KFC

Last 3 times I've gone through thr drive thru they missed or or two items. I went back to get what was missing. They insisted I pay the difference for what I ordered when. It has been their mistake.

Non Canadian music was playing in the background. I think it was Poonjabi songs. Never witnessed anything like it. Greasy floors, entire restaurant looked unhygienic. The staff looked like they were forced to work and had no smiles or happiness when taking orders.
My popcorn chicken was undercooked, almost raw, I had food poisoning.

I gave 3 stars because of the staff as they were working hard and still very friendly though they’re very busy. The food and the management were very poor. The chicken skin was falling apart and the drive thru is closed without any notice.

Don't bother, it's always closed and even when it's open the chicken is still frozen so they can't serve you, tried going 3 times over the past year haven't got any food yet.

A fast food joint that sells chicken but doesn't have chicken, when they do, it's greasy as F. Chicken burger was really dry. On top of that, they try to cook to order and you have to wait.

This place needs new management, the drive through is usually closed and they close early on Friday?

Ordered the world famous box with cheese and bacon, got a regular one. Didn't get my popcorn chicken or my biscuit, was given fries and a chicken strip for my sides instead. And the chicken sandwich wasn't crispy at all and had no flavor. I was already home before I found out my order was wrong. Service at the till was ok for them being short on staff

Terrible customer service, closes at 5 now and the drive through is closed. This is by far the worst kFC I have been to. They should have closed down KFC and kept Taco Bell.

The only thing edible was the fries. Chicken was so greasy I had to chuck it

There's no drive-through, no dine-in and they only allow 3 customers in the building.

Pretty sad.everytime we come to town there is never chicken. So this visit I phone first they say chicken will be done in ten minutes.only to get there 8 minutes later and there is no chicken and they are closing the restaurant! How is it that a restaurant which specifies chicken in the name is always out of chicken.should be renamed or actually have chicken! Used to be a favorite when we come to town but we will be finding a more reliable means for dinner. KFC.so sad. We will be taking our buisness else where.

They tried charging me 49 bucks for a 25 dollar bucket, had a coupon but the large guy was to dumb to figure it out, WOW, not qualified enough to work at kfc

I live in kitimat, and I bought 3,3 piece combos. And paid for 3. But only got 1.3 piece and the other 2 were a small 2,2 piece. Not impressed to get all the way home, and to boot I've phone 5 times and nobody has answered any of those calls.and this site your posting in the dark. Can't even see what your typing.

Service and quality hit or miss. Sometimes amazing service and fresh food, other times rude employees and long waits for warm food.

A little bit of a waite, but well worth it. The food was fresh, hot and yummy! Thank you KFC for making us dinner!

They are always super busy, but haven't gotten my order wrong and I wish you kfc would open back up in smithers! The gap from terrace to vanderhoof is unbearable

Food was good, like you would expect from a KFC. The lounge was clean too. Service was pretty fast once we got our order in. Ordering was a bit of an issue because we had a cyber Monday coupon that they didn't have the code for in store. So we had to order online. But the site kept crashing, so it wound up taking 2.5 hours to order our food. (Half off was worth the wait though)

Went to KFC drive through and bought the 25 piece family meal deal. When we got home we sat around the kitchen table and indulged in the best, perfectly seasoned hot and super fresh chicken with perfectly golden fries. We were so pleased at how wonderful the service and food was outstanding. Many compliments to the cook and everyone at KFC for providing us the perfect meal.

Ordered September 7th around dinner time, fries tasted off.decided to take a closer look and there is Gray mold on there french fries.almost got ill outside spitting it out and i will do my best to make a complaint about this, so disgusting they would allow old fries in a warmer sit around that long to get mold.someone needs to be fired if this is a health hazard

Bathrooms need some maintaining and just your standard KFC. Great food, but really unhealthy lol.

The Food was very decent but the Restaurant is Filthy and Disgusting There is Grease, Stains, Wrappers and Food left behind. (The cleanest place inside is the bathroom.) There is a lot of flies but what disgusted me More was the fact that there were Ants, Ants are pretty disgusting in a restaurant not gonna lie.

Food was good but it stunk of dirty oil and the customer aera floors were coated in grease. I almost slip as I was walking to my table. Made me wonder how clean the kitchen was.

My fries supreme was puddled at the bottom of my paper bag and my crunch wrap supreme was burnt on the outside and luke warm on the inside

My guy ordered a 4pc meal with white meat and was charged extra and the extra was 2 little wings. What a rip off. The chicken crust was a little too dark as well.

Last few times I've went been in line for over 15 mins and when I get my chicken sandwich it's cold as it's been sitting waiting for me while they get buckets together for the three customers ahead of me. Horribly done each time I've went wont try again.

Great service and you get your food very quickly.we have no KFC here in Prince Rupert, BC any more. I will be going back to KFC in Terrace, BC when I go up again.

Staff is always so friendly, especially the ones who slip in a few extra honey mustards (I see you and I appreciate you). And they're always so kind and quick to help you fix or make changes to order no matter how last minute.

They were a little disorganized when we went through the driverhru but the food was hot and delicious.
