KFC

We have had chicken dinner in several KFC in the past. Today This KFC is by far the best. The fries were crispy, chicken was very fresh & tasty. The gravy was the best I have ever had! We really enjoyed our dinner!

Terrible, terrible meal. Cold oversalted fries and colder tasteless gravy, several PC's of the chicken were torn apart, one drumstick was so bad we threw it away. It was dried out and mangled, and it had burnt grill marks on it. How does food that was never grilled get grill marks? Lousy service, place was not clean - an absolute disaster. I used to love KFC, my kids wondered why we have never bought it for them, now they know. Seriously, I should get a full refund and an apology for Bering served this garbage

I just picked up my order at 10: 50am and saw the fried chickens of my order coming out from an oven. When we gonna eat our early lunch at 11: 00am, the skins of the meat are wet like these were coming out from a fridge over night and failing reheated. Is it legal to do so? Now we have to reheat them with air fryer to get rid of the fridge-like wet and smell.

Pretty upset when we came here and spent almost $80 on our kfc takeout and we asked for 4 pieces of the white meat chicken breasts and i cant believe they gave me literal BITE SIZED breasts.even the bigger pieces are sooooo small. And im usually full after 1 chicken and i think i can probably eat all 4 and ill still be hungry. Probably the smallest amount of food i have ever got for $80.i shouldve went to The Keg or Cactus Club for this price.even the FULL SIZE poutine was probably the size of a small fries.

UPDATE:
I opened up the Bacon Cheese Chicken Chicken and they gave me the bits and pieces leftover bacon.not even 1 single strip of bacon is in this burger its all just tiny pieces.i dont think we will be coming back to kfc.

KFC has gone downhill over the years, but this was hands down the worst fried chicken I've ever had. Bring on Popeyes

Staff was impatient when responding to questions, and she forgot about the sauce.

Poor drive through design when you are at the pay window you have to park away from the window so the car doesn't hit the parking bollard.

We asked for spicy chicken.didn't get it.very disappointed. And the chicken was on the greasy side.

I go for the plant-based burger which is truly excellent. However I ordered three burgers, two boxes of fries and a salad to go. Get to my location and no salad. Attention to detail is the reason for the atmosphere low stars.

I asked for chicken, they gave me a whole chicken and told me to make the chicken myself. So I did what I was supposed to do and made chicken with a whole chicken, took a while but got it done. Then the person who told me to do that revealed that he is Mr. Beast. He gave me $1000 and a PS5.

I have used the online coupon at all kfc locations but this one doesn’t accept the online coupon. The cashier had her own idiotic knowledge. Useless and pathetic customer service. Not willing to listen to the customer. I hope the owner or the manager can clarify this with the customers or their workers.

Zero Hygiene. Server was cleaning the floor and changing the garbage bin, then started packing the food. No gloves or washing the hands at all.
Another server even told me to wait 3-4 minutes (thinking that I am delivery driver), without even asking me what I was there for. ‍️

I've never been to a KFC drive thru that makes you go through tipping process on the credit machine. So much inconvenience and delay in what is supposed to be fast. Greedy owner. You know they'll cut corners if this is the extent they go to. Do better.
