I ordered 6 pieces of original chicken and 20 hot wings to eat later in my motel. I opened the bag three hours later and there was ten packages of ketchup in there with a just chicken order. Don’t you think if you ordered $50 of chicken mainly hot wings there might be some effin hot sauce packets?

It can be good but I find the quality very inconsistent and you're rolling the dice every time. Maybe they're overworked or understaffed.

Worst experience in a drive thru ever. The person taking the order barely spoke English. I asked for clarification on my order and she added unwanted items to the order.
When I questioned her about it she said I was rude and wouldn't change the order. Left without completing the order.

Staff are friendly enough, but careless. The last few times (over the course of a few months) when I have ordered I have requested honey mustard when I place my order. The order is repeated back, including honey mustard, but when I get home.no honey mustard. That's one example. Today, however, my review is based on no honey mustard yet again, but the food quality was terrible. My order was ready and packed within a minute of getting to the window immediately after I ordered. The fries were inedible, and the photo below is what my "spicy" big crunch looked like. The chicken was tough and dry. Both fries and sandwich were not fresh; almost as if they had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Husband's regular big crunch was no different. Very disappointing.

The order taker named saad is so rude, don't know hiw to do his job properly and arguing and balming us for the order, i told him that we order large gravy but instead he argue and point that we only order small, i told him that i will not waste my time for some few dollars if we really order small, but instead he act like he wantvto fight us, so ao rude, i told him that i was in the fast food as restaurant manager and i never encounter that kind of attitude, i will share thia experince in our community and all my friends and family notbto go to that kfc domano to avoid a very disappointing experince, longbtine ago it was good but now it was rude.

They totally messed up my order. The men's bathroom was dirty and there was a puddle of water on the floor. Customer service was very bad.
