Missing items, slow service, and dirty atmosphere. Nothing has changed over the past few years. The kfc up north is way better than this place. The chicken here tastes really off, like you're eating burnt cigarettes.

I also worked here many years ago, I would reccomended refraining from working here. It was quite toxic, and job turnover was very high. Only work here if you're out of options and have nothing better you can do.

Terrible terrible terrible customer service run by unprofessional Indians with zero people kills and their staff aren’t even trained on how to make simple food. Firstly, I was locked outside. The staff didn’t unlock the doors, a customer inside unlocked it for me. Check footage on the CCTV October 26,2023 at 11: 30am. The customer inside had to tell the 3 staff members to keep their doors unlocked for customers. Secondly, I ordered a cheese quesadilla meal. The quesadilla was burnt and black on one side and the fries were brown and cold; check the cameras again of me showing the staff member. She threw it and remade it. Then the quesadilla was missing the sauce, the MANAGER said that it’s not supposed to have sauce, (check the ingredient list on the website), then she said she doesn’t know much about Taco Bell. Check the cctv again for her comment. Does KFC/Taco Bell hire anyone? She has no background on Taco Bell but she’s a manager? ! How? Then she remade it and made a comment to me that “she’s made you the same quesadilla 3x”! Why wasn’t it made properly the first time? It was for my 1.5 year old special needs son. I showed her on my phone, the time of the first interaction until the time I was waiting at the front desk for the first order, it was 25 minutes. She took 5 peoples order before mine. At last, after waiting nearly 30 minutes, my son wouldn’t sit to eat anymore and ran away from the table and food. This was the worst experience, and she was yelling at me the whole time because she and her staff couldn’t get a simple 2 ingredient questions right and gave my 1 year old burnt fries. Please check the cameras of all the interactions and show the head of your KFC branch, because I will be doing the same. This is unacceptable. Terrible customer service, I am from Surrey and have never experienced this before from 3 different staff members at 1 kfc location:/ horrible. I feel so unsettled. She was arguing with me infront of 5 other customers, check the cameras and audit her position at this location.

Pathetic service. Lineups and queues with staff walking around smirking giggling… service deserves a rating below one star. Needs a major overhaul. If the excuse is related to minimum wage, many others would appreciate an opportunity to work there.

Beyond disappointing and am astounded that KFC corporate is not doing anything about this.

Went through the drive through, Lady taking my order was rude as hell. Never let me finish my order and told me to go up without me finishing. Very Bad costumer service.

Well my brothers chicken is shaped like a pen1s and it taste terrible and took so long to get it from the drive thru. And customer service is terrible they didn’t even talk to us.

The person that helped us today was extremely kind and welcoming. I genuinely enjoyed the interaction with him.

100% the worse fast food / restaurant in Canada, crack houses are cleaner inside. The staff is absolutely miserable and if you are desperate enough to eat this food expect to spend your night on the toilet praying to your god for help. SOMEONE CALL THE HEALTH INSPECTOR-ZERO STARS

Firstly I had to wait 10 minutes to order. Cashier (MUSKAN) was looking at us and was ignoring us. After no greeting and nothing, she directly went to cash register and started looking at me for order. She said 8 mins wait for order, its okay, no issue but with order no ketchup or sauce and she didn’t even ask me. After us, an old man came she ignored him too and made him wait. Then, a guy came (was doing drive thru before) to take his order. Rest of the staff was nice

This place is a joke! Over 30 minutes in the drive thru, usually get the wrong items in your order. My mistake for give this business multiple attempts to fix their service. It's obvious the owners don't care about their customers. DO NOT GO HERE!

I should have checked the reviews before going to this place. Horrible service, ladies were rude! Just passed us the bag and drinks and walked away. Stale fries just all around bad! DO NOT GO HERE #KFC#TACOTIME

Went to Taco Bell but were told they were closed, their hours are wrong online but ended up having kfc to avoid driving somewhere else.it was so bad, my wrap was made incorrectly and also had a massive bone in it because they used thigh meat instead of the tender like they’re supposed to…. Fries were ice cold.sandwich had no sauce.they were out of gravy so had to substitute macaroni salad lol this place is in shambles such a waste of money

Extremely slow. Took 10 mins to take order from drive thru, as we sat there in -10 degree weather with our window open so we could hear them. If we weren't stuck in a drive thrubwe would have drove off. Unbelievable.

30 minute+ wait every time. How can this be the slowest KFC in Canada! Anytime of day same slowness. Chicken here is as bad as the one up on Yale rd. Oily and no coating. Tastes like old dirty oil. Seems from old reviews KFC Canada doesn't care of their standards. So this place seems to think civid restrictions are still in place. Can't eat in. Probably best as not good chicken here.

