KFC

This is the first ever KFC that we were disappointed with. We ordered the bucket of chicken and the taste was bland. Even the gravy has no taste. Seems like they don’t put seasoning on their chickens. Their drive thru is also closed.

KFC is not what it used to be! Tried two different locations. It's just lost its pizzazz! Doesn't even taste the same s it used to.

Order literally took like 45 mins for just a burger and the cashier is rolling her eyes on me. Food wasn’t even that hot so idk if they were just hanging out in the back

Horrible they are ripping us off its not kfc if they do not use the kfc recipe tosaysexperience. No ice. No gravy and then chicken was plain flour dipped. Why are they even open if they do not have the 11 herbs and spices. 35 bucks wasted and phone taken off the hook so can't call to complain.everyone in my house is disappointed and the dog will not eat this junk.

EPIC FAIL (if I could paste the "FAILURE" meme here, I Would!)

Ordered the Crispy 10 pc + fries & Gracy
& for the 4th consecutive time in a row, NO CRISPY AVAILABLE! I can understand running out of it now & then, BUT 4 CONSECUTIVE TIMES IN A ROW? WHY IS IT EVEN ON THE MENU AT THIS POINT?: FAILURE

FRIES - SOGGY + LESS THEN P! SS WARM: FAILURE

GRAVY - SO COLD/CONGEALED IT COULD STOP A BULLITT: FAILURE

& THE PIÈCE DE RÉSISTANCE:

The drive thru evidently wasn't working! No one answered and there was no sign! Staff seemed to be in chaos in the store; so much so that I didn't bother addressing the dysfunctional drive thru issue

My experience with this restaurant both in terms of this specific location as well as the overall company and corporation has been unbelievably bad. The problem is them repeatedly not giving me what I ordered when I order it and I think over five times now arriving home with basically an order that kind of looks like mine but it's missing items and outright has just switched some items for others. A couple times its been explained to me that the food that I ordered wasn't there so they kind of thought of what could maybe substitute for it and sent me that. They never called me to see what I would like or refunded me for the stuff that they didn't have. They just sent me some other stuff. This didn't work out for me cuz the stuff they sent me wasn't stuff that people who I was feeding wanted so a bunch of food went on eating despite me paying for it all. Again this has happened over five times in the last year.

When I finally decided to complain about it and see if there's something I could do better to solve this going forward the management and customer service team at the store basically told me there was nothing I could do and I had to just hope that they had the food I ordered when I ordered it. I tried to place a complaint on their website but the form was broken and wouldn't allow me to fill it out. When I called their corporate order line the 800 number, thee person who answered the phone was very condescending and refused to offer any help or let me speak with their manager and just repeatedly would put me on hold that would eventually hang up on me.

There's awesome fried chicken places all over Victoria I highly recommend you try out somewhere like chicken 649 or Thunderbird chicken or Popeyes. Every one of those places is superior to Kfc on Douglas, and perhaps more importantly they treat their customers with dignity and respect.

Re editing to 5/5 stars. First time I went they were just short staffed. I was also having a bad day. So my initial review was bad and i apologize. I recently went 2 more times since and it was a wonderful experience. My chicken was awesome and they had what i wanted and served with a smile. Didnt wait long either. 5/5 for service and food. I apologize for initial review

Worst KFC ever. Burnt, dry and overcooked chicken they served most of the time and taste is like rotten chicken. Something is not in order. Not recommended this one.

Raw spots on all the chicken from overcrowding. Uneven, bare and no breading on some areas too. Famous chicken sandwich was as hard as an artillery shell. The quality here is absolutely horrendous, there is literally something terribly wrong EVERY TIME I order here. I suggest Popeye’s instead, they actually care about quality control

Very disappointed with my order. The whole reason I stopped was because I saw a twitter ad for the scorcher so that's what I tried to order. The cashier messed that up and gave me something else. This location has no chit or any other method of showcasing customer orders, so when she switched with someone else, that person did not have any idea about my order. When I did get the order it was the wrong sandwich. Then they 'fixed' it and that was also not the scorcher. Won't be back to this location again for sure.

First time trying the plant based chicken sandwich. I love it! Haven’t tasted something like this in so long. As expected, it was very greasy.

Short staff.pity for one staff doing the front counter receiving and handing out orders.shame on this store atleast add another staff.

We ordered Crispy Chicken burgers that weren't crispy, buns and lettuce both limp. Fries were cool and limp. Bit of a bust and we were looking so forward to the Crispy Chicken burgers too.

The food is great but sometimes the chicken pieces size are very small and if you want to buy a plain bread bun the manager wanted to charge me $7.50 I told him to forget about
it.

Sorry you have to award 1 star to leave a review. Food is consistently bad, service shaky. I ordered wings last time and they were very dry. This time I asked for fresh wings since the order was immediate and it takes 10 minutes to make but they were terrible. No wonder no one was there at 1pm on a Saturday.

Just returned and honestly they have run out of all kinds of sides due to covid. The chicken I got did not even taste like KFC. This francize needs to close/
