KFC

Was extremely disappointed. Had a bucket of chicken that was basically all wings and looked like it. Been sitting underneath the heat lamp since the morning. The fries were cold and the gravy tasted old

Took clients for dinner, it was clean, staff friendly.
No options for any food restrictions. I wasn't able to eat anything on the menu.

Says they are open till 8 but in 3 weeks I've yet to see them open till 8, Sign says they are open and lights are on but doors are all locked and chairs are up. Highly suggest you find somewhere else to dine.

****I came back to edit and took 2 stars away because I wrote this review in the drive thru and after leaving realized they forgot to give us 4 hot wings and the fries were soggy and that hurt my feelings. ***
We came through the drive thru at 7: 45 and whomever was working the window (he had some tatts on his arm?) was the nicest guy we’ve had at a drive thru in a long time. Thanks for being so nice man, we appreciate it.

Ordered for the first time at the Osoyoos location. We live in Oliver so there is a bit of a drive there and home. Very disappointed when we got home and everything was full of grease and there was almost a slime on the chicken-yuck! Won't be going there anytime soon again. (The yellow on the box is grease.)

I did take out tonight, this being the first time i have been able to get in there since they opened. Def NOT impressed at all. Cold chicken and they forgot to give me the fries i ordered. And the gravy is just some nasty powdered gravy. Will not be returning at all, the staff are friendly enough. Just horrible food. Def not the KFC i remember and loved at all

Terrible first visit, was told by employee that the prices and packages on kfc.ca are not available here.

Chicken was sopping with grease and the skin was rubbery. No crispness at all.just rubbery gross. Didn't even taste like KFC. This location mustn't have the original recipe. Lol. The fries were wet and soggy.
It was take-out so I know from experience to open and/or remove lids to prevent the steam from making everything soggy but even doing that didn't help and it was only a 3 minute drive home.
Sorry KFC.was really hoping for a good fried chicken place here but Popeyes will still have to be our go-to chicken place. After a 50 minute drive home and even the next day, Popeyes is still crispy! And never greasy.

This restaurant is new and clean. The food was so good but most importantly the staff was so nice. Very friendly team. The chicken was done right! Good job, nice restaurant!

We had a great ordering experience however, made it all the way home to find our two Famous Chicken Sandwiches weren’t in our bag. They were $9.99 each so we lost over $20 spent on food we never got. Really disappointed.
We called in and the manager on duty wrote our name down for a credit to have our sandwiches replaced on our next visit. Thank you so much!

I had KFC coupons to use but their machines weren't equipped to accept the coupons. So walked over to the DQ next door instead.

Stopped in to try the new KFC in Osoyoos. Was busy but that was expected for dinner time during summer. Placed my order then went to do my typical south okanagan fast food wait, surprisingly my order took less than 4 minutes to be ready not the usual 10+ minutes like the other fast food places in town. Pepsi was out, had to settle for a 7up.

Worst chicken I have ever eaten! So greasy it was slimy.grease pooling at the bottom of the container. Bought a 10 piece bucket. 1 wing 1 piece of white meat 4 legs and 3 backs 2 thighs. 11 pieces I think compensating for the small size of chicken. After you peeled of the skin there was only a small bite of meat on the legs and backs. Not even close to enough for 4 average eaters. French fries very average and no salt. Coleslaw was amazing. Staff very good. Sadly we live across the street so very convenient but the food was so bad never going back.

2 pieces of chicken were good the other one was slimey, did not get my fries, no fork or napkin, there was no Pepsi and the root beer I got was coloured water.

Very good chicken and not full of grease like other kfc restaurants.
Other kfc restaurants should learn from this! Good job osoyoos kfc!

Pricey. We asked if we could get a sandwich and fries only (no drink) instead of a combo. That’s what we got and were charged the full combo price. Also, the fries were cold and soggy. Pretty disappointed.

Had the boneless chicken bucket, order was done right away. Large popcorn chicken, 8 tenders and large fries. Added a large gravy and was just under $40.00. Phone number posted for Osoyoos is actually for Penticton.

Mashed potatoes tasted pretty bad and the drive through is quite small. The chicken and coleslaw tasted quite good though
