This is the worst kfc location the owner needs to fired after getting so much bad reviews the standard of the food is going down the drain. Everytime i order from this location the chicken is dry and hard like a rock and chicken size is so small.

This location needs to be torn down. The chicken and especially gravy don't taste like KFC standards. Luckily Scott road recently got more fried chicken options. My fault for even bothering coming here again.

I spent 45+ minutes waiting for my food that was ice cold when I got it and the stuff were extremely rude when I was wondering what the problem was with the order

Such poor service. Everytime I come at this place - I have to wait around 30 minutes to get my order. Driver-thru means rapid service and this location doesn't know that. They are very very slow and the management doesn’t seem to take care of their customers.

I got bad experience there, the staff was not good, even they provide me the food which was not as much hot as I expected from KFC

Chicken is super overcooked and dry, tastes like powder. Chicken was also super greasy and had almost no meat on it, it was basically one bit carcas. Terrible quality chicken, and it was 50$. Only reason this isn't a 1 star is because the manager gave us a refund after driving it back

Totally, trash place, especially the employees team performance bad, I once went to the store to get 2 piece bucket and I was waiting there Was this lady I think she was doing drive thru and was so toxic to her coworkers, and no one was saying anything to her, I asked one of her coworker about her name and they told that her name is Sarah.

I ordered 3 veggie burgers and large fries and wait for so long but the food is so cold and fries doesn’t look fresh.

I mean.two poor stressed employees handling the busy in store customers, crazy drive thru, and tons of app orders. It hurts watching!

Tables are dirty staff not paying attention maybe not enough staff.people eat and leave there after eat, they supposed to clean for next person.very slow service and gave me wrong order.

The worst chicken I’ve ever seen. Actually there was no chicken in all the pieces just the flour and grease.

The entrance doors were absolutely filthy and the counters and drink machine looked like they were wiped with a greasy rag. Sticky floor, dirty bathroom too.

Very slow service and order was wrong; had items missing.

The order was promised too us on 6: 23, having arrived at 6: 35 the order was not ready roughly until 6: 40.

The store felt unsanitary, the handles were greasy the windows had streaks and marks all over them.

The chicken size for the thigh compared the drumstick is bizarre.definitely seems like food shrinkage and less value for the consumer took affect.

I had already sent feedback regarding our pickup order at this establishment.

Aug 17th approx 9pm drove in to order a meal. Place was quite busy and staff member RASJIT was over the speaker.
Frankly I was taken back from her pleasantries; was cordial; patient and aided me in placing my order! At the window I saw this wonderful Lady working so hard; polite; friendly and professional in every facet of a fast food requirements.

It's rare to see in a highly busy place, someone so dedicated to their work!

Management please acknowledge your superlative staff RASJIT for projecting a positive image of your franchise.

1 - DID NOT RECEIVE THE SOUTHERN PLUM OR BUTTERMILK RANCH DIPS IN THE BONELESS BOX.
2 - DID NOT RECEIVE THE DRUMSTICK IN THE BIG CRUNCH BOX. HOWEVER I DID RECEIVE A BURNT CHICKEN TENDER IN IT'S PLACE WHICH WAS DRIER THAN A POPCORN FART AND CRUNCHIER THAN A BAG OF PEANUTS. DON'T TELL ME THAT KFC RAN OUT OF CHICKEN LEGS.
3 - DID NOT RECEIVE ANY CUTLERY TO EAT THE SALADS.
4 - DID RECEIVE 14 NAPKINS AND 7 KETCHUP PACKS THOUGH. GOOD TIMES.

I would definitely lean more towards submitting a positive review than a negative. But I feel that even though it's a fast food chain, this issue should still be brought to the forefront. The issue at hand is food presentation and cleanliness.
I had purchased four boxes of Tuesday chicken and fries specials, and in the past we have always enjoyed the food there. Unfortunately, we experienced a long piece of hair in our chicken. They need to implement more stringent regulations when it comes to mandatory hair-nets on all levels of restaurant businesses.
We will no longer be purchasing food at that establishment which, in prior experience, had been a go-to for deep-fried chicken and fries.

Chicken was overcooked and tasted nothing like KFC. Total waste of money. 3 of the pieces in my 12 piece bucket were barely larger than a McNugget.

I usually have no expectations for fast food simply because it's fast food. However, the fries they gave me are so gross, it is actually garbage. I wish I stayed behind to check the quality of my fries before I left so I could've asked for a new batch.

Hey i really dont wanna write something bad but i waited in line from so long it seems like this location has less staff and lots if pressure on team not a good service at all

Great experience the girl name Jasmen helps us alot my aunt is pure vegetarian we order a meal we don’t not the veggie spicy meal has egg in it she tell us and helps us she is so nice she has so much respect towards our religion appreciated

11 o'clock the doors we're not open yet. A pretty long wait for my food a few times too

Went to KFC today odd weather today almost today I'm almost waited an hour for my vehicle when I came home they did not give me my gravy and the bucket of chicken was very greasy and the bucket

Don't order skip the dishes or any deliveries from here. I have ordered 3 times and all 3 times I received only part of my order. Literally never packed the main food. They really hire anybody off the street

I came in drive throw ask for no shredded cheese they remove 3 cheese as well what’s a point of having cheesy godita without 3 cheese

I ordered SkipTheDishes because my kids were craving KFC. To my surprise, the chicken was old/stale. It looked like it was leftovers from a day or two. Unfortunately I was the last one eating so I didn’t notice it on time to return it. As you can see in the pictures that’s how it looked like and I hadn’t taken a bite out of it. Never again KFC!

I called the Manager and advised him that the 12 piece chicken I purchased was over cooked and dry but he wasn’t terribly concerned. You’ve lost a customer!

Terrible customer service all around, employees don’t listen, argue often when they make mistakes, can’t seem to take simple orders or answer questions about their food. Really sad how poor the staff and management are.

This location is clean, but decor leaves a bit to be desired and the staff has always been friendly and helpful.

The KFC always has a bunch of really good online coupons, so be sure to check those out before you order.

It’s always been fresh and tasty. The popcorn chicken was a bit subpar, but the sandwich and chicken tenders are great!

You can once again dine in and the washroom is also back to being open.

Taco Bell is ok.it’s just not the same as I remember from way back when. Then again it was usually after the bar, so Everything was delicious!
