I ordered 2 six piece buckets thru uber. One bucket had 2 thighs and two drumsticks, the other had 3 drumsticks, one thigh and one weird unknown piece like a back. Essentially shorted 3 pieces! Tasted fine but I got ripped off.uber gave me $5. Joke!

Service is slow. I came late on a Tuesday and they were out of gravy. I was trying to ask if they can help with the offers because the stupid app and website is not working. They cannot do anything. KFC you should do something when your stupid APP is not working.

I just went to the store and was told that the Tuesday special now is $3.00 for 2 pieces of chicken and fries, which would be $2.00 extra. That's fine, but when I went on the website to verify, it says you also get a drink with the fries. I ordered two orders but was never told about the drink. I understand prices will go up, but then the pieces of chicken get smaller and smaller, and the employees don't tell you it comes with a drink. The owner can make even more money by just charging for napkins and ketchup. Just to point out that the food is good aside from the portion size, I have been going to KFC for 35 years, and it has changed. I ordered from them again to see if they changed the food was so bad if I had a dog I would not feed them that food the chicken sandwich was unedable the fries were salty the only think I ate was popcorn chicken and corn the 6 piece bucked was unedable I thru it out.
I wonder why kfc allows their name to be dragged in the mud. They should hold their franchises to a standard if they don't abide then terminate their franchise.

50/50 what kind of experience you’ll have. Here’s a suggestion - if you get an order wrong (or miss an item) and force the customer to drive back 15 minutes from home to pick it up, maybe give them a freebie or something to make up for the mess up. Other than “sorry. ” Pretty basic customer service!

2023 01-01. Evening time when I was order. One double chicken burger. Large popcorn with coleslaw They put in the bag. But there was no spoon no fork. No napkins. I don’t know why they keep this kind of people. When I called them To just remind it. But they was talking in Punjabi. They said eat with your fingers This is disrespectful

Yes, they have the same recipe. But the service kills it. Rude managers and employees with no care for customers. You'll either find mistakes in your package or they'll say they don't have this and that. Most of the time they don't ask you to wait if you want your order, they'll offer something else instead. Sometimes they won't even ask if you need ketchup, etc. My family loves KFC, after such experiences many times, we won't go back to this store anymore.

I went to this location and it's just got this location it's every KFC and Frank KFC just terrible everything from the service to the food the chicken they give you is so greasy so small and the oil is horrible it does not taste like KFC there's no flavor no nothing I definitely would recommend going to Church's Chicken or Texas Chicken whatever they call it that place you get big pieces the service is better and you can actually enjoy eating fried chicken thank you for taking the time to read this I hope it helps you

Order a 2 piece and the chicken was like this? Soggy. The gravy has chunks in it. I think it's flour or something.
Very inconsistent for a KFC fast food place.

Every couple years I give KFC another chance and I really don't know why.

Fries taste like cheap paper towels, those brown ones you get in public buildings. The buns seem to be made out of used kitchen sponges, part of it was hard and inedible. The chicken tastes like nothing.

Just don't bother.

It's a good KFC in New Westminster that offers what people are looking for. Small modest eat-in area.

The slowest fast food restaurant. What kind of fast food takes 30 minutes just for the preperation. Totally dissappointing.

I wish I could pick -5 for the rating. I live fairly close to here and I keep giving this place a second chance. Nope, disappointment after disappointment. The chicken taste like it was made 3 days ago. Super bland and dry. I don't even want to start on the fries they were so bad. Lastly, the staff are terrible. I'm sure there not getting paid much so I don't really blame them but I ask for a fork though the drive thru and she walk away from me. And oh the gravy, oh noooo the gravy sucks so bad. DONT GO HERE.

For the first time in a long time I'm happy with KFC. Tonight's order reminded of KFC from the 1980's fresh and hot. Not soaked with grease sitting all day. The fries showed up fresh, hot and still crispy. The chicken hot enough to burn your fingers, crispy, flavorful and what use to be KFC.keep doin small batches and keep it fresh KFC, make your followers completely happy again.

