Customer service is very poor! The supervisor/manager was extremely unprofessional. I ordered bucket of chicken thru Skip. App says ready for pick up but when I got there it wasn't ready and I had to wait for an hour! Never buy at this location. They even don't deserve 1 star!

Order through Door Dash for pick up and tried to pick up at the time they gave me and they didn’t even made my order so I had to wait another 15 minutes, the staff is not very friendly and attentive.

Manager should be fired spends her whole time on her personal phone no customer service if I was owner I would fire asap while older Asian lady does everything

Worst KFC location ever! Drive thru service is terrible! Everything is wrong here! Never coming back!

They never or rarely get orders 100% right. Especially in the drive thru. They always leave something out or an item is missing in the bag after you already drove off. Scammers or just dumb forgetful employees.

You need to know that they are very busy from 11am opening until noon and sometimes longer.so if you go have patience

Probably just this location but they apparently had no chicken ready at 11: 55. They told us to come back in 30 minutes.

Having traveled around the world and tried KFC in every country - it's not that it's the worst KFC, it's the worst food I've ever tasted.
The popcorn was not terrible, the corn was edible.
Pity the people who waste their time and money on it.

Generally KFC has always since childhood been a family favorite. Over the years the quality has dipped a little but not enough to take KFC off the map. There are numerous chicken competitors but at the end of the day we all go back to Kernel Saunders finger licking good. I love the crispy chicken skin, the moist interior, the special blend taste which keeps bringing me back. Their poutine is out of this world. I always used to vote for Burger King's Poutine as my hearts favorite, then I tried KFC's that late afternoon in August last year & I was in culinary love. In fact I love KFC so much that 2 times a week Uber is delivering KFC at my door step. It has been ages since I have actually gone into a KFC to order so don't count on any comments for the store. All I can say is they must be good in store, just need staff to be more alert when people are ordering. Nothing wrong ever with the food, if ever there has been an issue, it's not the food, the delivery person or Uber, it is the KFC staff that are bringing the Kernels name down by packing up the wrong items. KFC as the food brand is 100% really finger licking good. Keep it up Kernel Saunders ️️️️

Wouldn’t recommend. I was short changed, our twister wraps were missing ingredients and sides were half full. Sucks to not get all your food and not get all your change back

I love KFC. Always have and always will.
But it never ceases to amaze me how a location can bring you stone cold chicken an hour and 45 minutes later and still expect to be paid.

Waited 15 minutes in line and were told they are all out of non-spicy chicken, if I want to order it’ll be 40 minutes wait. Pretty ridiculous as this happened right before dinner hour.

I put in the order at 10: 56 am for delivery at 11: 45 am. The food never arrive. This is not the first time that this happens. The restaurant advised me at 12: 05 that they had trouble finding a driver but the staff assured me that the food will arrive in 20 minutes. At 12: 39pm I called the restaurant again. I offer to send someone there to pick up the food but they assured me that the driver picked up the food and is on his way. At 12: 15 I called the resurant again. They thought I received my order but I did not. They said they will call me back in 5 minutes. At 1: 25pm, I called again. They said my order is delivered but I received no chicken. At 1: 39pm, I called again. They said they don't know where my order is. They can't process the refund nor give us the order even i offered to come pick it up. At 1: 47pm I called back and told them I'm on my way to pick up my order so they need to gave it ready when I arrive. I arrived and still need to wait for another 10 minutes. The whole process only took them 2 hours and 20 minutes to have my order ready.

No point having a drive thru after pulling up at the window if they tell you to park somewhere else to wait for an order which is going to take a bit longer because the cooks are slow. The whole point of a drivethru is convenience and not having to get out of your car later to pick up your order. It wasnt even busy at the drivethru. Just 1 car behind me. Dumb. Not only this, but the person at the drive thru often doesn't even know the order and asks you to repeat yourself of what you already said at the drive thru speaker. So no point of having a speaker in the drivethru either. Double dumb.

I for some reason come back here every like 6 months or so hoping to be surprised but I'm always disappointed. Chicken is always super dry and is just plain disappointing. In fact every KFC I've been to last few years is dry. I don't recall it being that dry as a kid.

No AC. Limited bar stool seats by the window. Ran out of original spiced chicken. 20 minutes unless you okay with dried up spicy chicken.