Pretty disturbing when you go here and the restaurant isn’t open because they’re too short staff. We sat at the drive thru for quite awhile before realizing no one was there. Yes, there was a sign there, but it wasn’t in plain sight for anyone to see.

Franchise owners need to do better.

The food is, mediocre at best. Service is stupid slow. So, unless you would like a nap, before even, just ordering alone. Would not recommend.

Don't bother. Just don't. I have lived near this store for 16 years. It used to be excellent. Now not even close. When they used to be open for dine in, once I was told to use the bathroom at the gas station across the street. The tables were always filthy and the floors greasy.

The last time I tried to eat there I had to use the drive through so I went around back. I saw a chair across the drive through saying they were closing in 1/2 hour. I thought ok I'll take my chances, only 5 cars in front of me.

So I moved the chair, got in line, and put it right back in place behind me. A young man came out and told me I had to get out of line. They were closing soon and didn't have food. I said how do you know what I want? I wanted a big crunch, surely in 1/2 hour they could have put one in the fryer.

I lodged an online complaint and someone called and apologized but their poor service hasn't changed. Just go to the other side of town. It will be faster, trust me. And you will get better food and service.

These people giving 5 stars are fakes to prop up the abysmal numbers, no reasonable person comes away from there giving 5 stars.

This place is literally terrible, they told us no to ordering multiple items and when we we’re finally able to order food it turned out to be the worst of the worst, it’s like the stuff that they shouldn’t sell they sold to me and my big family, we ordered a lot of food and they practically gave us scraps I am so disappointed in this location

I'm so unimpressed with the food from here, we ordered from here last night. The chicken was just so, so. The fries weren't even cooked, as I had to put them in the oven to get somewhat browned. And the gravy was a big lump of the concentrate they use and so salty.
I told my husband to never get again. We live in Abbotsford and buy from there because all of the KFC'S out here are so bad. And now seems like the Chilliwack location is the same.
I don't know what's going on at all of these locations, if the staff just doesn't know what they are doing or they are trying to cut back on making it properly to save money somehow, but it's terrible food now. Shame on you KFC!

I am OUTRAGED. I was at this kfc/taco bell drive through with my pet chicken to get some taco bell.we were getting some treats and he was in there front seat with me.when i pull up to the window, the staff starts yelling saying that i took one of their chickens so they were short on the meat that day.one staff member in particular GOT IN MY CAR and took him. At this point I am yelling because i thought they were joking at first. I can’t believe they would even do that. I returned later that day, and they showed me a picture of him. 5 minutes later continued rude no thank you, sorry for 1 car 15 minute delay and then stared me down with my 10 year old son as if he wanted to fight
If you hate your job so much quit! We don’t need to be treated like #### and pay for your horrible service and food

KFC franchise should be pulled from this location judging by the reviews …. Just because you bought the franchise staffing it with your kids May cost you your business

Just ordered a large family meal and they forgot the large fries a person shouldn’t have to go through their food every Flippin time to double check this restaurant is constantly screwing up beware!

I never write bad reviews but this is by far The worst kfc in town if I could give 0 stars I would. Food is always cold the two times I’ve gone! 45 min to hour wait for fast food is pathetic.you might as well go dine in somewhere. The worst Horrible service ever! The incompetent, slow & pathetic people working here should all be fired on the spot. I watched a employee take a fries container and dip into the gravy that was also sitting in a chicken bucket in the warmer to pour into a container for some customer absolutely disgusting (like really dipping out gravy in a chicken bucket do better people. Rats all over the area, Where the garbage area is over flowed. The wait time my god is at least a hour not kidding for two tacos is beyond me just mind blowing. I’ve gone 2 times and won’t be back! The doors are locked you can’t go in constantly saying oh we are understaffed! They aren’t open when they say they are. You call they don’t answer. Store inside looks dirty and so do the employees and not up to health standards they should be shut down immediately! Worst place in chilliwack avoid at all costs. Health inspectors step up and do something about this place!

Online says open at 10. Got there at 11-closed. Came back at noon, still closed. Maybe out of business. Mary Browns is good and not far away

If they're not letting patrons inside then they are literally only taking one order at a time. The drive through shouldn't take so long.

So many bad reviews for a place that always has their drive thru full. So many bad reviews from people that WAIT IN LINE for 45 mins to 1 hour.
Can't be that bad.

