Finally! Flavour! Chicken crispy with seasoning. Fries and gravy also had good flavour. The last few years it tasted like everything was cut with cheap plain flour and no one knew what salt was. Big change, good job!

I had a terrible experience at the KFC clearbrook. The staff completely ignored me while I was in the drive-through, and I had to call them multiple times just to get their attention. To make matters worse, they served me cold food. It was a disappointing visit, and I won't be returning anytime soon.

The lady prepare food, working on till without gloves. Authorities should check this promptly before someone dies!
You can be first in the line but that doesn't mean you will be served the first. Or at all

Hi, Today I went to the kfc at clearbrook to pick up my order and it was extremely hot inside the store. I asked employees “how are you guys working in this heat? Why don't you guys turn on the A/C? ” They replied that the A/C doesn’t work. I felt really bad that they have to face this. The management can’t get the repairs done. This is very wrong. I have been there for 5 mins and it was this much hot. What about them working from morning to night.

I were about to order from here but my inner thoughts told me to read reviews after reading them i am like damn this KFC is the one most hated and aint gonna order anymore

This doesn't even resemble KFC. It's the worst KFC.ever.what are you doing to the chicken. Even the oil tastes burnt all the time. It's the only KFC in Abbotsford. I live in hope it gets better soon. If not I wont buy it. Its aweful.

Chicken is good, check website for coupons. Service is a bit slow at drive thru, no indoor seating.

Terrible will never go there again.

Was mostly wings & legs pieces were very puny (small) really small fries were soft & mushy but didn't notice till we got home by then everyone is hungry and to far & long to complain and return just will never order again from there

The food is the usual kfc, which is what you would expect from kfc.bit greasy, but tasty.

The issue is the service is horrible. They literally had the front door locked early because they didn't seem like they could handle running 2 different stations at once, so we went through the drive thru.and I was correct in that assumption because the servers had no idea what they were doing and they were extremely slow in all aspects. I wouldnt recommend this place, unless you're not in a hurry

Ordered a big crunch sandwich. Just the sandwich with extra bacon and they gave me one slice of bacon broken in half. Pretty sad. Also cost $10.50 for just the sandwich with extra bacon that I paid for that wasn't on the sandwich. Also terrible service

Walked in and all the lights were out in the customer area and it smelled bad. Ended up throwing out $40 worth of food. Inedible. Worst KFC ever.

Not impressed at all. I ordered a 10 piece bucket which came to over $50. I understand that they come with wing pieces come with it. But come on. 4 of the pieces were wing tips. That's almost half of the bucket.

Anytime I order they are out of the stuff I'm asking for. Usually I order 60 hot wings. I will then ask my daughter to call and ask for 20 hot wings. They will then all of a sudden have hot wings again. Strange...

Half the time the food is wrong. I once ordered $150+ of food which never arrived and when I called for an update I got put on hold for 2 hours. When I finally got a response they said they delivered it but the driver was too scared because of the dogs so he dropped it and left, no knock. I don't have dogs and I am over a mile from my nearest neighbour. I had to call the KFC HQ to get a refund and it still took an hour to convince them I wasn't kidding around. Overall very bad experience or at least poor experience every time.

In one word, "Awful ". Don't waste your time and money at this place. The staff are poorly trained and rude, plus their food is simply garbage. Go here if you want to get ripped off. Beware!

Ordered a bucket of chicken and a side of gravy. Didn't check unfortunately. Got to my picnic area and.no gravy. So annoyed. Also tge chicken was dry and I sure could have used the gravy. They also didn't give me any napkins. Not going there again ever.

Garbage service, they serve expired food. And when we enquire about it she just refused to replace it.

Worst place, they have to change there receipe. I haven't taste the real kfc taste and it was with too much salt. Old fries too. I lost my money.

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. They messed up my order, didn't give me the correct amount of chicken. Then when I called about it the manager told me I could spend more money coming back down to the location for them to fix the error. When I told them this was an unacceptable resolution they told me to request a refund through the app (something you CANNOT do) and then hung up on me. Zero customer service and disgusting practices

The recipe seems to have changed. Nothing like it used to be, and the gravy is flavorless. Not my go-to chicken place anymore.

The worst kfc branch. I ordered 10 pc bucket spicy chicken but the staff told me they only have original. I know they can cook but I didn’t insist anymore. They gave me original mostly skinny & very small drumsticks & wings, tasteless runny gravy. I even paid more expensive today. Food are cold. What a waste of money, I will never go back again.