Horrible service. Bad attitude from the team leader. Can’t believe they tell me to go around the drive thru if I want my orders in separate bags

This place is one of the worst if not the worst KFC branch. I went there and was advised to order something else because the chi ken wait is 20 to 30 minutes.

I've been enjoying KFC for years - this KFC today, and many times in the past- today is the END - flat pop - ice tea that doesn't have sugar, and old original chicken that stinks like feet and spicey chicken that zero crunch because it is old and expired. I WILL NEVER RETURN. Your cheap profit preserveration tacts result in garbage experience, dangerous food that will only poison - I hope every person in Burnaby reads this and goes to any other KFC or any other fried chicken outlet - fear your health with this place! Best time ever was 1 week after the restaurant closed during 2021 - place was clean, product was fresh, employees wanted to work there and were making maximal effort to keep a customer happy. NOW - death trap - I can't believe what I got in my bag tonight, I'm so upset, and nooooo - I don't want to come pick up something "fresh" you guys are DONE for me and I hope the public DEMANDS MORE. GARBAGE! STAY CLEAR!

One of the employees who took the order was on his phone the whole entire time even when taking the order, i had to call him by his name to get his attention, place seems dirty and unhygienic. Definitely would go to other KFC next time.

Ordered from UberEats. Spicy chicken sandwich was completely drenched in sauce and was terribly greasy. Popcorn chicken tasted cheap. Cold fries. NO UTENSILS PROVIDED FOR MACARONI SALAD despite my request. I also asked for a bit of extra sauce since they give you only a small amount. That request was also completely ignored. Overall, a disappointing experience. Just get some A&W or Triple O's. At least they care about the customer and have higher quality ingredients.

I ordered a Spicy Zinger burger from this location on Dec 2nd and the moment I took out the burger from the bag, I smelled bad oil. The bun had a nasty smell and the chicken wasn't right either. I got a bad stomach flu from that one bite of the burger. Stay away!

Tried the Lansdowne KFC many years ago. Sucks. If you want fried chicken, go to LA chicken or Wang's beef noodle House.

Ordered 2 meals, one 4 piece box and 1 chicken bacon sand which meal…the Order board has chicken chicken for the bacon chicken meal for 1 and when payin I asked for the honey mustard sauce and noticed she had out only put 1.i said oh I want 3…she said i can only give you 1… My reply was I just ordered two meals onr is a four piece box meal and the next was the sandwich so that’s two meals why would only get one sauce all the girl could do was shake her head No I was like what do you mean one sauce for two meals she didn’t really reply just kept shaking her head, Ok well that’s a little ridiculous I’ll buy it off you then she still wouldn’t sell it to me and flat out refused to give it to me w this at the drive-through window next thing ya know I got the whole kitchen look at me like I’m crazy but I am mind you lol what’s the problem this lady says I said yeah I want another sauce she was like oooooh… OK OK I’ll give you a sauce… As well as the chicken was fairly anorexic compared to other KFC’s and have better pieces of chicken I dunno super weird, seems dumb.only store I’ve ever encountered that does that and then we driveway go to check out the food and they got the order Wrong to… Don’t waste your time go to some other place that’s not this kfc

Terrible experience ever! I bought spicy fried chicken and got it along with long ugly feathers! Hated KFC and never going to purchase anything again, cleanliness and hygiene matters most it's sad that they don't notice what we noticed at once and it was for my little toddler we went and gave it back right away very disappointed and definitely KFC is getting to its lowest level even some other kfc's I tried are at 0 in taste, freshness and satisfaction now tastes like a lump of fried flour tasteless but this is the worse experience a few days back

Do yourself a favour and stay away from KFC, specifically this location. I ordered their crispy chicken sandwich and found a PIECE OF PLASTIC in the sandwich. I called the store multiple times and no one picked up, and the customer service never replied to my inquiry that was submitted online.
This location is VERY DIRTY, you can see inside where the food is made. The quality of the food is awful and will probably give you food poisoning…

Got a 4 pc big box meal and tell the cashier I want to use my SPC card. Apparently they didn't have enough training, one didn't know what is spc card, the other one kept telling me they dont accept the SPC card here because they don't have a machine to scan the card. BUT, this is not a card that you can scan! You should go find an option on your register! I use spc at other kfcs! And I was told there that they spoke to spc many times. REALLY!? I think NOT! LIES all lies)
When I got home, I look at the box, one looks like just came out from microwave, half of skin was wet, the other one looks like already been eaten.
Btw fires were cold (just like my heart)

They gave us cold fries. The chicken we ordered wasn't fresh.

