I rarely leave bad reviews. I just had a meal delivered that was so bad from this location that I must.

Firstly I did not receive any of the sauces I ordered. This is not the reason for a bad review. While frustrating it is an easy mistake to make.

The food was very very poor quality. The fries were over seasoned to the point they were almost inedible. The chicken was insanely bad. The chicken skin was so dark it seemed maybe the oil in the fryers hasn’t been changed or the chicken sat in the oil too long. The chicken was absolutely saturated with oil. The chicken is so bad it couldn’t possibly be excused.

Recap:
Fries - gross (had to throw most of them out)
Chicken - gross (we each had 1 piece and threw the rest out)
Popcorn chicken - good but the sauces were not delivered.
Drinks - cold and delivered in a separate bag. This is great.

I will erase this review at some point but I hope a manager sees this and implements some sort of quality control. Giving customers experiences like this is how to lose them.

No dine in allowed during regular hours and extra charge for takeout bag. Terrible packaging and service.

Ordered KFC Tuesday Special original. Drumstick & Thigh only no drink or fries. Drumstick was very small in size and the Thigh was average for KFC. Flavour was very bland not like before. The KFC down #5 in Washington States taste like the KFS we all grown to enjoy. I’m done going to the KFC’s in the lower mainland.

Dropped my food on the floor without changing to a new one and didn't even apologize. I asked to change my fries to coleslaw instead change my chicken to coleslaw and gave me fries.

Been here 3 times and the chicken was dry, not fresh every time and I had the Tuesday special 1 with fries the 2 with coleslaw than the 3rd times I went there they wouldn't allow me to substitute!
Fries and coleslaw are the same price! All other locations allow it except for this location!

Taking of order was excellent and accurate, food was fresh and hot, restaurant premise is absolutely clean, washrooms and floors are regularly mopped and sanitized, service crew are friendly, efficient and courteous. Manager of the food outlet is friendly to the customers. I have been coming to this store regularly since it opened late 2022.

Went here yesterday and it is a very beautiful location!
Really great service, got the order correct and bagged my items and asked/gave condiments as needed and also provided plates with the purchase of food which I appreciate!

Will definitely be coming back specifically for this location!

Staff is friendly but you can smell the old oil before walking inside the store. Shame since it's nearby and a new location.

I hope they improve

Dirty store, food was terrible even by kfc standards it was bad, really rude guy yelling at people out front turns out he works there? ! Wow

Best kfc franchise in Richmond. Clean, quick and friendly service and staff. I’ve been to 2 other locations and they did not even compare to this one at all.

Best KFC place in BC. The manager is super friendly, except he only gives you two pack ketchups at one time

Me and my girlfriend went there around 10: 30 pm they were very slow took over 20 minutes to get our food and they were just talking and not doing anything and had their phones out/on them food is good but service was very poor

Horrible like all KFC locations in Richmond BC. Dirty oil, flavorless food, day old chicken that has been refried. Also this location like the one at Richmond center has spoiled and soured gravy. Will never returned it is a healthy hazardous. It is sad to see KFC slip this far.

Really bad. Chicken seemed old. Fries were cold.
Won't be back, too many better options for chicken these days!

The customer service was great. The manager give the guy in front of me a free upgrade. He also was very nice to me with my order.
The chicken is pretty big compare to other locations
The only disappointment is I asked for extra ketchep as I ordered a 20 piece. Lol i got 4 ketchep packs not sure how that would last 20 pieces of chicken

Skip oorder pick up.order hasn't started b4 I arrived.waited 20 mins for it.they didn't even check if there is any orders in the delivery system. I wish there is no star.so I can qait them

I went to this place 2x and they’re chicken is hard as a rock and is not fresh plus they messed up my order. I wouldn’t recommend going to this KFC. The place I usually go to the one on No 3 Rd Williams is always going to be the best.

I just ordered a Big Crunch and zinger… i told them to specifically put lettuce… WHAT DO YOU KNOW THEY DIDNT PUT ANY OFCOURSE… who doesnt put lettuce in a sandwhich? Is your store that GREEDY?

Go to the landsdown location guys… this one needs lots of improvement.

Arrived 15 min to close. Staff stayed in the back then proceeded to say bc it’s 5mins to close they cannot make famous chicken.
They were on their phones and no service provided upon entering to customers. They proceeded to tell the gentlemen who placed an online order that they could not make something because he ordered 20min before close.
They challenged the man and did not provide good customer service.