I was craving a chicken sandwich, and thought what better place to get one than KFC. With an empty tummy and a dream, I walked up the street to the restaurant on my lunch break. I hadn't had a KFC Chicken Sandwich for literally years, but in my mind I remembered exactly how it tasted as if it was yesterday. I wasn't even mad that the price of food had gone way up because hey, we live in wild times. So I took my two sandwiches to go. They were well cooked and warm, so everything was looking swell until I bit into the juicy sandwich. Blandness awaited me. It's as if five or more of the legendary herbs and spices were not even included with my meal! Had I forgotten to ask for them, like I had forgotten to ask for cheese? ! No, that's doubtful. Was it a supply chain issue? Seems more likely.

Regardless. I will most certainly be able to get a better chicken sandwich across the street at Wendy's next time.

There is usually one person running the kitchen, drive thru and the cash! It's usually a long wait to order

This place has done a 180. Customer service is exceptional. I revised my 1 star rating to 5 stars. Good show. Before the pandemic service wasn't so great but now everyone I go here they are so accomodating, friendly and I would recommend going here. Kfc in New West keep up the good work and customer service.

This restaurant doesn't even deserve 0 (zero) when it comes to delivery services. I work for food delivery and It happened to me 4th time where I had to wait for my order more than 15 minutes. Employees never bother if driver is waiting and never ask about the order. Had to wait in the line to go to the server to give order details. Just one request to the management of the restaurant, pls don't accept order from Skipthedishes or Doordash if u can't make it on time. Because we don't get paid for waiting at your restaurant. Plz value the delivery driver time. We as delivery driver, gives you business and such kind of service is not expected from the restaurant.

I tried it today the fried chicken were too soggy and salty.
And I ordered flat bread too they just filled with mayo instead of spicy mayo which tasted worse too.

One of the worst tasted food ever.

Service is terrible food is even worse undercooked, wrong chicken pieces in sandwiches didn't have mayonnaise or spicy mayonnaise, put gravy in coffee cup spilled all in bag, this place used to be good, has gone downhill last few yrs

Had a sudden craving for fried chicken and got two 2piece chicken combo sets.

Chicken was juicy and fried but portions were tiny. Flavour was lacking and the original flavour tasted burnt and breading was falling off the chicken making the entire experience pretty gross.

Fries were dry and hard, lacking flavour. The carry out bags were missing napkins, tomato ketchup and one drink cup which I had to go back and request for.

Overall quite a disappointing experience.

This is a regular monthly stop (at least) for our family. Never had a problem with the food here and I saw them building this when I was 8 years old in 1967.

Greasy, slow, wrong orders, workers don't speak any language that I can understand. Never ever again!

Worse place! Its located I a very convenient location but the staff is really unprofessional. No greeting no thank you. I was doing my order in the drive through and they just told me me to drive without finish my order. Seems there is not manager over there to take care of customers. They just sale chicken. So if you go do not think.maybe your food is not good at all.

Too slow service, too small place, very less space to sit, and too crowdy as its the only one in that area, greasy food. Wish I could give 0 stars. SAVE YOUR TIME AND DON'T COME HERE.

Update: Most of the time they refuse to take order for the specific item that you want by saying that it's gonna take 10 mins for that. Their cooking time is too slow and they always ask to go for a different item which

Zero stars. Ordered a double down. Waited 10 minutes to be told 10 minutes longer, had to use gas to circle the block so others could get their orders. Pulled up to collect said double down. Waited another 10 minutes after asking for my money back. Got soggy under cooked garbage that gave me the runs.

Jagir and her staff went above snd beyond to make our experience a five star one. Highly recommend this location for fresh food and amazing customer service.

I bought chicken strips which were extraordinarily SALTY! It was that salty that I had to throw them away! Poorly packed!

Worst chicken I've had in my life. Was so dry and the pieces were so puny, even if you order it fresh its god awful.

Tried the chicken tenders a few times and at first they were great but then the next time they were dry and they tasted funny.

I would rate Their service as 5 star. The store had a employee named Parveen who assissted me really well and i loved their service.

I don't know why I keep coming back here. Service is slow, there doesn't seem to be much communication between staff as you have to repeat parts of your order when you get to the window, and accessories are usually missing from your order (cutlery, dipping sauces, etc)

Every time I've ordered from this location, the chicken is so soggy, I can't even pick it up out of the box. Never again.

Just moved into this neighborhood, been to this location twice, but I was appalled by the quality of thus KFC: The chicken had almost no taste; as if there was no salt or seasoning what so ever.

