Update!
Gave stale yesterdays re cooked chicken.

I've got sick from the chicken from this
location more than 2x in 6 months
My last visit, I had stomach cramps for over 24hrs from the food at this location
Any other location seems to be fine

WORST KFC franchise EVER. Many BAD experiences in the past, but I want to concentrate on this latest one. MAY 23,2023 at 9: 30 pm. Store manager said "CASH only" (machine broken down). Twosday special. Only dark meat available, NO chicken strips. No spicy option, only regular. Another customer had the same experience as me as we both have NEVER paid cash before for KFC. I've been eating KFC since 1975. I walked out and did not make a purchase. I'm staying away from this store in the future.

This place is the worst KFC in Vancouver in my opinion. I went there to order KFC and i got chickens which were really soggy. OMG. OH MY GOSH. It was really disgusting. I cannot believe this. I won’t go back to this KFC again…

Sad, they changed the Toonie special. It used to be chicken and fries for $2, then to $2.99 now it's $2.99 for two pieces of chicken only. Fries and drink is $2 extra. No bathroom for customers which also sucks.

Only giving 1 star because it won’t let me give zero. Super disappointed. I put in a big order the day before I needed it. Even called the morning of to confirm 11: 45 delivery. It’s already half an hour late and when we called to ask about it all the employee said was “we are busy, we are busy” no help at all and completely rude. It’s on its way but there is not a chance the fries will still be warm or crispy. Very unsatisfied. Will not recommend, in fact will let people know how bad the service has been.

Worst KFC in Vancouver. I ordered delivery and the chicken was so soggy the skin had all fallen off. It was cold, and took 2 hours to get here. Delivery guy claimed he picked it up 15 mins before, but I've never seen KFC look anything like this before. Never again for this location. Gave me every sauce except the ones I ordered and paid for as well.

Been here twice and the customer service and smiles are always so welcoming. To have a place in this day and age at takes pride in what they do, they're smiling, helpful and the food is actually good. The place is very clean. Awesome job!

Today is Tuesday and we haven’t been here for ages. There was a person left because apparently he was waiting over 50 mins.
Oh my goodness and now is 5: 45pm.
Hope our dinner takes less than that time.
But I am not convincing so giving one star only.

A 2 star cause it arrive from Uber faster than expected. New Years eve, 7pm. Ordered a bucket with fries and Gravy. No gravy arrived. Uber does not communicate.a d there's no recourse. 5 dollar refund on 67 dollar meal. The chicken flavorings are watered down with excess flour (cutting corners to improve profits). The fries are different. Called to have gravy sent out (what's the point of kfc without gravey?). No help, just if you come getting we give a free piece of chicken. Usually order from Kingsway KFC. Tastes as it should but didn't have the Uber delivery. Buyer beware, this franchise is one of those that works outside the boundrys. They maybe more profitable but the the food isnt what you're expecting. The customer service is worse.

Used the coupon for a 12 pc bucket, large fries and gravy. About $30. Asked for 4 of the pcs to be spicy. Got home, 7 small drumsticks, and 1 wing. So 8 out of the 12 were 4 bites and done. Not good value, not impressed at all. It’s Tuesday, I could’ve ordered 6 Tuesday specials ($3.99), and received 6 small drumsticks and 6 thighs with fries and still saved $6! Less the little cup of gravy. Coupons are a rip off. Supposedly I saved an extra $8 according to my receipt. No consideration to customer satisfaction, so it shouldn’t be a surprise then if there’s no customer loyalty either. Tried to call at 6: 45pm. No one is answering the phone at this location either.

Ordered from this location through uber eats. Paid approximately $35 total for only 6 pieces of chicken. They didn't even follow the specifications as I requested SPICY chicken. Instead, they gave me old and extremely dry regular original recipe chicken. I am actually quite grossed out and I genuinely feel ripped off. So disappointed right now. Who thinks its acceptable to sell dry/old chicken

They had no idea what my order was, I had to tell them the whole order. They didn't have the sparkling water beverage I ordered.

They didn't seem to know anyone's order and they were telling people their order was ready ND not even confirming the orders before handing them out.

It was ready late. 12 minutes past the confirmed pick up time. No offer to make up for the lateness, or not having my beverage or having the order ready.

I would have atleast offered SOMETHING to make up for the disorganization.

Next ti.e I will go to the next city and get Popeyes. At least the are organized, friendly and nice.

