KFC

Chicken was always subpar to usual kfc standard, staff is kind but usually pretty slow. No point to go there anymore since they got rid of taco bell and popeyes chicken is usually more fresh, and not drenched in grease.

Chicken was so greasy you could have lubed your car with the bottom of bucket discussed it with management.oh iam sorry lol

Old oil make food taste funny. Chicken was way overcooked. It appeared to been deep fried at least twice. Fries were limp. Gravy bland. The staff was friendly and big smiles. They made you feel welcome. Probably won't be back.

We ordered 2 of the 3pc snack pack, Thru the drive thru. The chicken was uneatable, the coating was literally black. As a local I find this unaccepatable!

Absolute trash! They were great when they first opened but they have just let go all together. My family and I tried it again a couple weeks ago, and my Ole lady got a raw chicken burger. She found out after the first bite. It also is not a clean environment. Ya kinda get a yucky feeling there. Won't be back unless it switches owners.

Service needs work. It took some time for anyone to see me at the counter. I was the only person inside the restaurant at the time. Two people behind the counter. However, the chicken tenders were good. So there's that.

There was this young boy who worked there, who was very unprofessional. The mere sight of the food that was handed to me made me gag, it was so salty and the poutine was missing gravy. It is a shame that this is the only KFC here as me and my children used to love coming here. Sufficed to say I will be going to Wendy's for me and my kids dinner now.

I don’t like to leave bad reviews but I have been back a couple times just to try and see if they got better! To my surprise it continually seems to get worse. We got chicken and fries and popcorn chicken. The oil they are using is burnt and old chicken was almost black and tasted awful as well the fries. Unfortunately I will not give another chance!

Very disappointed spend over $100 of chicken and when we got it home to a house full of kids it was disgusting, oil hadn't been changed in who knows how long, called to let them know they offered me a credit for half of it took my info we stopped into redeem the credit and was treated horribly, staff was very unprofessional, apparently our information was never written down so we were called liars amd told to come back another day when there would another manager on. Complete gong show! Save money eat else.

Worst KFC we have ever had! Even worse than the KFC west Kelowna which was always consistently gross. This particular time the chicken pieces were badly overcooked, (think of the turkey in National Lampoons Christmas vacation) with absolutely no taste to them, the fries were cooked in disgusting tasting grease, no napkins, ketchup or salt. Barely tasted the big box of food which went straight into the garbage. Don't waste your money here!

My husband requested a special Father’s Day treat—KFC. Went thru the drive thru and got stuck in a lineup for 40 plus minutes with only a couple vehicles ahead of me. Okay, everybody is short-staffed so I will be patient. Sat at ordering mic for 15 minutes with rain streaming in the window calling for so me one to answer? One vehicle ahead of me and waiting. Then when a young lady finally answered and I asked if I could now place an order, was told it would be 45-60 minutes wait AGAIN. Told her I would pass and would have left earlier but was trapped in a lineup. She said ‘sorry’ but no explanation given for a fast food order that was going to be an hour and a half. Won’t be coming to KFC in Penticton for some time! Ridiculously bad service.:/

On the last day of my road trip to Penticton/Kelowna with a some friends, we were hungry for some fast food and decided to go to KFC. It was quite overwhelming to look through the menu board, but I ended up ordering their Twister Wrap Combo. I expected there to be two tendies as shown on their menu display, so imagine the heartbreak when I found only one in the wrap. I’ve never felt more disappointed and betrayed At least I had their fries and some MUG root beer that came with the combo to wash down the regret and continue my day with.

The chicken is so juicy and delicious! The fries with the gravy. OMG! Sooo good! If you haven't been here in awhile, you better get over here!

They didn't get my order correct and when I phoned to ask if I had paid for the item I ordered and had not received, the girl who stated she was the manager, was not helpful at all.

There used to be a time when a bucket of chicken was a bucket of chicken! Now its half a bucket of Cornish hens for top dollar.
