KFC

Ordered here last night. The chicken was terrible. Not crispy (soggy). The meat was fatty. The mashed potatoes were cold. The corn was terrible. The biscuits were the only good thing in the order and they forgot the butter I asked them to put in the bag. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Oh and there phone line doesn’t work so you can’t even call.

Got chicken today 10 piece bucket no sides. Was told it be cheaper still paid $40 anyways very disappointing. Very greasy made me sick after never eating there again KFC used to have crunchy chicken. And really good taste they sure went down hill sorry but zero star if could. They need to be shut down letterly and the other KFC to in Kelowna I had them not to long ago 2 and they tested just as awful

They screwed my order hard to deal with everytime they never even had chicken the last time I went absolutely the worst kfc in kelowna I will never go again

Waited 25min for our drive thru but server gave us extra 6pc in our box. Probably wouldnt go again tho.

Ordered their Tuesday special and the CSR talked me into a drink and fries and also a gravy.
Drove home opened the box to find the chicken, gravy and no fries. Very disappointed!
Tried calling them to let them know but phone has been busy for 20 minutes not impressed.
Had to edit post … tried calling for 1 hour phone still busy, I’m done!

I'm so sorry, kfc use to be the #1 place for chicken, but the last couple of times I ate there it was horrible, the chicken was very very greasy, it was not"finger-licking good". Can anyone tell me where you can buy chicken sooooo small

Ordered 10pc regular recipe with all white meat and 3 lg sides.
Chicken was bland and flavourless, the potato salad was the same and potatoes were firm. Gravy almost water and also tasteless. Only thing that was at all edible was the fries.
For close to $60, expected a lot better.
Could’ve gone out to lunch for two and had a better meal.
Last time ordering from KFC. Horrible

This has to be the worst KFC in Canada! Its consistently horrible! The fries are always old & half the time, get this.they have no chicken ready! Avoid this place! I'm giving 1 star only because I have to!

0 stars if I could. Absolutely gross… This place needs to shut down. Popeyes quality is 100x better. Their “standards” here are absolutely pathetic. Don’t bother. Save yourself $40 and food poisoning

Showed up during store hours, no sign on the door saying they are closed but no one was there.

This location closes at 7pm but doors are locked at 630pm! Online order also stopped early. Only drive thru is open until 7pm.

Disgusting 3rd time there same experience so never again. This was the worst had to toss out as you'll be closed before i can return it.good ole weatbank kfc avoid this place

BEST CHICKEN EVER! I love how greasy the chicken was, it was pretty cold but it was hot outside so it cooled me down.got to enjoy this dinner with my dog who loved it although she threw it up after.definitely coming back!

Fast service, friendly staff, food was exactly what I expected, and ordered.
Was disappointed to find Taco Bell was no longer in the establishment.

Closed half an hour early, saw the people just standing around with everything cleaned up so they definitely closed waaay before 8: 30. Usually really good food tho.

This is the garbage I was served at West Kelowna location. Instead of the checked being stored on a baking sheet in a a warm oven, tlhey actually stored the chicken pieces in a clear plastic bag where the steam can't escape and makes it soggy. Plus the oil saturated through the breading. This was absolutely disgusting. Owners and staff of this location should be embarrassed and attend a food safe program!

When I called to complain the reason for dumping chicken pieces into plastic bags is because it was busy! Seriously! If I wanted soggy chicken I could go to Walmart for a rotisserie chicken. Even that was a better choice!

Unable to order food 20 min before closing? Obviously a corporate store, typical poor management. I’d leave half a star if I could!

They have literally never got our order right. Doesn’t matter if it’s a small order, a large order, whether we pick up at the drive through or order via Skip the Dishes, whether it’s afternoon or in the evening, this restaurant consistently forgets half our food. It’s too bad because the quality is generally pretty good but we will no longer attempt to get food here and will just take our business to Popeyes instead.

KFC is so not what it use to be, gravy was waterd down with no taste just pepper, popcorn chicken was not good or crunchy, please bring back the original KFC.

I really appreciate the mobile app. It makes ordering so simple. The staff at KFC in West Kelowna are very kind and the chicken strips are delicious!

Asked for Dorito tacos, did not give me Dorito tacos. They said there was no lettuce, but then there was lettuce, I specifically didn't want lettuce on two. Barely any meat on tacos and crunch wrap supreme. No straws. Taco shells are stale.
Only saving grace was the gentleman there was polite.
Terrible food.

It's hit and miss for food quality maybe 3 out of ten times it's good and 1 out of ten it's great. The staff is usually very nice.

I am new in Canada. And I love eating KFC. I had little bitter experience with some KFC. But this KFC was very clean. And my favorite chicken was hot & fresh.

Popeye's chicken must be cutting into your greasy chicken market. So happy to have popeyes in town now, later kfc, nice knowing you

Went to a stand alone KFC and ditched the taco bell. Didn't help with service or food quality. Just go to the new Popeyes and let this franchise die.

Excellent customer service today. They gave us free drinks whilst we waited and threw in a couple pieces of chicken because of a small wait time. The place has been nicely renovated aswel.

Terrible food

the bucket was swimming in grease at least 2 inches up the side of the bucket making the chicken soggy and not edible will never be back!

Always slow service, usually closes atleast half an hour earlier than advertised which is annoying if you travel from Peachland to enjoy delicious crisp chicken.

They are open till 8 pm
doors were closed and locked up, drive thru open,
They wouldn't make new chicken for a 8 piece dinner.
Left n went to A&W n they made our chicken fresh ~. Spent $30.your loss KFC!

I would give this restaurant a minus if I could. They should take back this franchise from whoever has it. I visit it about once a year only because service is so poor and every year it's worse. NEVER will EVER go back. NEVER

KFC who regularly doesn't have chicken, or it's a 10 minute wait. I'd give them a -5 at best! My vote for worst fast food in Westbank.

The chicken was even greasier than usual. An excess amount of condensation in the bucket caused the pieces at the bottom to become overly soggy. Also, half the pieces in my 12-piece feast had very little batter on them. I'm not sure why. Besides that, the sides were ok. Except the fries were probably under a heat lamp for about as long as the chicken. For almost $50, it was not worth the price and was by far the worst experience I've had there. I will be thinking twice next time I think about going to this kfc.

I dont want to keep harping on this place but. After the manager hung up on me. I did a survey. For the 4th consecutive takeout, items were missing, advertised deals not available because "computer". I did a survey since I am tired of driving back and getting my missed orders. I added to the survey that there was a 7 year old kid living in the restaurant. Got a call 5 min later from the manager that continued on asking me if the kid bothered me. No. I just did my damn survey and responded with my observation. She kept going on and on about contracts to have her kid there when she works, not being able to work. I kept saying this was not my main issue. That I dont want to keep talking about her life and her kid. I just want the quality to improve. She hung up. So I called the KFC HQ and filed a complaint. I dont care about your employees struggles due to your life choices. I just want what I paid for.

Manager had her child there which was not an issue until the child started running around with barefeet on the table and no one bother to clean the tables in the entire hour we were there. It left me questioning whether my table was actually clean or not.

They make up their hours to whatever suits them. Closed even though the Open light is still flashing in the window. They really should lose their franchise license, they give KFC a bad name. Have them too many chances, done going there for good.
