Terrible service. Ordered an over priced 10 piece chicken strips. They shorted us one and the employees argued and tried to gaslight us over giving us the missing strip. Ridiculous. Also made us clean our own table before we even got our food when we let them know the table was dirty. Won’t be back.

My first Jamaica KFC experience. Locals love KFC while most Canadians hate it. And there is good reason for the difference of opinion. Here, KFC takes good! No stomach ache after, no hands dripping with grease. The seasoning is nicer, and they actually hand cut the chicken nuggets. It's kind of pricey as is most food here, and there will be a lineup, but worth trying only to be shocked by your taste buds.

Usually this is my favorite kfc to go to even though it’s out of the way. But my wrap was falling apart and instead of the pepper mayo I got spicy. Plus more lettuce then meat. So yeah.

We ordered delivery and unfortunately they make you pay before delivery. What this meant for us is that they would come to our building not buzz us to let us know our food had arrived so we could get it while it was hot. The driver just left it outside and it was cold outside so we waited and waited. I called the store and they said it was delivered, so I went down to pick it up and of course it was cold.
We went into the store and the young manager called me a liar and said her driver notified us that it was there. The manager was absolutely too young to deal with a customer situation. I will never ever go back to this store and would never recommend it to anyone

I will not go back to “Lakeview Rd” KFC…. While I was the only customer and they had 4 staff. I waited over 45 mins for 1 order of food. No line ups and the time to get my food was mind blowing slow. This was 8: 27pm, my Oder was ready at 9: 05pm,
The front staff just stare, actually glared at me the whole time while I was the only person in the store. This gave me an uncomfortable feeling, almost threatening feeling…. Over all I won’t support this place. I don’t recommend anyone going there.
I won’t go back, food takes too long, and the place was empty so there is no excuse for the order to be 30mins /40 mins late …. Staff are rude and ignore customers.
No wonder it was slow on a Friday night, I guess our community is smart and avoids this place.

Unbelievable! What a joke! Love KFC but are in disbelief regarding the new promo offered where you can get a free pack of chicken when you purchase $15.00 worth of food. Not 14.99 (which was my choice)! Was told by staff that, “that was not enough”. So I added a cole slaw to the order. Now the total was 19 plus dollars, but wait! Im in the store, I’m standing in front of the counter discussing this order, only to find that I must now put it on my credit card, as they DO NOT accept debit or cash. Had to go into the internet to put in all my info, only to be locked out by KFC and who knows why? Left with no food, totally disappointed with the staff and KFC.

8 months later I came again to order 6 chicken strips for my kids. They were sooo black I thought they were spicy so I asked them to change them for regular. The server looked at them and said NOPE those ARE regular. So I took them home and they were overcooked like shoe leather.refried from 3 days ago no doubt.now TRULY I will never return to this KFC franchise. The most disgusting KFC in my 60 years. Half coated, greasy, lukewarm bunch of garbage. My memory brings me back to a day when KFC was proud to serve hot, crispy, tasty pieces of joy. Never, ever again will I return to this disaster. KFC.please revoke this franchisee's license.

Staff were not friendly at all. I know it’s a chain restaurant but come on, just try a little.

After being mistreated by staff and insulted in another language over a clarification on a mistake made on a order. I'll now go further out of my way to drive to a further out location just so that I know I won't be treated poorly whenever I want chicken.

I don't usually have junk, I just happened to try but the food was pathetic, couldn't get past a bite. Chicken doesn't seem real chicken. Also tried their corn which tasted so bad. Fries were pathetic too and kinda similar to McDonald's fries. I don't recommend eating not just this location but any KFC.

Chicken was old and extremely salty. We got boneless chicken strips as well…. Not much meat. Maybe poor batch. Corn was old and very greasy. Gravy was cold. It just wasn’t good at all. Fries were excellent though. Maybe another location will be a little better

Not happy with the service, when i ordered i clearly said to the lady NO LEGS and she said YES, but when i get home and open my chicken it has leg and with 3 small pieces of chicken. When i asked her too if kfc have coupons online she said they dont have but now im checking checking and you guys have coupons.

Terrible terrible food. Lakeshore Kelowna used to be ok but the food now is inedible. Try Mary Browns instead.

Awful food. Took a bite of everything I ordered (bucket and sides) and threw it out. Can't comment on the service as we ordered take out online.

They don't sell things advertised online. Huge scam and waste of time and I've got sick from this restaurant before. This place is gross and decrepit. Better of with Mary Browns.

Was told 15 minutes for an 8 piece bucket and 2 sandwiches.
Waited 35 minutes and it was revolting.
Never again.

Due to the fact your staff does not know how to answer a phone, I’ll give Mary Browns my money tonight

You can't get ripped off more than this, we asked for half and half white and dark meat in a 10 pieces order, and they agreed. When we got home we saw only 3 pieces out of 10 were white and two of those 3 were wings! Shame on you for ripping people off like this. Will NOT recommend this location to anyone.

Seems like the manager in red shirt only cares about getting out of the store or just wants as less work as possible…. It’s 8: 47 and I’ve watched her say no to 5 customers turn them away and try her very hardest to convince them to not order chicken and even lie to customers about saying there’s no chicken just because they are to lazy and don’t care about customers at all…. Seems to be just a problem with the employees that work here, as they are clearly all friends and probably know the owner as they don’t care about the customers at all……

Ordered a combination bucket. $32.
When I got home I saw it was missing the chicken tenders. I called right away. The employee said she knows they were in there and if I come back to get them I have to pay for 4? Really strange. Very poor customer service.

I was in there tonite for take out. I ordered 3 popcorn snack packs and a $48.99 double bucket meal I was checking my order and the man at the till assured me everything was in there just to get home and find that they didn't give me my fries. I called down there 8 times but no one cared enough to answer the phone. Very disappointed in the service.

Covid and supply issues ruined a lot of restaurants and fast food buisnesses. This is one of them. STAY AWAY, and whatever you do, don't order on skip. They will sell you items they don't even have, then supplement them with things you didn't ask for.

Picked up 2 chicken sandwiches and a 2 piece combo. The chicken breast was so tough I could not eat, totally greasy and slimy. Tried calling for 15 minutes no one would answer! Terrible food and customer service if they can’t even answer calls! And it was not busy at all while I was there!
