk to me come back to give back. I came back today but the staff here said no.the service with the staff here is super bad

I just order big box crunch today and they took so long and the other customers who came after me they got their order before me but whn i asked them they didn’t start yet the kitchen staff said they didn’t get the slip of order….

Terrible fried chicken, taste like this KFC used chicken that's about to go bad. Even the cole slaw is soggy. Please avoid. KFC corporate needs to do a undercover visit. Wish I could give it half a star!

Mediocre fries and chicken that tasted so nasty I forgot it was KFC. You could tell by the discoloration that the chicken was over cooked. Better luck next, I guess.

Staff experience here makes it worth it. I forgot her name but she was working the front counter yesterday Saturday June 12th 2021 around 1845HRS. She was super attentive and nice to my daughter and I. Will be back for sure

Very busy and not well organized. I was asked to wait outside bc 2 women were inside ordering. Fine.covid. But after they were finished ordering they just hung out inside so no one could enter and I ordered online and I could see my order was ready. I tried to enter again and was told to wait and then 2 skip the dishes ppl went inside.so I eventually went in and had to be rude and talk over them so they knew I wasn't just ordering. The staff were working very hard, the management needs to organize them better. My mom enjoyed the food.

I have tried this kfc location 3-4 times and 2 times they missed an item in my order. Their cooking technique is not good, If you can cover some distance then I'll not recommend you this location, when you can go to a good location so why spoiling the mood here. Although they are just OK!

We had bad experience couple days ago. Food wasn’t fresh. It was cooked and sit for longtime. Bad bad food.

I had the chicken burger from KFC at this location and it was the worst chicken burger that I've ever had it was old and not very good I wouldn't recommend this KFC and the customer service was very bad as well

I order from my phone to get it delivered. I waited over an hour and never came. I even gave them a good tip. It is now 10pm and they are not answering the phone. I am beyond disappointed. This is called stealing. Hope you are happy stealing customers.

Extremely disappointed with KFC. Decided to order online to take advantage of their 50 percent off promo I received in my email, place the order, waited 60 mins for the order to arrive. It never came.

Figured I call customer service, they did provide the number in the confirmation order we received they did write if we had any questions to call. Called, waited and waited and waited for about 45 mins, a lady answered, she said they will transfer us to the ordering place.well 2 hours later no reply. Tried calling again their customer service, no response. Just gave up. Your customer service is just awful. I want a refund! You state when ordering we have to pay in advance which we did. For a mature company like KFC to drop the ball like this is just unacceptable.

1. Even if your location happens to be closed due to covid, it's understandable and it wouldn't be a problem, what I don't understand is why wouldn't you remove it for your online ordering system.

2. Saying in your email to call if you have any questions and then not having anyone available to pick up the phone is another huge drop of the ball.

You know I take a lot consideration when posting a negative review, but in this case the failure in communication between you (KFC) and the way you provide your customers service needs to be addressed and made right.

As I'm writing this review I get a call from Skip the dishes and I asked the driver when did he get the order and he said about 2 mins ago.

Placed the order at 5: 06 p.m. Received the order at 8: 43 p.m. Way to go.

I will not remove my post until I hear why KFC dropped the ball. And will never order from their online service until they can guarantee they have enough staff to at least answer the phone.

Fast food it's not. With covid, your usually lined up out the door because of space restrictions inside.

What's the point of ordering on the app when I still had to wait on line to pick up my order, then turns out my order isn't even ready, 15min after the supposed pick up time? I ended up waiting 20min inside for my order when it should have in-and-out

Ordered online said food would be ready in 30 minutes, got there and there was a line up outside. Waited for 30 minutes and after I got in order got started. Waited another 30 minutes before food was ready. Chicken was cold in the middle they were probably cooking so fast to keep up with orders didn’t make it right. Stick with Churches next time.

Very helpful lady at the front, will help you with coupons and freebies. Fast kitchen staff and clean dining area. Stop for a quick bite on the Knight Street.

Food was just a little warm and the fries were so soft when it's should be nice and crispy and hot. The gravy was cold and thick.

The chicken smelled burnt. They didn’t change the oil. Chicken was disgusting. The lady in the front didn’t speak English well and she did not understand. Very poor service!

Horrible tasting chicken. In the past 30 years that I have been buying KFC chicken, I have never been so disappointed. There was no flavour in the coating. It tasted like burnt oil or perhaps it was old chicken, I have no idea. We ate a few pieces then threw the rest in the garbage. What a waste of money!

Come here often as the location is convenient. Service is ok but orders are sub standard. Besides missing out on the occasional sides, today was the worst, ordered a bucket of spicy chicken, there were 2 spicy on top with the rest all original that looked that it was refried a couple of times. Threw the rest of the chicken away. What a waste. Take some pride with what you serve!

Gave us stale and old chicken. Chicken tasted off; my whole family ate the chicken and had to throw it away. My mother reported it after a day and the manager made it seem like it was our fault and that we should've came right away. Manager was hesitant to give us new chicken but not coming here again. Change management, learn customer service and keep the quality of your food consistent. That is all we ask.

The chicken was oily and soggy. When complaint about that they take the chicken back and return the same chicken. This location is always serving oily chicken.the service is worst.

They took 15 mins for my order and the guy who was at front was very rude. Everytime i go there he behaves very badly. I don't like him. I work on food truck as well.nd we know how to treat customers. I think he should improve. However rest of the staff was very nice

My dad went there just to get a 12 piece chicken after his work, but ended up only getting 8 when he got home. He called back saying that he got less then what he should've got. They told him to come back in the morning to get the other 4. Mind you we live about 30 mins away from there and my dad only went there because it was on the way back home. After wasting his gas and time to get there this morning, the lady at the cashier was extremely rude to him. He wanted to make another complaint, but she told him "no complaints, I'll give you your 4 pieces of chicken". You can tell that she doesn't care about the customers and the food they give out are expired. Would not want to go back there and things need to be changed there.