If I could give it a lower score I would. I went there at 11: 40 today, drive through was closed which is fair, so I went to the door, the sign said opened at 12: 00, I thought well I am here and so I will wait, at 11: 43 I went to wait outside the door and at 11: 50 someone came to the door and said we don't ope until 12: 30, I said but your sign says you open at 12: 00, all he did was say sorry it is not open till 12: 30 and he closed the door. The rudest service I have ever had. I wasted 15 min waiting and ended up going to the downtown one, where i waited in the drive thru from 12: 04 until 12: 14, KFC service is not what it used to be, very disappointed.

This is a really good KFC the a good quality chicken could quality french fries tenders were good they weren't too salty popcorn chicken was the same as usual make sure you ask for your dipping sauces I'm an extra ketchup and hot sauce type of guy

We drove 28 minutes to eat at your restaurant only for it to be closed at 6: 40 when its open until 7. It’s apparent that you have no respect for your customers. I’m very disappointed, you should be too.

Sister and Mom ordered the nachos, biscuits and tacos. They really enjoyed it especially the Nachos but were a bit disappointed after asking for butter they didn't get any. The woman at the counter said the biscuits were already buttered, a true statement, but didn't say they were only buttered on the outside.

For such a small staff though they did a really good job and other then the biscuits there was no disappointment

This was my first order from this location. I ordered online and showed up 15 minutes later, 2 minutes before it was to be ready. They didnt even know my order existed until I mentioned it. When I got back to my hotel (2 minutes away), the sandwiches were barely warm with almost not lettuce, the fries were barly warm and had no salt, and my drumsticks had been substitued (without asking me) with a dried out breast, and two chicken strips (the only thing thay actually tasted ok). This is the second KFC ive been to in 2 weeks that was this bad, and Im starting to think KFC has no quality control anymore. I will defintly not be biying KFC again.

30 minute wait should have been warning enough, but I figured they were probably cooking the food fresh so maybe a little wait isn’t terrible. Boy was I wrong. The food was not fresh. Chicken sandwich meat was dry and tough, Chicken fingers, dry and tough. Popcorn chicken, same thing. Fries were old. What garbage food and garbage service. Who do I call to get my money back? Probably not worth the time spent trying. Will never come back.

The crowning glory of any KFC can be summed up in one word: gravy. When I first moved to the area, about a year ago, this place made all the others look bad. Service was good, food was good and the gravy was stellar. Things have changed, however. The gravy has become brown water with grease floating on top.

The staff is clearly in survival mode. Maybe they should be paid a living wage so that they’ll stick around long enough to become more experienced.

Whatever needs fixing, fix it. You’ve lost my business and I was a good customer.

It was actually Taco Bell. Quick stop on the way to Cultus Lake. Fast and friendly service. Drive thru and dining in. Lobby opens at 4pm.

Food is good but the drivethru is always super slow everytime. Expect 15 minute wait if there is only 2 cars in front of you.

I wish they had lower ratings than 1, this location is the worst KFC we have ever been served from. The first time I ordered take out the chicken was extremely over cooked and dry, the breasts were not even edible. We thought they just had a bad night. The last time I waited for over 10 minutes to be be even asked if I wanted to place an order, the staff seemed too busy to even acknowledge my presence. When I asked if they were going to take my order only one young fellow looked up smiled and went back to what he was working on cleaning. There didn't seem to be a manager anywhere in sight. I left and will never return. I DO NOT recommend you waste your time or money here.

Please hire more staff guys, I feel bad for people who work there, and it took 25 mins to get one combo … you can do better than this

Rude. Impolite. Slow. Bad management. Just a few things that they need to make MUCH MUCH better. There's lots more. Just, don't go here. Someone needs to close the store. Shut this place down. Don't waste your time or money here, it's not worth it. Drive through was horrible, horrible. When it got to my turn, they shut the window for the drive through. We waited for 20-25 minutes. By far the worst service in the world, don't even bother.

Very poor quality chicken, greasy chicken. Horrible customer service by poorly trained employees! The food quality at this location has gone down hill over the years!

We stopped on our way home to the island and were very impressed! It was just like KFC used to taste when I was a little kid in the early 80s! Lots of thick, crunchy coating, the way it is supposed to be. It’s sad that this is the ONLY location I have found makes it the way they used to.

Another online order i’ve had that they “cant find the order. ” Had to wait over half an hour for them to figure it out and make it when they said 5 mins. As well as very poor service to others around.

30mins. Drive thru. Friday. 1: 45pm. Like Holy smokes. This location has some of the worst drive thru times in my life. My town isn't even that big, and everyone what's the same stuff. I think it's aliens.

Standard KFC fare, there are better fried chicken places. The fries are often soggy, the chicken is more oily than crispy. The gravy is the only thing I like from here.

