The food was exceptional and the new stuffing was good too. The cashiers there are always pleasant and helpful! I enjoy eating in as well as taje out:)

Very old location by the feel of it with one booth that you sink into so much it feels like you are on the floor! (fun and funny, not in a bad way!) Food and service were great, We will be back

What a horrible experience even after talking to the manager was really rude and to tp it off didn't get what we wanted will never go back

Excellent service, clean location, good food. Unfortunately they don't have extra crispy at this location. I'm also disappointed that it's not a KFC / Taco Bell. I usually go to the locations that are both so you are able to order from both menus. I guess being a small-town they have limited options.

I ordered the Famous Chicken Chicken Sandwich combo.
The chicken was extremely thin and dry, like chicken jerky that was deep fried. The bun was stale. The fries were cold, oily and shrivelled.
The only good thing was the drink.

My chicken strips did not seem to have the trademark coating that I like so much good but not kfc good

This location gets really busy, but the staff are always really good about people getting food on time. Appreciated when they were short staffed recently and running behind- they actually warned everyone in advance instead of making us wait.

Food is always pretty good. Love the popcorn chicken.

Will be sad to see this location go as I've been coming here for 20+ years, but I hope you'll find a new location in Aldergrove.

After leaving the restaurant. My daughter was upset. She didn't tell me why till we were in the car. She said that the employee with pink hair came into the washroom after her and peaked into her stall at her through the crack of the washroom stall. She says she feels violated and never wants to go back there and hopes she never runs into her again. Her service behind the counter was okay but what happened with my preteen daughter was not. I will be contacting management about this. I can't think of why this would happen. Like if she wanted to clean the washroom you could knock or ask if anyone was in there.

A couple of mighty buckets for one sounded good for the price, to start, the KFC popcorn chicken has always been the poorest excuse to describe any type of chicken so I knew that was a write-off from the get- go, we won't eat it, the kids won't eat it, the animals won't eat it, it gets tossed in the garbage every time it comes with a meal, and then to get the smallest pieces of chicken I've ever seen in my life from here was the next bonus on top of them not having crispy chicken, now on to the driest chicken strips I've ever tried to choke down to finish off the worst KFC experience I've ever had. The fries were alright but they couldn't even toss in a simple small gravy for them, instead they gave us Ranch and sweet and sour.

This location tends to get quite busy and their staff always work super hard make sure that customers expectations are met.
One of the better Taco Bell for quality.

To the owners - managers You have the highest price chicken in the Fraser valley. Been coming to your store for a few years now every 3 or 4 weeks my wife and I come here but not anymore. Your prices are very different from the downtown store in Langley, just found out your prices are different than all the other stores by far. Give me a break.a 6 piece and 2 sides are 32.99 in your store vs 24.99 in the Langley store. Thats $8 difference. Never be back to your price gouging store again. Been going on for too long. Most people don't know the prices are not the same at every store. Yours seems to be the highest. The Aldergrove people would save money driving to the Langley store even with the price of gas. Bad Bad Bad. You owe me a few free dinners.

It’s not fresh, my chicken was microwaved or something. Hot in the middle, no crisp. Skip this location go straight to Chicko chicken.

The chicken sandwich shrunk to 1/4 of the size to the point the bun over took the meat and the prices went up for it. The lettuce was pretty much nill n the sauce over took everything to the point it was dripping. We don't eat fried chicken often but still expect to see the meat when we are paying 16.00 for it

Dont normally leave reviews but I have to mention this. I went here and ordered my normal meal. It's always around $32 so I thought it was odd when one day it was almost $70! I thought MAYBE there prices changed. But I thought I try again and this time I went inside to order and behold the price was back down to $32. Not sure if they are changing door dash prices to people in drive through or if it something els. But beware.

The intercom was horrible. Tough for the servers to hear. I asked for a sandwich "no spice". I repeated it 3x, and still I got a spicy sandwich. Ugh. She was nice at the pay booth though. Not the severs fault.

Used to be a regular but they keep jacking up the prices.also they're food isn't that good to make it worth going.

The chicken at this Aldergrove KFC is the absolute best I have had in 20 years thank you guys your awesome

Tried it again and its really boney chicken and even when i ask for fresh food i always get rubbery fries and cold gravy ect. Love the staff but the last 3x im been very unhappy

Food was ok very rushed when ordering in drive through.got my order wrong and i was only one in drive through no need to rush

Decent place to go and get some greasy chicken. If you’re at all health-conscious KFC probably isn’t the way to go. The chicken is good, with meh sauces to back it up. Wouldn’t bother getting any sides other than fries. Service is slow but as are most other KFC locations. Personally, I’d go to Popeyes over KFC any day, but if it’s close and more convenient then what can you do.