Last time I checked KFC was supposed to be known for the 11 herbs and spices they add to their chicken, but this tasted like nothing.

On-top of that the chicken they use was extremely low quality. Was still fresh from the cooker both times, I could even tell that it had been made in the last 20-30 mins, but it was rubbery some how.

Best bet is to go to another location, go to churches, or if you have the time make it yourself, because going here is a complete waste of time if ur in the mood for chicken, and a good way to leave a bad taste in ur mouth.

I hate to say it even, but this is not genuine KFC: this is just a poor excuse of an imitation, run by people who have no idea what they're doing, and judging by how bad the chicken is; it's impossible that this is solely the fault of the employees, and personally; I would be embarrassed if I worked here and the people I know somehow found out this was the location I worked at.

The QC is bad in so many places that there is no way this isn't the owners fault, doesn't taste like KFC, hell it doesn't even taste like chicken.therefore this place really is only a KFC in name only.

Even if they aren't cooking the food properly, the people that work here are nice: that's who the star is for.

2.7 outta 5 stars in total on here and with the quality of the food; I'm surprised it isn't lower.

I grew up around the area and fondly remember walking up to the old KFC on tenth (now a Hi Five). It was owned and ran by a rather generous man named Bob. When we were kids he would give us free popcorn chickens and other goods when customers would bail so it wouldn't go to waste. He was a kind soul. When that KFC closed down I thought I'd never find another one ran quite as well.

I was wrong.

This KFC has been so consistent. Both with our meal but also the politeness of the person who I assume is the manager. They forgot a sandwich one time and he ran after us in the parking lot to make sure we had it.

Folks, this is top tier KFC. I tip my hat.

Consistent quality, Friendly drivers, and often comes before the 40 min estimated delivery time.

I hate this location. They mess up orders half the time and the parking lot and drive through are cramped. If you park in the parking lot you will most likely get blocked by the cars in the drive through. If they don't have the food ready for you while going through drive through they ask you to drive around and re enter the drive through which might take more than half an hour to get back to the front of the line. The manger once promised something over the phone and then when we got down there he didn't honor it. Bad management or poor/short staffing makes experiences at this location feel straining.

I'd almost finished my chicken burger when I noticed that it was raw in the middle! So disgusting! I ignored other customer complaints on here about raw food at this location at my own peril! Now I have food poisoning! Avoid at all costs!

The manager seemed upset that I decided to use a coupon (They really don't like it when you use coupons at this location), things got worse from there. Ended up waiting 20 minutes for my order to finish, people who ordered after me got their orders first. (Its not like we had a big order) We noticed the fries were cold, the pop was only filled to 70% of the cup (Ice included). The cups were falling apart like it had pop sitting in it for a day or so. (We are thinking maybe they are reusing cups) They also gave us the smallest pieces of chicken that looked like it had been sitting there all day. It is also very difficult to find any customer service skills at this location. I love KFC but all in all this is the worst KFC in the lower mainland. If I could give it 0/5 I would. Make the drive to another KFC location, its worth it!

They never seem to get the orders right! Always omitting either cutlery, condiments, and/or drinks!

Service was quick and friendly. The quality is pretty much is what is expected from any other kfc branch. Would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the watery gravy. Not a deal breaker though. Would definitely drive by if I were craving fried chicken.

The manager who works there an older east indian lady is very rude, I wouldn't go to this lo action as I have issues in the past with this same lady. If you hqve any concerns call any kfc and get the district manager Richard's contact and let him know. Her customer service is awful and she shouldn't be working in this industry as she's not a people person.

I asked to use the washroom to wash my hands since they don’t have a customer washroom. The cashier told me to wash my hands with the water from the Pepsi machine. Seriously? Then I was told I was not allowed to use the washroom. Ridiculous customer service.

Really bad customer service. I forgot to tell the worker at the speaker that I didn't want ice in my drink and so I told her at the pickup window. She seemed upset when I told her and she didn't pack my food properly.

It is hit and miss on the quality of the chicken. Sometime it is soggy and some time it's crispy and yummy. No consistency in the fried chicken.
Just gave it another try on Dec 03 2019. Well this is what I got all thighs and leg in my 10pcs bucket. Will definitely will not recommend this KFC to any one.