On the Taco Bell side, it's not much better. I ordered a crunch wrap and when I bit into it, the tostada shell on the inside had already been soaked through like it'd been sitting for an hour. To note, I was the only one in the drive thru at the time and I bit into it not more than 15 mins later, so they clearly don't make food to order here.

They mostly wear masks, but their are a few times I've been were there is someone working without a mask or have the mask under their nose. So take that as you will.

Slow service, slow at making our food. Don't forget to ask for napkins and condiments, because they don't put it in your bag

Absolutely awful KFC, they don't clean anything, the service is probably the worst I've seen at a fast food restaurant. I also was injured walking out of the restaurant when I slipped on a grease slick that was outside the front door. I contacted KFC who said they would contact me but never did and every time I tried to contact them, they would pick up the phone and hang up. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

Disappointed once again, it's seriously hit or miss ordering from here and lately more miss. Chicken is overcooked, almost burnt but not burnt just very very dark and very dry. Ordered a four piece meal and got four of the smallest pieces of chicken and fries taste undercooked. Please improve your standards.

Went to pick up chicken I had ordered online only for them to tell me they didn’t have enough unless I wanted spicy. That says very poor management to me. They have one job-cooking chicken.

Hi there I got 20 pieces of chicken popcorn chicken and ten hot wings 2 fries and 2 gravy and I found hair in my fries dont want to eat the rest of my meal. 70 wasted. Not happy at all. All I get is my fries credited.

Lame business practice. We want to support our restaurants but always something broken here. They only take tap and not everyone wants tap. A form of pymt such as cash should be taken or debit. A form of pymt! We went anywhere else and No problems with debit or cash. Can't support this!

Came here to eat and our chicken bucket was so full of grease showed them and they said oh well chicken is greasy. Was also gross. Cold fries cheese didnt even melt in the poutine.

I am really dissatisfied with the one in Sardis. Only time I ever get fresh hot chicken is at noon and five o'clock. I often like to get it around 3 or 4 o'clock and it's always cold and dry! The one in Chilliwack always has fresh chicken! I don't know what's wrong with this place? !

Both stars are for the friendly staff. As far as the food goes. 0 stars. Kentucky Fried Pigeons, I didnt know it was legal to butcher animals that young. Had a 12 piece bucket, barely fed 3 people. A drumstick the size of my thumb and the rest of the pieces weren't much better. Pathetic waste of money.

Would give a 0 stars if I could. Served me cold chicken, soft tacos and gave me a zinger wrap when we ordered original. Then when I called to complain the manager said she checked the temperature of the box and it's fine. I asked her if she was calling me a liar and she proceeded to tell me I was yelling at her. I explained I had a newborn sleeping in my car and assured her I was not telling and she hung up on me! Not how you do customer service. I called back for her name and she hung up on me yet again. Completely unsatisfied. Will not be returning to this location.

Chicken was cold and dry had a smoke taste. Very disappointed as for the price it should be as advertised. WON'T BE GOING BACK.

When you go through the drive thru, they seem to give you all the dried up old pieces left over from lunch. So by the time you get home, you can't be bothered to take it back. I now go to Brownies. 100%better chicken and huge pieces.

If you want to be ridiculed, have your order forgotten about than told you want something else anyways, several times to the point you forgot what you originally ordered (20 mins ago) and frankly so disgusted with service and attitude you never want to eat again try this place for sure! Otherwise steer clear, the tall kid with hunched shoulders should be ashamed of himself, truly horrible.

I was delivered a bottle of water with no label and the lid unsealed. The driver acted unaware or that it was no big deal. I feel that it is not health conscious to drink out of an unsealed and unlabeled bottle that I paid 2.49 plus tax for with my order.

Some of the pieces of chicken were mangled and there was a ton of Grease at the bottom of the bucket

We have been going to this store for years on and off.
In that time, we have had very inconsistent quality.
Everything from broken gravy containers hidden in the packaging and double wrapped to prevent us from noticing till we got home to what we experienced tonight where the chicken was partially cremated and tasted like a burnt ashtray.
I also suspect old oil was used. We'll see.

I have phoned to complain about the quality before and have never received a response from the restaurant.

I am sick and tired of the shoddy quality from this restaurant and being charged top doller for the pleasure.

Very greasy restaurant. Chairs windows doors and floors so sticky it is not funny. We got our food hot but the restaurant cleanliness is something that needs severe help

It took Forever due to no organization between the front till and people behind. We phoned in our order to make things faster, shouldn't have done that. They screwed up our order badly. Not only that but our chicken was burned, our fries cold but the gravy had so much pepper in it it was basically inedible. Won't be back!

Chicken tenders over salty and location in Chilliwack is also a taco bell, service very slow. Took 20 minutes for 4 burritos.
