Same kfc with a lots of problem and always change people.those people make their own rules and refuse if they wanted.service is -0.please remember my review.this happened today for i dont know what trip she doing.she is the old lady there.so i bought the 2pc chicken combo its around 10$. I requested a 2 thigh spicy and she ring it with other plus nd negative numbers.im cool i dont complain.i thought its normal plus last time i bought 3pc all thigh spicy they added 2$ charge.dont forget the reciept cause the service she did is SUS.at home i check the reciept and saw what she did.charge me 1$ extra and charge me with a bag 25c and i break after that.ridiculously wrong.the menu dont say additional charge (its only 2 thighs) and she charge me with a small regular bag.i put all picture with comments.good luck on your chicken purchase and always check your reciepts. BEWARE and complain them.complain them to the company if you got a bad experience.reciept tells you the server and kfc store #
i dont recommend and im not going there cause i feel cheated every time i goes here.plus the management fees like buy here or not we dont care.i can also see the other reviews and i believe it.

Very busy location. Chicken tastes less flavourful than the other locations… not sure if they’re cutting corners or it was just an off day. Kinda a dive for eat in and no public restrooms

The store has very poor handicap access. A woman in a wheelchair that was not able to access the counter to order. Due to narrow passage ways and the lack of a ramp leading to the front door. I ended up making the order for her and waiting for her meal to come up and serve it to her. There wasn’t even an auto door opener on the side entrance.

I'm a 6 months pregnant woman, ordered 2 boxes of 4 piece chicken meal for myself and for my husband along with large pack popcorn to satisfy my cravings for KFC. The chicken box meals that I received was not at all edible with the bad smell of oil. The color of the chicken was dark, even the fries were not at all fresh. Definitely they are not changing the oil. Only popcorn chicken was good (You can compare the color) This is definitely a refried chicken or reheated chicken in bad oil. Never ever recommend this place.

Ordered a chicken sandwich combo. The chicken was good quality but the fry batter around it was just this mushy goo. I expected a crispy outside. The fries were OK. Also, the combo was almost $16 for the basic one.

This is claimed to be "original recipe" chicken. I don't think this is KFC's original recipe. The outer is soggy and the meat is completely dry I could barely stick my fork in it.

Horrible service.
I asked for ketchup.the packages that they gave me were covered in a slimy gew.

She told me that's the way they came in the box. Where is the food safe?

There was a problem with an KFC App which caused some confusion. Manager and his team was very nice enough to solve my issue and I was happy with their service.

These people just don't care about the food they're putting out. Forgot most of my order and then hung up on me when I called to ask about it

Customer service is terrible! Food is never ready on time. Took 45 mins for my bucket crazy

I had a disappointing experience at the KFC on Lonsdale Avenue on July 20th afternoon. The manager I encountered was rude, irresponsible, and not at all helpful. Her demeanor made me feel like I was being treated as if she were my boss, and she seemed to believe she had the final say in everything. It was as though she considered me helpless and without any other choices. Sadly, her behavior ruined my dinner and evening, as I couldn't bring myself to eat the food. I ended up tossing it in the garbage when I got home and went hungry instead. I hope the management addresses such behavior to improve customer experiences in the future.

Horrible service, feel, environment.

You can tell some employees are scared and just look down and the others are rude and demeaning. Nasty and dirty location on top of all this. How has their HR and headquarters allowed this place to stay open

Honestly always I eat food in this place. And I am satisfy. But today it was not good. Fries was awful. It was burnt.

Shut this place down. I came in for lunch at 11: 30 for my 30 minute break from work, they didn't even take my order till 12: 00.30 minit wait for fast food.fast food.

We got zingers and I saw the commercial with lot of lettuce ours had very little lettuce and obviously old.

Worst place in terms of food, service, and atmosphere. Not sure how is the branch not closed down as it spoils the image and reputation of KFC. Their dine-in is always dirty and the employe did not care to clean after telling them. They do not offer any trays to serve food but forcefully charge for a paper bag fee. Not only that, after placing an order and paying extra for dip, they do not provide it with the order, and worst is an employee spilling pop on the floor in front of customers and do not hesitate to clean after their own mess.

I entered this Lonsdale KFC last night at 9 PM date: 13 May 2023, I heard a very loud angry voice yelling in Indian language! I see a tall over-weight manger in red uniform yelling at a young petit employee front of all the customers! The employee was so scared and embarrassed! All she did was looking at her and holding on to tears! Everyone was watching! One brave lady as a customer stood up for the poor employee and that was when the employee lost it and started to cry! And the manager still yelling now at the customer and repeatedly saying “You don’t know what she did” Apparently all she had done gave the wrong order to a customer! For anything, no one deserves to be treated like this, It was the most unpleasant brutal scene I ever have experienced! Really sad! This manager must be charged under the criminal code for harassment and bullying at the workplace! Work safe BC also must get involved!

Night shift on Monday June 5th. Terrible can not even honor a coupon unless ordered online. Manager did nothing to help. More so looked like she wanted to be right. I always used my phone coupons. Not sure what was the problem this time. 0 for customer service.

This KFC doesn't have reliable hours, they tend to open up later than what the store hours say.

The servers weren't able to answer questions reliably, and they were unfriendly.

They got our order wrong and the food was disappointing compared to their other locations