40 mins in the drive through on a Saturday. Will NEVER return. Would give zero stars if I could. Probably burned $25 in gas just waiting to pay for $32 worth of chicken. What a joke. Avoid at all cost.

If you are a different color of skin, Do No go here! It's the same KFC, with added staff bull sh¡t. I saw a "freind of staff enter the kitchen (food safe) ? Every time I try to get my favorite burger from this place it's the same B. S. This place needs better staff training or better management.

I ordered a plant based burger through the drive thru and it was very greasy. All I could taste was the greasiness, it was disgusting. I will never order from this kfc ever again and the staff was not very good.

It's ok. It doesn't have the same KFC taste that I know and grew up with. Not sure what's going on. Better to pick up from here as delivery is often slow and the chicken is not crunchy bit a bit soggy.

This location is digustting as its manager. She is an a******e. Zero for customer service. She is karen in kfc. Frustrated lady. I don’t know who the hell hired her as a manager. Food was cold, i paid for 2 zinger box but i only got one and when i ask her for another box she said (in punjabi) (ahhi kuch aa je le k jana ja nhi aa bhi rakh ja). Nothing is fresh here.

Always seems to be a problem at this location. They do not have items that are advertised, staff are unaware of prices, and not wiling to help. Once their card machine was down and they asked me to walk though drive thru, while it had cars in line and pay for my items. Another time I asked the price of my order and they were unsure I comfirmed the price online and they said that it is not correct but in fact more expensive. I have walked in on a couple occasions where staff have gathered around and looked at me and ignored me and continued their conversations This location is a liability. The owners should read these reviews and work on improving customer service or do something quickly before it is too late. I rather drive to the other side of town and go to that KFC they actually have customer service. I will not be coming back and do not recommend this location to anyone!

I am home after picking order from drive thru. I ordered one chicken sandwich ultimate box and one plant based burger. And there is no plant based burger in bag. Spoiled our evening. It was first time I went to KFC drive thru. I regularly order drive thru from MacD and Wendy's and it has never happened even once there that they missed any item. Not going back to KFC.

Staff is not at customer friendly. Moreover if you have issue with your food they will not entertain your complaint. And don't even say sorry or apology.

Worst KFC. I order Zinger Chicken Sandwich and the chicken was not chewable, The quality was so bad that i have to throw it. Moreover the staff is very mannerless.

Tried the Double Down for the first time! It was delicious. Drive thru was a little slow despite it being the evening but the food came out quick.

Ordered a big crunch. Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru. I couldn’t even finish the big crunch because the chicken wasn’t cooked enough it was rubbery and pinkish in the middle. The fries were soggy and bland and the gravy was just bland.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The staff need to take a course on Customer Service. And perhaps implement a process to double check the orders they fill. And don't bother going back for them to correct their mistake if you don't have a receipt. They will insinuate you didn't ask/pay for the item. Just the absolute worst experience. Save your money and the headache and go to one of Abbotsfords other Chicken joints.

I'm really disappointed at this location. They parked me for 20 minutes waiting on spicy chicken, then didn't even give me spicy chicken.cold gravy and cold/hard fries. So why tell me to wait in the first place?
No napkins in the bag, and when you call to speak to a supervisor or manager they say they aren't in then giggle and laugh then hang up.
I work in fast food too. This is unacceptable and really disappointing. People make mistakes. Own up to it! I realize now why this location isn't ever really busy when I come by!
I leave this lovely review in hopes that it doesn't ruin someone else's day or dinner plans like it did for me!

Check your order before you leave. Consistently screwed up orders and zero respect when you, inevitably, have to drive all the way back to get what you paid for. Wouldn’t trust these guys to give me a chicken wing if that was the only thing I paid for.

Waited in drive thru 20 mins and got the wrong order at the end. Management should hire more employees, there were only two employees on Friday night. Worst experience

The worst.yesterday we went to Chilliwack River and on the way home around 2: 30 pm we went to this KFC because we had not had lunch and the kids wanted chicken, but it was the worst idea, my two children and my husband gave them diarrhea and at this time 12: 57 am, I'm vomiting, the chicken is very wet in oil and it didn't look good, but due to hunger, we went through this bad time. I hope everything is normal today.

This place has the worst customer service. You drive up to the window and they will not greet you or talk to you. They Will simply just hand you the bad of food. I went there twice in the last few weeks and asked for cutlery to be put in the bag and both times didn’t get any. I will not be going back.