On Sunday October 30,2022 my family and I ordered KFC from the E. Broadway location. We couldn’t eat the chicken because it was so salty and the gravy was total liquid. I heated it up on the stove and it went to paste. We got uncooked gravy and extremely salty chicken. Not to mention the meal too 1.5 hrs to arrive……Should not of have given a tip. Worst KFC experience ever! Now we have been calling the store and their phone is off the hook.

Today is October the 5 the and we discovered your cashier and staff go above and beyond for someone who fell down outside on the side walk. They disinfected her wounds. The cleaned her up as well as they could and even gave her a drink to make her feel better. BRAVO

We line the new online app. We love all the deals. KFC is always a treat.

Terrible service. I asked Shamma the shift manager for a canned pop and she replied that canned pop was only for delivery and pick-up. So had I stopped ordering and called from their lobby I could have had one. Stupid rules that just infuriate their customers.

I find stupid corporate or management policies that inevitably pit the customers against the front line workers idiotic.

Very weird, i orderd two combos and 2 Pepsi bottles here after that I needed some help so I called to Uber support then they gave me this restaurant 's number to contact them and I did same.one told me to cancel that order and then reorder it. But I was charged for cancelation then I called to Uber support and they told me to so some things and when I did same, the same girl changed her statement and told me to pay more. She was very rude. Now I will say that if you don't have any proper knowledge or information regarding to guide someone for cancelation then please don't do it because a person earns very hardly. And keep your statement same.don't try to loot people. Very bad experience. First order with first weird experience

Only went for the plant based options and I don’t ever see myself going to this location again. Service was horrible for myself and the customers ahead and behind me. The whole place looks dirty and the cabinet holding the soda machine is falling apart.

They show total disregard for public safety. The parking lot has been a skating rink for 3 or 4 days. Their delivery truck spent at least an hour trying to get in this morning.

Placed an order online at KFC.ca for pick up time an hour later. I arrived a couple minutes before pick up time. The cashier said it would be another 5 mins, which is fine. Meanwhile all the food apps are coming and going getting their orders without delay. 10 mins have passed and I ask if my 12 pieces and large fries order is ready. Cashier said another 10 mins and states they are waiting for the chicken to cook. How can they not have chicken ready when they specialize and cook chicken plus had the order an hour prior? Yet, food apps no delay in pick up!
Anyway. 15 minutes pass and I again ask where is my order and mention I placed an order for pick up at a certain time. The pick up time was 30 plus minutes ago. Cashier does not apologize for the delay or even check on it just says another 5 minutes for chicken. Finally get order.
Never going back to this location again and definitely hesitant to use KFC again. Perhaps Church's chicken next round.

It's getting day by day down hill.not sure if staff gets pay or working for free. Way they deal with coustmer and delivery guys I am sure they need to go training again and again go training.

This location served me raw chicken today. When I complained to the manager he didn't even want to give me a refund until I demanded it. Asked for the franchise owners contact info and I was told I won't be getting it. Every time I come here, at least one person comes back saying the staff forgot items in their order too. I'll be calling head office about this.

Please do yourself a favour and do not order from this location. Ordered from this location a couple times now and they clearly don’t thoroughly check if everything is in the bag. Called the restaurant to request the rest of my order be delivered to me (they also accused me of lying and that everything was in the bag). The missing items finally came TWO HOURS later. Worst customer service ever. This will be the last time I order from them! Save yourself the headache and order from other locations.

Really nice people here, but 4 out of my last 6 orders have had missing items and these issues are never corrected on future visits, even when indicating them in order notes and in person. Quality and freshness of food seems to vary each time. When everything is spot-on, it’s a great experience. When not, it can be very frustrating.

Fire the franchise owner, horrible, terrible service. We are asked to pay a $5 delivery fee, there is tax on delivery, and we're asked to give a tip. My order is still 15 minutes late, my last order was 20 minutes late, and incorrect. Don't charge a delivery fee if you can't if you can't deliver on time. Very very poor service.update. KFC - My order finally arrived, 30 minutes late and the best part, The order is wrong, again. Missing Items that I paid for, no delivery notes were followed. I had them hang up on me 3 times for asking where the delivery was. And they flat out lied and told me the guy was waiting outside. He showed up ten minutes later. Again, The order was incorrect. The franchise owner needs to be fired. He's giving the KFC brand a very bad reputation.

Having fried chicken for Christmas is never a bad idea. Seems like many people had the same thought as us. Boy were they busy! Even so, they still got our order of 18 pieces and 5 sides right. There was just one guy working the counter - he was friendly and made the wait go by fast. I docked one star because I still prefer Church’s by far.