I hate to do this but 3 strikes and your out. I think new owners here.
I had previously given up on this location but have a new quest for a great chicken sandwich. I have been once a week for 3 times to give them a chance. Not good every time.
Chicken is dry, bun is soggy, lettuce is limp, over dressed with sauce. I had to ask for fresh hot fries last time. More bun than chicken coverage.
On top of all this the counter staffer talked too fast and it was difficult to understand her, slow down and speak clearly please. Old people will not understand you. Overall just not up to even fast food standards. There are other franchise places better and a local small private place that is way better.

Should have listened to people's warnings and the reviews I've read about this place. Me and my friend stopped in and had the 2 piece chicken specials tonight, 4 hours later both sick as dogs. Was bad enough at the miniscule drumsticks and thighs we got but food poisoning to boot? Never again. Listen to the reviews.

This is a sharebox - tenders, supposed to be 8 piece, used to be $11.99, used to be like chicken fingers …. Like in the photo, 2 of these would make up one tender, price went up to $12.99 last week, last night I got this, all of them fitted in a small box, I was supposed to get 16 of these, They are $2.50 each, imagine paying $2.50 plus tax for a nugget? And the quality is terrible!

DO NOT EAT HERE, how can a franchise be so completely different, the pieces of chicken are over cooked and half the size maybe even smaller then any other kfc. You will be disappointed when you open the box and see the trash you just way overpaid for, they are there to make the most for the least and definitely not catering to the consumer or keep customers.

The chicken hasn't been crispy and the gravy is very runny, like soup. Customer service is great!

Food is always good and ready to go, i have came to this specific location many times and only once or twice have they messed something up, they had switched are sides for the wrong item nothing to big

I swear they serve old chicken or they dont follow proper way of cooking it.went to another location an was good an also had spicy.what is your guys malfunction over there get spicy an cook it right

Always mess up the order. It happened couple a times. Last time they missed cheese cakes in my order, but didn't want to spoil my night by calling them back. Food is average. Tonight I have to drive all the way back to get my drink, because they handed me plain water. Worst KFC I have ever been.

I ordered 2 veggie burger but they provide me 2 chicken burger with reheated patties. It happend when they around closing at night. I really disapponted with this service. They are poorly treated the customers. I jst waste my money.never ever go there again

KFC Aldergrove is great. The people are friendly, and the food was hot and delicious. I would recommend this KFC.

Toilets were disgusting, hot wings were decent. They gave me lots of hot sauce so they get a bonus star

No crispy chicken at this location and the pieces of chicken are far smaller than other KFC's, I've had wing drums bigger then their drumsticks, their prices are already getting out of hand so getting much smaller pieces just makes it that much worse, tried it twice and won't again, now when the KFC craving hits we drive to other locations and get much bigger pieces and also the crispy.

Usual KFC, but getting less and less for your money each time I go.still like their herb and spice seasoning and the gravy.

Not too bad. If they brought back the onion nuggets and some of those amazing items from the past, it would be GREAT!

They make very neat wraps. Tastes good. Decor is a bit old inside but the food is great. Nice place for a quick meal

KFC is ok, but the service wasn't great. Was served fries that had been in the warmer tray too long.

Fast service and thorough friendly staff. The food was hot even though it was quiet inside, definitely one of the better KFC's this side of Vancouver.

Drive-thru service was great, they got the order right the food was hot, and the chicken wasn't greasy. I'm glad I didn't have to wait service was fast I'll be going back again

Called ahead for a special request that the Supervisor kindly agreed to accommodate. Our chicken order was hot and fresh and served in a timely manner. Thanks guys!

We use this location to occasionally to feed our family, food has been consistent and our orders have been accurate.

Food was ok but too expensive for what you get. Service was very quick considering that they were busy at the time.

There are many KFC locations, the main reason I frequent this location is a combination of the great location itself, along with the ownership, management and the great staff.

The service is EXCELLENT and they are sensitive providing your order correctly the first time.

If you enjoy KFC you will love this location.

Edit: I have returned here several times and the service has been getting worse and worse. Today it was terrible! I had to repeat parts of my order twice at the screen because the guy just wasn't paying attention. Then again at the window because he still didn't know what i wanted! I get home and there wasn't even any sauce for my bonesless box! Hugely disappointed with this service.

Recently moved to the area and ive gone through the drive through a few time. The service is always quick and the lady at the window, Deborah, I think, is always super nice!
