Very polite staff, friendly and helpful.
It's a shame it's a 15 min wait for nuggets however. Lol

DO NOT ORDER FROM OR EAT AT THIS RESTAURANT! Received food on several occasions where the sides were not as ordered and one time we were missing a piece of chicken. Phoned and complained and because of the driving distance to the store we refused to drive back to change it. The final time we ordered the fries were the same as if someone had taken them out of the fridge and placed them in our order. I phoned and complained and after discussing how many times the order was wrong the manager and I agreed upon replacing the entire meal that we had just purchased. 18 piece bucket and whatever sides came with it. That was in July. Fast forward to 3rd November. I drove to the store and was refused the agreed upon compensation. Needless to say I will NEVER ORDER NOR EAT THIS GREASY CHICKEN AGAIN. I hope people start to complain about the terrible service and especially raise an issue when their order is WRONG. BTW, Col Saunders was never a Colonel! Also stolen valour.which goes hand in hand with the lying that comes out of the mouth of the management at KFC Langford, BC!

A really great KFC. It is clean and well maintained. The staff are helpful and pleasant. And what a change in the food! The fries are hot and crunchy, not like other KFC locations. The gravy had a wonderful taste as well. The chicken was actually very good. It was not greasy and oversalted. The coating was just perfect and enhanced the chicken. We will be back to this location the try other parts of the menu.

Terrible place! The food was awful. I also hear they don’t pay their employees while they’re training and take advantage of their teen employees. Not only is that illegal but it’s absolutely disgusting behaviour.

Imagine hiring a kid for his first job then *illegally* deciding not to pay him for 4 weeks in a row. Management should be investigated.

Of the 8 thighs and legs I received with my order, all but one was criminally small. When I complained, all they could say was "we will try to do better". There was no offer of reimbursement, or compensation.

New KFC in western community will never have me go back. I use to go to the KFC on Goldstream Ave and never had a complaint. The new KFC is horrible, small over cooked chicken (I have seen bigger drumsticks on Cornish game hen), order 3 peice dinner leg wing and rib. Use to buy Tuesday special and get extra thigh for a dollar for several years at several KFC but this store only gives legs at that price.

Worst service i have ever seen! I work for doordash and uber eats and I've never received order from them on time. They always make me (and other people too) wait for 10-15 mins just for the food pickup. Moreover, once i ate the fried chicken ordered from them that made me to vomit at home.not sure what's wrong with the oil they use to fry the stuff.

The employees here are friendly, and quick for such a busy place. The chicken is always hot and fresh.

It was the first time I ever went to a KFC and the chicken wasn't greasy it was awesome

Just went through KFC drive through and was greeted by an extremely rude cashier. I said that she would treat customers better and she asked why. To top it off my Big Crunch chicken sandwich wasn’t fully cooked.

They tried to make us leave because they thought our licensed service dog wasn't allowed in their restaurant. The staff need better training for the BC rules for service animals

The chicken was not very spicy or crisp, and tasted gross, I didn’t even want to eat the last piece, and the fries were soggy as another reviewer described. The only saving grace was there were no issues with the bottle of sprite.

+ Front end staff were calm, collected and well trained

+Quality of food was good and packed properly

- App would not allow me to order certain items so I had to arrive and wait for food after placing in-person order at 5pm on Tuesday (long line due to Tues promos)

- Be sure to check your order before leaving store for condiments, napkins and straws

Their chicken is the worst and worse that that, is their service. The woman cashier (wearing specs) provided the worst customer service. She was literally rude to us when we politely told her the chicken was dripping oil and it was undercooked. I know no one cares about these reviews, but at least try to provide good customer service when you serve the worst food.

Don't bring in a coupon, they clearly give you the smallest pieces of chicken if you do decide to. 12-14 pieces, no breasts? Small thighs, wings and legs, thats it. Not much of a "Bargain". If I'm using a coupon I would expect to get the same as If I haven't, I'll likely give it one more shot and update.

Updated original review 2 stars, now 4 stars. New management and team came in and righted the ship, these guys are crushing it now and the chicken is incredibly fresh and tasty, the sizes are still smaller than in the past, but I think inflation as added constraints to all restaurants so it gets a pass. Otherwise, yeah.this location is good now.

I went in tonight just I've done before and asked for gravey and no pop they couldn't do it they have always done it before what is wrong with your staff training? I went somewhere else!

Pet happy with this new location, owners are friendly. Even went so far to remake new fries because we were late picking up. We didn’t even have to ask

We had trouble ordering the extra crispy special online (only available via website) and the staff member not only was super patient with a busy lineup, but ordered it for us on her own phone. Super kind! Thank you!

Good food for an ok price but bad management. Asked for no mayonnaise and they put it on my chicken then I asked for a new one and they wouldn’t take it back then tried to charge me if I wanted a new one. Horrible service 1/5 I would have put 0 but the food was ok

Ordered a 20 piece family meal at drive thru. Once I arrived at home and opened to serve to my family there was only 11 pieces of chicken. 5 pieces were legs. Tried to call the store numerous times that night and for the next couple days and no answer. They lost my business.

Would give it a 0 star.but not an option.
I went to this location today 12: 45.went to drive through as it states on the door only drive through open.when I get into the drive through there are 2 cars ahead of me.sitting waiting fir 15 min.finally the first car moves.second goes.waits 10 min nothing.moves. I decided to just go through.and. ITS NOT EVEN OPEN! No sign.nothing posted.

