It was the worst chicken sandwich I ever had. Looked like it was fried in the morning and reheated. Please don't waste ur money here. Tons of better places. Go to Major Joy. Best chicken sandwich of my LIFE

I ordered plant based because i'm vegetarian person and these guys served chicken and i ate that they just spoiled my day and religious beliefs. Also they charged me for chicken burger and Wasted alot of my time.

I dnt know who was she owner or supervisor she was so rude to employees she was abusing a girl employee in hindi language

Had missing items and a wrong order from this place. When i tried to call the store the guy decided to raise his voice and interrupt me before i could finish explaining the isse with the food i ordered

Delivery just left food in lobby. Waited almost 2 hours before calling because I thought, hey bad weather right. Only to find out even after somehow gaining access to the building he couldn't drop it at my door, just drop it and leave where anyone could grab it. And not even bother letting me know it had arrived! Clearly stated to call on arrival. Just paid over $30 for cold chicken and a 30% tip. Restaurant couldn't care less so I won't ever be ordering from them again.

Very inefficient. It seems that poorly managed. Staff are not trained and waiting time is high. Taking more than 20 minutes to served a customers for basic item. Name tags are very small so nobody can see their names to complain.

They told me to wait for 8 minutes for my order. But, I didn’t get it till 15-20 minutes. Upon asking about my order, i was told to wait for 8-9 minutes more which was totally disappointing.

We have order a bucket, they said to wait for 8 minutes. But we was standing there for almost 15-20 minutes. And, when we asked them to know how much time it would take. The wait was for 8 more minutes was ridiculous.

Lunch rush or not seems to make no difference; 10 to 15 minutes waits for simple orders. Quality of food is acceptable.

Meat was very dry and the taste was very bad, the kinda taste that was not fresh… this is the worst kfc I’ve tasted in the whole world…

Stood in front of cash register for 5 minutes with 2 employees talking to each other and did not seem to care that I was standing there! When I said hello neither of them
asked if they could take my order!
