Bought two Tuesday Special to go, and when get home open the box, there is NO FRIES!
Maybe the sales hungry they eat my Fries…
Really not happy with KFC!

Terrible! The restaurant was incredibly dirty, we waited for our order for 25 minutes, although the manager said that the waiting time would be 5 minutes. What was our ultimate disappointment when we got home to find that the chicken was over-salted! The impressions of the visit are simply terrible.

They never have my online order ready on scheduled pick up time.and start working on my order when i asked.never app. And can see people came after me and order food at the spot leave before me.avg wait time for my online order is 25mins

This is the absolute worst KFC on the planet. Long wait.rude staff. And then when I got home they had not given me the fries in 2 of the orders. Totally useless staff. And staff taking orders at the till and then handling good. Which is not allowed. And if thats not enough. Chicken all over the floor. If I could attach the picture of the mess I would.

IM SO GLAD I TRIED KFC. THIS IS THE MOST GODSENT FOOD THATS QUENCHED MY TASTEBUDS IN MY ENTIRE LIFETIME. YOU SAVED US FROM BURGER KING DIAHEERA. I LOVE YOU GUYS SO MUCH I CANT STOP EATING THIS FOOD IM GONNA SIEZE THIS TASTE SO FLIPPING GOOD.

I won't order delivery from this location again. 1st time we waited over 3 hrs for our food. It never showed up. Took many emails to get a refund. Ordered again missing drinks. Call back got told they were going to delivery my drinks plus a free sandwich. Call back after 1 hr 30 mins.and told that it could be a few more hours before receiving Mt delivery. So told them to have a good night and I won't be ordering again.

Too a long time to get our food.no ice in the machine.took them 10 minutes to take our order even though they saw us standing there.and the chair was sticky.bad experience.

I forgot that this location is the worst KFC and visited today again. Ordered wings and I was told I had to wait 6-8 mins to get fresh ones which was fine but after 15 mins of waiting when I finally got my order, nothing was freshly cooked. Never going back

I don’t know where to start from. I got off my job (I’m a chef) I prefer not to say where I work, I was feeling some kfc and I chose to make my way to the closest kfc over making my own food at the restaurant I work at. I rushed the whole way there so It’s not late because it said they close in an hour and I was really excited. I got there at 9: 22pm and they close at 10: 00pm I asked if I could get my food fresh they said no we are closed I replied with “but it says you guys close at 10” anyways she ended up saying to me “if you want fresh food go somewhere else”. Since I work at a restaurant I was shocked that there is actually “restaurants” that treat their costumers this way. In my head I was like whatever I came all the way here might as well Just get the food it doesn’t have to be fresh. She took my order and I was sitting there for at least 10 mins watching all the staff do their pre close over making me my food and every time I asked if I could get my food she kept saying wait and gave me dirty looks for absolutely no reason. I got my food and I am 100% positive it was so old not even anyone would eat it for free and I ended up throwing it away. Wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemies. I can’t believe I paid money to get my night ruined and sleep hungry.

We were coming here at 8: 07 ordering the boneless combo. We were waiting for our food for longer than half an hour until an employee told us they had no chicken tenders and had to replace them with Chicken nuggets.

Dirty location. Food was meh.

Don’t go to this place. Pure disappointment!

Even one star is too much for this restaurant and the awful service. I ordered chicken pop corns for my son and after waiting for ages, I received chicken nuggets that were too salty and too spicy and my son could not even eat one although he was very hungry. We also ordered two chicken tacos but we never got them and when we asked about our order, we were told we cant see your order on our system. When we asked for our money back we were told that we had not ordered the food at all. It was my worst restaurant experience ever and obviously the last time going to this place. Don’t recommend it all.

First and last time here now going on half hour don’t have our food got food fries were cold mind u we were eating in lady gave me dirty look and attitude when asked for new one worst place I have ever been close it down

KFC is hard to rank very high. I don't go in with much in the way of expectations. So in that, they succeed. This location always feels a little depressing. A little dirty, a little greasy and service can be distractedly rushed. But it's fine. There's fried chicken and the wait isn't too long most days

Got our food after waiting for more than 25 mins and we got home our order was wrong and we were missing out food. 2 piece with fries was missing and one order of burrito. Been calling them
For the past 20 mins and the lime is busy. This is unacceptable as this is not the first time they have screwed up our food order. We pay money for our food. Order number 283.

Wait times at this location are incredibly slow, its almost as if the employees are all working in slow motion, anyway just ordered a "family" size bucket of popcorn chicken through skip and when i arrived to pick it up was given a small box of popcorn chicken.as i rightly complained about order mix up i was told "no that is the family bucket" by the server, i was so annoyed from the wait time at that point i just drove off instead of arguing with them cause i knew it problably would have kept me there in the drivethrough another 10 minuts or so with how slow they all move in there, anyway please train the empoyees on what sizes are which, the fact she handed me a small box of popcorn chicken and tried to tell me it was a "family" bucket is kind of a joke, anyway not impressed at all and wont be back obviously, but do your future customers a favour and atleast attempt to know what you are doing.

I leave here every time hungry and disappointment. Poor quality food, very little portion sizes, and extremely high prices. Can literally go down the road to many different chicken locations for more quality, more food, and less cost. Avoid. Go to Mary browns instead.

If you're going through drive thru, the speed is OK. But seems like whenever I go in, it's slow. Waiting 15 min to pick up a "fast food" combo.

Chicken tenders were so salty as we could not eat them. Also my order was not the thing that I had expected. It was a disappointing experience