I had a bad experience at this kfc. They gave me wrong burger (I want spicy burger but they gave me regular) that’s not a big deal but a girl who was working at drive thru she don’t know about any customer service like how to treat with their customers and she was just saying okay okay nothing else. They didn’t give me a fork with my salad. There were like more than 5 five people but customers still waiting at drive Thru for like more than 5-7 minutes.

Horrible experience, will never spend my money here again and has definitely tarnished the KFC reputation.

Got my order wrong or changed it either way didn't end up with enough food for everyone.
Didn't provide iteamized receipt when asked just a debit.
Try to find out what happened and was given a very bad explanation that doesn't even add up to the amount of money payed.

Just walked into this store and said hello to the staff.

Woman at counter just turned her back on me to talk to another staff member. They shared a laugh.

Wasn't greeted. This staff delights with one another about being disrespectful to customers.

Reading these other reviews for this location shows me that the bigger KFC brand doesn't care about what goes on at their restaurants in terms of service or cleanliness.

Avoid this place unless you enjoy being ridiculed by the staff.

Been to this location twice. Both times asked for the spicy/crispy chicken and both times was given original recipe instead.

Not very friendly or helpful. I felt like I was bothering them by being there. Got my order home and my fries were all lukewarm and dry.

I don't usually rate a restaurant but waited at least 20 mins in the drive thru. I understand it was busy but when I got my order and reminded him of my salads he said yes. I asked again because I could tell it was not in the bag and he said yes. I said it's in the bag? He said yes. I got home and surprise surprise the salads were not in the box or bag. I know it's only a few bucks but it's frustrating when you ask 3 times. They clearly do not care.

Staff not wearing masks while they have a one person occupancy for customers because of covid, get orders wrong continually and treat customers and couriers rudely. Go to the other location for anything!

They frequently get my order wrong at the drive-thru and the prices are unreasonable. Food is always good tho when they get my order right!

I was in a rush, so I ordered online in advance, but they started to make my order when I showed up at the pickup time. They asked me to wait another 3-4 minutes, which ended up being over 15 minutes. I also did not get any forks or spoons with my salad, and there were no napkins or ketchup. I also found what looked like a small strand of hair in one of the burgers. I am usually a big fan of KFC burgers, but this one was a big disappointment. This order was so unsatisfying that it awoke the Karen that was sealed deeply inside me. It's astounding how I can't think of one good thing to say about this restaurant. Keep up the good work.

Good staff but never got full order.everything they miss the stuff. Some times dip sauce and potato salad. They charged for those and I never get the full order.

The chicken pcs and the fries looks like they have been fried couple time. Chicken was so oily like maple syrup on a donut! Spent $40. Was a waste.

Always needs to wait alot, if the order for one person isn't ready they doesn't ask them to wait on side, instead they keep the whole drive thru traffic kn waiting in the lineup.

I wouldn't give this place not even a star. Customer service is by far the worse. The manager is straight up rude and inconsiderate. Ordered a bucket of chicken with 4 sides and a poutine. When I checked the chicken, it was undeniably unnapeleaing to the eye and drenched in oil, sides were burnt and the breading was soggy. The box of fries came half empty and unsalted. The gravy wasn't even gravy. Tasteless with no flavor, no salt. The biscuits were stale and dry and not to mention the poutine that looked like canned dog food, fries were breaking apart and the chicken popcorn was undercooked soaked in tasteless gravy with minimal cheese. Paid 48 dollars and had to throw out the food. I would highly not reccomend this place to anyone unless you're ready to be disappointed and waste your money on garbage food. The customer service and food is straight up dreadful. Everything about this place is horrible and deeply unsatisfying. Just lost me as a customer.

Not friendly or welcoming. Three cars in drive thru.my son and I were the only customers inside ordering. Although the employee was putting an order together she could see me. I made eye contact but didnt take time to say hi or just acknowledge me. Took 7 mins to take order.

No napkins in bag, reentered the store to ask for napkins employee rolled hers huffed and replied "one mintue".

Perhaps they were having a bad day.felt really like an inconvience rather a customer the entire time I was in the store.

Don't trust all the negative reviews, placed an order since i have not had kfc in awhile and the food was perfect, very friendly service and friendly people.

Horrifying experience these People are rude and when they forgot something i paid for they lied and said they checked it. Disrespectful and horrible customer service. If i could give a ZERO i would!

One of the worse kfc branch I have ever went. Food was cold and there was lot of food missing from the order. I will never go back to this kfc branch
