This was my second visit to this location and it was mediocre at best.

They close at 10pm and we arrive around 7: 40pm. As we waited in line, they turned off the menu lights and as we waited for the food, they put a tacky, laminated sign on the door that said they were closed. Closing two hours before actual close time is unacceptable.
The food was mediocre at best. Chicken was ok but the sides need work. The corn and slaw were very odd. The customer service was also lacking. Not one smile in the place!

I had my lunch at this branch today. The food to be honest is good. But the service and attitude I got from the guy in cashier was really bad. The way he talk makes me feel that am not wanted there. Like I asked him about popcorn balls test. I had last time there. He simple said: if you don’t like don’t order it. That’s made me regret to ask about anything else in the board menu.

Same experience as those with 1-3 star reviewers. Rude staff, old fries and under-fried popcorn chicken.

Service was good. Order was correct. Food was well made. But it could have been hotter and fresher.

Bad service. Asked for everything fresh and gave us old food fried double soaked with oil to make them hot. Chicken was cold and lady told it is because of lettuce i mean you think we are fool. Worst kfc.

Cheap with the sauce for two family pack popcorn chicken. Had to argue to get 6… was only going to give me 2…