Better to order from another place.

This location serves one of the best KFC chickens in the area (beats the KFC in Metropolis food court hands down). We go there 1-2 times a week. Their Spicy chicken is the best, it's always super juicy. Their popcorn chicken are done well. One criticism is that their chicken tendons are consistently over salted.

The online price for the chicken bowl fill up is $5 and when I ordered it they tried to charge me extra saying the prices went up. I said well that's not my problem but you have to honour the advertised price and they did with attitude.

Last time I got the chicken bowl they told me they were out of drinks even though it's advertised that it's included. At least this time the drink was included LOL

Very poor service. Waited 30 minutes to order due to only serving drive threw and chatting with co workers. Dont like waiting 45 minutes for food when I walk into a restaurant.would expect this with delivery.

Come Into this location all the time never had any complaints till few occasions specifically when this girl kiranpreet is working the drive thru level of customer service was terrible. At the same time was asked to wait in the parking lot waited over 30 minutes had to go thru the drive thru and then was later told that they don't come to parking lot if I could give a zero rating I would but there is no option. This doesn't happen all the time but strangely I feel it is on her shift only. I feel maybe it's the lack of training and her attitude have been going to this location for many many years and one thing I can say is she shouldn't be working in this type of environment if she doesn't like dealing with people

Despite the dumpy, run down, ill maintained premises, product is pretty much as expected. Place really needs a thorough makeover.

Do not order from this KFC or expect to get less food than you ordered and paid for. I guess it's too difficult to put together 5 items or count to 20.

I ordered a bucket but the sizes of the thighs and legs were equivalent to the size of regular chicken wings. Huge disappointment will not be a customer here because they will try and sell you tiny pieces of chicken that other fried chicken places will throw out. Try churches chicken down the road!

2nd time I've gone here, waited 20 mins in drive thru to get to order and I'm told they are out of chicken, I repeated out of chicken and he responded yes Long lineup of people in drive thru gonna be surprised tooo. How the hell do you run out of chicken at 7 pm on a Saturday. Also no contact #. Bad service people get your stuff together

The chicken we got was old, greasy and waaaaay overdone, dry and hard. I paid 18 pce with 5 sides. They only replaced ten chickens. On 5400 block kingsway Vancouver. Poor colonel sanders would turn in his grave

Thighs were thin as paper, which made them dry and hard. To cover the small size, they were heavily breaded, which caused them tasteless.
Everything was wrong, KFC is not KFC anymore.
Bought 10pc and 5 wings all going to the bin now.

I asked for fresh bun rather then one that had been sitting for minutes in the toaster when I walked in
Was told 7 minutes for fresh bread?
Be awesome if they just listened.
But I guess I'll wait for fresh food!

The parking lot and drive threw needs to be revamp, the drive thru is disgusting, filthy you have to enter off the alley go make it to the drive thru properly etc get the owner to 2020 it it looks like 1900s drivethru

Services are slow and staff doesn't follow Covid protocols. The cook was not wearing a mask while I was there for 20 mins and the cashier had his mask under his nose which is unacceptable during these times. DISAPPOINTED from them

Always loved the way they cooked chicken and their deal of the month. I can come back anytime save money and cooking after hard days working.

This place is always busy.
I have kids and when we go there, it takes us longer to order. I hate when I'm rushed through my order. It happen twice to us that they misunderstood our order. I prefer ordering g at the window, so there is no miscommunication. This month, I had to deal with a girl who is very patient and knows their menus well. She fixed the mistake done by the ones who take your order at the primary point Good job to her.

One thing I'd like to see is the kitchen updated. When you drive through you can see inside and its not good what you see. Kitchen cabinets broken and a greasy floor and furniture. For about more than a year, we didn't order here because I thought if sthe floor and cabineys looks so unclean it might affect the food quality thinking that they don't pay too much attention to clean environment, clean product. This is a place where you sell food, so please keep it clean, or else, you will have pest problems.

Very bad service. I ordered for take away. I got no utensils. No napkins. No ketchup or anything which was supposed to be served. Very bad
