KFC

Ordered big crunch combo and the first sandwich had pink uncooked chicken. Took it back and got another. I pulled the 2nd sandwich apart and it was also pink throughout. You are seriously taking your chances here. I think a call to the proper authorities will be happening on Monday.

I could not believe the temperature when entering this restaurant. The service and food was great but the atmosphere was unbearable due to the heat. Also it makes me sad to see the workers working in a hot kitchen with no air conditioning!

They need to change there restaurant closing time 20 min before the actual closing time. Went to druve thru at 9: 45 no one answered but it says it closes at 10. Happened twice

Ordered online, after an hour of showing it was "still cooking" I called them. Told me it was on its way right now". An hour later, nothing. Thanks for making me send my kids to their mothers hungry.

This is the second time this has happened.

Ordered dinner for my family online and prepaid. Called to confirm the order and got no response but a loud high pitch buzz and I didn't think much about it.

Waited a hour and a half, got nothing.

Called the store twice only to get no response only that high pitch tone and then Called customer service. They couldn't contact the store so I called customer support again and canceled my order.

Second time I had this issue which is why I called to confirm my order.

Wouldn't recommend this location. Waste of time ordering online and then you'll have to wait for a refund due to only accepting prepaid orders

Service has steadily gone downhill at this location, the last 3 times I've ordered delivery it's been more than 2 hours before I even get my food, now thats after i call and ask where's my delivery order and get the infamous 'oh its on the way'

This store has seriously gone downhill since one of their longest serving employee left in April after months of being disrespected by the foreign staff members because he was the only one who was of a different skin tone (he was the only Caucasian employee) glad he moved onto a company that actually respects its employees!

Asked for extra tomatoes in my twister - got no tomatoes.
Asked for my receipt - was told it was in the bag - no receipt was in the bag.
Asked for 6 honey mustard dips - got 3.
Fries were cold. Gravy is tasteless / pretty disappointing for paying $55 for two twisters, one gravy and a large popcorn chicken….
Tried to call so I could at least get my receipt and maybe an explanation of why my order was missing things - no answer.

Super fast friendly, service. Giggled when we asked for Dr. Pepper and were pointed to the pepper. (They don't have Dr. Pepper.)
Food, while greasy, seemed much less greasy than most KFCs we have been to. This translates to really good chicken! We did a variety bucket, which was exactly what we expected and wanted.
Overall, it's a very good KFC!

The chicken was swimming in grease. The worst chicken I have had from KFC. Will be a long time that I will return for their chicken

Went to order at our work, they didnt speak english, and it was thw worse customer service ever! Couldnt even get my order in

The language skills of staff are very lacking. They also don’t seem to pay attention, as noticed after it was to late to turn around part of the order was missing.

We just ordered our meal, went to pick it up wrong order, then when they got it right We had to throw it in the garage tasted like burnt oil NEVER AGAIN

Ordered online for delivery. What a joke. Took my money. Lost my order. The restaurant knew nothing about my order. Customer service was an even bigger joke. Patched me through to a dead end line. Musta been their way of hanging up on me.

1hr 45 from order till I went and picked my food up myself.and that was after I had to wait for the restaurant to try to find the order still. Should of stuck to the drive through I guess.
