Chicken was, tough, dry and greasy. Who knew you could make fried chicken fry and greasy at the same time. This place should be shutdown the food is so bad. I know it’s KFC but it shouldn’t be this bad

With the free 6 piece bucket deal, I want to give this fast food restaurant a try. I have never eaten fried chicken that is soggy and not crispy at all. It seems like it was fried for a while. I ordered online and drove there immediately when placed my order. Everything was WARM and not hot. Fries were the best within all the things that I ordered. Slider was fine, but on the drier side. Popcorn was worse than McDonald's chicken nuggets. Not willing to order from KFC again! Not worth my cheat day quota.

Customer service was good!

Lots of parking spots, which are very convenient. At the front of the store, there are a few 30 minutes parking stalls for quick pick up or shopping.

There are suppose to be selling chicken yet to get a 3 piece combo a wait time was 25mins. Ridiculous as only 2 customers were in front of me. Better off going elsewhere as it’s a waste of time.

This was the absolute worst chicken I have ever gotten. It was so bad I would have given a zero but that's not possible so I will give it a one. I ordered a ten piece family meal. It was soggy and dry it literally tasted like it was last night chicken microwaved right before giving it to us. Since KFC did not answer there phone I will add the picture as well. Completely un edible and disgusting I wouldn't feed this to my dog.

WORST branch ever! Whether you walk in, call in or online order, the service sucks! Despite the scheduled pick up time, they still make you wait 30 minutes for your food. And they always get the order wrong too then you gotta wait again to make it right. The only reason they’re still open is cause there’s not another nearer branch unless you plan on parking at the mall and walking up to the food court at the mall to pick up KFC. The next one is way out in Lansdowne mall where, again, you have to go all the way to the food court. SUCKS!

Pathetic. They charge $1.00 extra for all thighs that are flavourless. They don’t let customers change salad for gravy. Small Gravy is $2.50. Just pathetic and rip off to consumers.

I was given 6 drumsticks and four backs as a meal. I complained to head office and even sent a photo but with NO RESPONSE! I gave them over a month to response and still was ignored.
The food is average, I am still a customer (hot wings) but I rarely purchase without checking the order and I certainly would not recommend KFC to anyone. If you want good service and quality products POPEYES is the place to go. If they make a mistake, they happily replace the order without an issue. And certainly don’t leave their customers waiting for months for a refund! Shame on you KFC!

I can't think of a reason to come back again.the food tastes so.make me wondering whether it's still KFC

1. Chicken is dry and flavorless
2. The salad is borderline rotten - spoiled
3.the soda drinks are diluted
If whoever runs this place is pocketed the profit by cutting ingredient quality costs, congratulations….

Took 30 mins to get a 4 piece chicken from this place. My order was handed to the 2nd customer that came after me, realizing it was the wrong order the customer brought it back and the cashier took it and was trying to give it to me. I had to let her know I wanted a new one instead of the one handled by another customer.

Nasty gravy and chicken. It’s been a terrible experience every time I went to eat at this KFC. Actually, I feel a bit sick now. The gravy and chicken are tasteless and don’t have any seasoning. They messed up the KFC recipe for sure.

The location of this KFC is quite strategic, located on No. 3 Road with William. Although this branch does not offer dine-in, it does serve all KFC food.

We are vegetarians ourselves. Ordered its Plant-Based Sandwich today. This bag was definitely a big surprise. I definitely recommend it to all vegetarians.

First of all, its taste is different from ordinary vegetarian meat, because it is cooked really well: it is 80% similar to real chicken chop. So the taste is quite good. In addition, the sashimi used is very fresh, and the spicy sauce goes perfectly with the chicken chop. This package is only $12 to buy. It can be said that it beats the vegetarian sandwiches offered in many restaurants.

Although this is just a fast food restaurant, the waiters inside are very friendly. He was very polite and took the trouble to explain what food was included in each set meal and the price. Worth a thumbs up.

Dont eat here. The chicken is terrible like being left for long time. All the powder and skin came off easily when i just touch. The food was not even hot at all. French fries is soft like strings. Look like they dont have many customer so the food is left over time and they used it to serve next customers. Called in to complain right away when we were still in the parking lot. Brought the box back in a min and they said thats their style, the Chicken should not be crispy. I have been to many Kfc but never not served a NON- crispy chicken like this. First and last time eating here. Worst customer service ever.

Very bad attitude, even the manager! I show up coupon for $12.99, ends up the price is $15.99. I ask what’s the coupon for? She said she can’t do anything! Bad attitude!
Remember to check the food! Always missing something!

The smell of kfc hits you as soon as you open the door a crack. The fragrance of herbs and spices and hot oil must be one of the more recognizable smells in North America.

The food is consistant, hot and brown. The deals are always worth it. Gravy is a must with everything.
The service is friendly, fast and efficient.

The BEST KFC in Richmond. Friendly staff. It is so much better than the other locations. Worth the drive.

Are all KFC like this in Canada? It's so bland and horrible. The last time I ate there was 2006 and never went back bec it was so horrible. It's now end of 2022 and it's even worse. It made me think of better fried chickens out there just to go through their food

Did an online pick up order for a “Favourites Bucket” and the “Bacon Lovers Ultimate Box Meal” back at the end of September and was extremely disappointed. The service during pick up was unfriendly, despite how it should have been a quick exchange. When I unwrapped the burger (I wish I took a photo now but I was so hungry, I just wanted to eat right away), the sauce was all over the wrapper and bun already, so it looked nasty, but did not think too much about it since it may have just been one of those “saucy” burgers… What really bothered me is, I don’t even know if the burger was correctly assembled lol. Photos and description clearly indicate bacon, but I didn’t see a single piece on the burger or taste any… (I did look underneath the buns too). Bad experience overall, would avoid this KFC.