The worst. They don't even deserve a star. All the chicken was bland, as if they didn't even put seasoning in. Gravy was bland. And they shorted us on the quantity in the bucket. Will never go here again.

Lobby still closed. They should have kept the same owner/operater when they were on goldstream.

It was closed on a Saturday at noon.a bunch of people were in the drive-thru and I have waited 10min for nothing.

My childhood dog died today, and all I wanted was a plant based sandwich box. I waited in like for, no joke, 1 hour, and didn’t end up getting what I ordered.

WORST PLACE TO GO OR WORK.
I used to work there, they promise to help me and my
friends in immigration purposes. But the
management is the worst part of this company.
They lied to your face. I dont want to name anybody,
but he is the Area Supervisor of this company who is
refusing to give the proof of employment (which is
one of the main documents needed for immigration).

The new Scorcher burger at $9.29. Was hoping it would be like Popeye's, but it isn't close. This location is consistently delivering poor quality products.

This store is often closed. When it’s open the service is awful and crazy slow. I’ve now been waiting in the drive thru lineup for about 40 minutes. The car in front of me has been at the drive through window waiting to pay for about 10 minutes. Often don’t get what you asked for too.

Took 45 minutes to get through the drive thru (6 cars ahead of us) to find out there was no chicken left. Also watched as 3 of the employees decided to smoke a joint 30 minutes before closing. Overall seemed very uncaring towards customers and wouldn't recommend at all. This also is not the first time.

Head office really should investigate this location. They’re often closed during business hours. They never have half the menu they offer. Often missing items from order. Rude customer service even though I’m nothing but kind to them, they all behave like they detest their jobs.

I order the spicy wings now but the last time i ordered a breast and thigh from here it was tasteless, did not even have the usual aroma that KFC is known for.also it seems understaffed as the workers are run off their feet and the drive thru is backed up to the point where you just want to forget it and go somewhere else.

Need to fix the drive thru.you 3/4 turn into drive thru to see its closed.now you have to back out into intersection.fix the drive way!

Wrong times they're not open till 10pm. Probably should look into changing the time to correct operating hours, so people don't drive all the way there just to find it closed.

They are never opened. Went there again today online and door and website says they are open however no one there.

Store front not open for ordering. Not every vehicle can fit through the drive thru. Highly dissapointed. Do not recomend.

Don't bother placing an online order at this place, they don't prepare it before you get there. Your better off ordering when you get there because your going to have to wait anyways.

Drive thru isn't working tone of people inside of the West Shore location (over 20) no covid procedure in place.

The recently opened location has shut down its mobile App ordering platform as well as stopped all in shop pickup of food. It's only operating their drive thru window and doesn't honor any if it's App based specials. I think that the parent company needs to investigate this location's way of running a franchise against company policies. I tried using the mobile App few times over the past few weeks without luck. It looks like Langford needs some fried chicken competition from Popeyes Chicken, or for corporate to take over this Langford store and run it properly.

Chicken was ok but seemed over salted, potato salad was awful, fries were average, coleslaw was fine. I've had past orders that were missing things. Head office needs to pay them a visit.

Every time I have been to this location it's been filled to capacity with confused customers on how to get the food they ordered. There is no direction from the staff and the signage is not helpful. The chicken we did receive was under cooked and barely seasoned. The popcorn chicken, Fry's and gravy are always good.

I checked the website just before going & it showed dine in, drive thru or online ordering. We were disappointed it was drive thru only. We had an appt & were pressed for time so used the drive thru.

Worse service.few times that I experienced of chicken is missing or fries, forget the gravy (salty, tasteless and taste burned sometimes. I missed the KFC at Goldstream area. The staff are Very polite and friendly.

Most KFCs these days taste like they haven't sold a piece of chicken all day until I showed up. This place takes the cake.sometimes takes a little longer but its 1000% worth it, box isnt saturated In 100yr old grease, awesome.

Wife and daughter grabbed some food from here and they were a bit disappointed with their food to say the least. Wife's chicken was on the greasy side, (went through napkins pretty quickly) and my daughter got maybe half of her popcorn chicken in her meal. We were surprised/shocked to hear her say she was done her food by the time I was back in the car after ordering at Mucho Burrito.doubt I will take them back here anytime soon.

Had to go through the drive thru three times and still got the order wrong. Waited seven minutes for the plant based meal to be ready and it was lukewarm when we got them. Asked for extra salt.wasn’t in the bag, went through again and they gave out pepper. My mistake for not checking before driving off.

It's cheaper than the growing chicken places. But the size of the chicken pieces looks like there killing baby chickens. Lol

Good food. Had the chicken sandwich, my favourite. I think it would be good if the chicken could maybe be a bit thinner but the pattie/piece bigger to cover the whole bun instead of a huge wad of chicken in the middle but no chicken for several bites at the end. Cut it different? Still good, and I will still have it again. Yummy.

We ordered chicken last night and it was the worst chicken I have had from KFC. The chicken was small Cornish game size and the taste was very very savory bitter. We threw it out and called the store to ask some questions, they told me to bring the chicken back and they would replace it. I was hoping for a coupon and phoned head office, they hung up on me. I guess they were chicken to talk. No more KFC here

KFC is always good on fried chicken. The location is efficient, fast service, friendly and helpful.

Not impressed feels like some of them are are working because they have to not because they want to.not a good experience.drive through is you best option.
