KFC

This is possibly the worst KFC In the world. I’ve been twice in the past two days and they didn’t have chicken. What kind of KFC doesn’t have chicken!? !? !? !? !

Everything was good but unfortunatly I couldnt understand the voice of that Indian man getting the orders

Sanju was the friendliest KFC worker ever, would go back to this KFC just to see her friendly face again! Absolute legend:)

Ordered 3 pcs of chicken to go and found out they only gave me 2. Washroom for ladies is closed so I used the common room and no toilet paper & no hand soap & dirty. Not enough tables & chairs. My husband has to leave because a lady came in with 2 service dogs and started jumping on the table. Not enough parking. Food is fresh.

Had some goood Kentucky fried chicken here. It’s true the stores makes the difference. Some good meat here

I've been here twice in the past couple months. Both times, I've ordered the famous chicken sandwich as that's the only thing I ever order at KFC. Both times, they informed me that it may take up to 15 minutes to make and I always get the feeling that they don't want to make it. 15 mins for a sandwich is ridiculous but okay fine I'll wait. I placed my order at 1: 07 and got my order at 1: 36,29 minutes later.

The staff that took my order was on his cell phone the entire time having a personal conversation. I found it quite rude and unprofessional. Please train your staff on common courtesy. Here is a great example about how poor service can ruin the overall experience at an establishment. I will be back to see if things have improved on my next visit and will change my review accordingly. Please do better! I know you guys can.

Didn't have any chicken ready when I wanted to order a 2 piece meal, said they only had the chicken sandwiches available. Kinda disappointed bout that. The guy that served me was nice. But I still like KFC

I came here 4 times around 8 pm, they never had chicken drumsticks, if you want them you have wait 25 minutes, make sure if you gonna dine in here you have plenty to time.

New convenient location just off the highway. Fairly quick service the chicken sandwich was delicious, the fries not so much.

Make sure you check your order these guys don't know what they're doing and don't care No leg or thigh just 2 wings and 2 ribs in a 4 piece overcooked and dry

Place seemed to be coming apart at the seams. Got charged extra for a meal as indicated by a taped piece of paper on the counter, contrary to the display menu. No wraps or flatbreads, drive-through was closed, some pop options were out of service. Also, if you wanted to use a coupon, you could only get dark meat.

Overall an extremely dissapointing representation of a KFC.

After eating, was also dissapointed with the chicken tenders, chewy and very little flavor.

Very nice tasting chicken and very clean and good service. Very convient off hwy 1. They charge for everything. Extra dipping sauce is a dollar. They do have good tasting chicken.

Une mauvaise expérience qui n est pas au niveau de la chaine KFC que je connais:
- Une très longue attente après la commande alors que nous étions très peu nombreux
- Des ruptures sur les principaux burgers
- Une poutine mal cuite qui n était vraiment pas au niveau
- Une fermeture faite sans prévenir: des gens sont sorties et ne pouvaient plus rentrer. Était ce compliquer de mettre une pancarte ou de prévenir les gens à l intérieur? Cela a donné lieu à des scnènes riducules.
Bref, vraiment pas une bonne expérience

Very neat and clean location and accessible from Hwy 1, either ways. Lovely view while once can sit and eat for a stop-over!

The two kids that were working Jul 5around 3pm went above and beyond to service their customers something we don't see anymore good job your employer should be happy to have you

The environment was very friendly and professional; service was fast: Clinton on till was friendly and fun to chat with ; manager was great and so was young lady serving me: the food is great, hot and tasty and me and my dog Molly are fully “full” now: will recommend them everywhere and of course I will return with Molly!

New fresh and clean. Had to wait to be served while staff had conversations I the back and the only washroom had no hand soap. Work to be done.

Food is fresh, hot & delicious, most cleanest place ever and the staff is very polite, positive and helpful.

Ordered a 20 piece bucket of chicken. It was without a doubt some of the best KFC I’ve ever had. Well done people. See you again.

Incomplete order. Ordered a separate gravy which I never got. I am a truck driver, grabbed the food as they call my number. Went back to truck and after 30 mins of drive towards revelstock, opened the bag and order is not complete.

Its not busy at all but still idk what they upto. Called the manager he would simply tell me that next meal is on him, like seriously? I am not after your next meal. I can afford to get it. You jus ruined my current meal.

To be honest, i better be throwing away this order. No good without gravy.

The manager at the Golden B. C.location was amazing! He honoured a coupon that wasn't available. We were on the road driving for over 7 hrs straight and were extremely greatful to him. He was courteous, kind and surpassed our expectations. The vegan spicy mayo was so delicious. I hghly reccomending stopping at this location and see what superb customer service is really like.

Came in to buy chicken and saw staff in kitchen not wearing mask! Terrifying!
Also like someone else said, coupons can’t be applied to orders here. Doesn’t make sense.

Friendly service and hardworking team. Came in close to closing time and they still made our order fresh - Much appreciated!

Doesn't take KFC coupons and yes they are suppose to my friend has complained to head office about this.and this location is more expensive than the rest not impressed

Had a splendid experience, really great food with nice presentation.
Store with a superlative piece of service. Staff members are attentive and knowledgeable. Would recommend their deliciously prepared fried chicken.

After long arduous detour from Calgary arrived in Golden with a mad craving for chicken. Given I’m a thigh guy and not a breast man I asked for a four piece combo with all drumsticks. After negotiation and humour we agreed on 3 drumsticks. Thank you. All is good.

Its good to have the classic KFC in town! These guys know about customer service and quality KFC. I hear soon the drive through will be opening, delicious! 5/5

Stopped in for lunch.
I had a 3 piece tender combo. I sub my fries for a poutine. I found the gravy to be the best I've ever had at any KFC.
Perfect for poutine.

I will definitely be stopping here when I get a chance.

Also got the wrong items, person asked "what do you want me to do about it". How about give me the right items to start?

For a new location with all new staff training these people go above and beyond! It is a little more expensive but I have to understand with cost of delivery in our small town.
The owner is one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met, I love supporting this location! The food is great I’ve never gotten less than great quality from these people.
Keep up the good work!

Bought a four piece dinner and got three legs and ordered two orders of fries and there were about ten fries in each order. Terrible

My family and I stopped here for lunch as we were driving back to Vancouver. Very clean, friendly staff and we really enjoyed the outdoor patio!

Great new location, located perfectly after Calgary, staff shortages everywhere but did great with my order for my large family
