Fried chicken was having a bad oil smell, has been fried more than twice. Worst place to go!

Terrible branch, things got worse when they changed to their new app. Tons of mistakes, even got a bone in thigh as my “chicken breast” on a famous chicken sandwich and they’re lucky I didn’t chip a tooth. 4hrs later and still no delivery and kept hanging up during call attempts n no one actually answered my call to cancel.

The service has been excellent everytime I've been there. The food was excellent and for the little space they have. It's a very warm atmosphere, most definitely do to the excellent staff. Thank you

Fried chicken sandwich was not good at all. The portion was small, the seasoning was absent, and the batter looked dark and the oil was obviously old.

The owner here obviously doesn't care about his business or customers, judging by all the other negative experiences shared here, and no improvement.

Head office should revoke the franchise license, or shut this location down.

Ordered online and still took over 30 minutes. Do not come to this location. Staff was rude and dismissive

I bought 3 pc chicken, doesnt taste good gave me a stale dry chicken.i bought poutine too, gravy doesnt taste good.im not going to buy here angmore.

The service at this location is totally wierd. I went there to pick up doordash order. Firstly, they asked me to wait 2 minutes, then after sometime, they said 5 minutes. After waiting for 7,8 minutes they again said 10 minutes.
Like, they should be punctual regarding the ready time of the orders.

Awful service on the phones, food never arrived - ordered online, was given a two hour delivery timeframe.tried to call to cancel, they turned their phones off in the store.order never arrived.tried to call helpline on the website, i was told they couldnt do anything and they just referred me to their complaints line.never bothering with kfc again

Small space.take out or delivery primarily. Very clean though not well lit (I thought). They gave us accurate waiting time for order to be filled. And it's KFC.no way to go wrong there!

Will not accept digital coupons but when you go online the same coupons not available. Total rip

The service was quite poor, no one was at the counter taking orders, every one was in the back. I was standing there for like 5 mins waiting for someone to come and take my order. Once the order was placed, then food came in decent time. I'm not sure if they were understaffed that day that everyone had to be in the kitchen or they received higher than expected volume of orders but I have never been to any fast food restaurant where there is no one at the counter, I mean it is "fast" food for a reason lol so if orders are coming in high, they should staffed properly to handle the load

The staff is not friendly and has bossy attitude, reacting negatively when you ask question. Additionally, there is consistently a large queue present.

Social, no napkin in the bag for customer. Because the inflation, tuesday special is double since last time i tried, 50 cents for honey mustard dip which so loosen like dressing

Food was awful, never tasted a bad chicken like this.

TBH it turned to be a worst nightmare.

Don't order online.

Missing ordered, missing salad which was part of big box order. This restaurant used to be good but it's getting more sloppier.

Parking very difficult to come by. Lot is frequently filled with vehicles not in store. I drive by if the lot is full I just keep going.
