Warning.do not order online or through the app unless you want to be ripped off. I placed an online order and then received a call from the store saying that they didn't have my order and I would have to call the 1-866# to cancel and get a refund. 8 days later and my credit card has not been refunded. I have spent over 30 mins on the phone trying to get this resolved. I will never again order from KFC and will be contacting my credit card company to do a chargeback.

Janet is amazing and so kind. In my experience it's rare to see amazing customer service like I received from her in the Okanagan. The food was tasty and received quickly. Thanks Janet!

Like stepping into the 1980s or even late 70s. Eat in K. F. C.haven't seen one like this in decades. A real time machine. Good thing they have been making the food the same way since then. Enjoyed the blast from the past. If your under 35 you won't get it. LoL

The chicken was over cooked and the biscuit was rock hard. The service was good but didn't check the food until on the road again.

I’m absolutely disgusted with the Vernon KFC! There was a crackhead passed out in the bathroom with his pants down crack pipe in hand, the girl working the front spoke little English and spoke fluently with the other in the back. I find this extremely rude in Canada, how can you learn the language if you don’t speak it often enough plus we don’t know what they’re saying which for all I know could have been derogatory towards customers. The popcorn chicken was disgusting! Rubbery, cold and about 10 pieces were hard as rocks! Haven’t tried anything else yet but if the popcorn chicken was that bad I’m not optimistic about the chicken and tenders! This place has gone downhill the last few years. It doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned or updated in 20-30 years and the god awful old oil smell never again Vernon KFC!

The old lady at the counter was super nice! We had a long day from hiking at Middleton Mountain and we were so tired hungry so we went to KFC. She helped us navigate the coupons and was a fabulous cashier!

Served by a wonderful woman named Janet. This lasy deserves a raise for sure as she delievered some of the best customer service I have ever received from a KFC. She even managed to get me a great deal.

The staff are super helpful and friendly.if it was just the staff this would be 5 stars.the resturant is run down and needs many repairs.paint falling off of the walls.broken front windows for months covered by boards.their is normally bugs under the pop machine.for years.the tables are worn out and need replacing.the place is a mess.i hope they fix it up to match the amazing staff.staff 5 stars.resturant 1-2 stars