Quite busy due to the CyberMonday promotion. Went for pick up and not available even 2hours after promised pick-up time. Why keep taking orders when you can't fulfill them. Will never return and will contact KFC for refund as I never received my food.

Be careful if you go to this location, they don't enforce the 3 people at a time. Also, some of the delivery people don't care about patron safety or their own safety or the customers' safety. They jump the line, one was very ignorant when he just came in when the customer area was at capacity. I guess my voicing my concern about the safety of the patrons didn't make the cooking staff happy because they gave me burnt chicken and scrap chicken. If you value your customers, is this how you treat them? COVID is real, take it seriously and keep everyone safe, including yourselves (staff and delivery drivers). After what I witnessed I'm very worried for unsuspecting customers who order delivery.

Ordered delivery for est time around 12: 00pm. Waited an hour before calling several times but no one picked up or the line was busy. I finally got through around 3: 00pm and who ever answered lied about my delivery being out. The driver called 30mins later saying he was just leaving the store. Food arrived cold to lukewarm depending on item.

Terrible location! Especially when it's busy. No hi no how are you from the counter. I was trying to order showing the coupon from my phone staff said "what's the code code" and when she learn what's the order she then again asked without any other word "what side side" in a very irritating manner. Like seriously, staffs can use a hospitality training! Also, 3 person limit is posted outside. But they don't prevent delivery people from ubereats amd skipthedishes from coming in and out. And they were obviously prioritizing these customers who ordered on food services app as I saw the kitchen staffs took out an already prepared bucket and distribute it to a smaller boxed meal while the guy who ordered a bucket had to wait another 10 minutes.

I spent $35 for chicken that was OLD and DRY also the young east Indian guy taking orders was very rude no passion no respect just very ignorant I highly recommend nobody waste their money or time Covid safety was not a concern to these people either hopefully Colonel Sanders knows his name is getting ruined by this one franchise very disappointing experience will not go back in the future

Wow. Absolutely the worst customer service we have ever experienced!

My husband ordered food ahead of time at 5: 20pm so that we could have dinner when I got home three hours later. They showed up 15 mins later when he was working from home, he called in to complain so they said they would deliver at 8: 15pm.

8: 15pm comes around, nothing.

He called in again at 8: 30pm and they said they lost our order info (as if you don't have our #) and would get it delivered asap as it is a 5 mins drive from there to our place.

We waited until 9: 15pm to call back again and they again said delivery guy will be there in 5 mins.

We called back AGAIN at 9: 30pm to find out the delivery guy decided not to ring or knock our door and left because he called and we didn't pick up as we were waiting at the door not the phone.

They refuse to accept any responsibility for their multiple mistakes and refusing to give refund + our dinner. We will be taking this above them as looking at other reviews, we aren't the only one dealing with this ridiculous store who are terrible at handling their customers.

I highly recommend staying away from this place and supporting a local chicken restaurant instead.

Edited to add: The first delivery they came right to our door ringing the doorbell so it makes zero sense why they couldn't do it the second time and just back away from the door to social distance like any other awesome delivery people do.

I’d give this zero stars if I could. Didn’t honour the app order, time, and won’t honour the deal given and didn’t offer a refund. Highly recommend going somewhere else as they took my money and never got my food!

The people who work here are incredible friendly and welcoming. I am always greeted with a friendly smile. They always give you way more fries then they have too. The best fast food place in the city, for sure!

Review your order before you leave the restaurant to ensure that you actually received everything that you had ordered. I didn't realize that I didn't receive everything that I had ordered until I was back at home & I didn't have the time to go back & explain the problem (placing that order was horrifically time-consuming). I filled out the customer survey that evening & explained the problem so I could receive a credit or refund but no one replied. I then contacted the KFC website customer service for follow-up but no one bothered to reply. The only reason why this review has 2 stars instead of 1 is because the food is good but you have to be willing to invest a lot of time & patience.

Ordered in advance online and it wasn't ready when I arrived - it said approx 15 mins and it took me 25 to get there. Also upgraded fries to poutine but they still gave me fries and forgot to include sauce for popcorn chicken.

Ordered Skip the dishes. Discovered a piece of chicken that was put in the order that was at least a few days old. Why would an employee put old chicken into an order instead of fresh chicken thinking it would be okay? Seems like a increasingly common practice at this location. Old and improperly handled chicken can cause illness. Will be informing Coastal health to look into this location ensuring others don't potentially get sick from this location. We live in an age where reviews of experience are posted on social media. Maybe it was missed? I have my doubts based on other reviews at this location of old chicken being passed in customers orders and the uncleanliness of this place. Stop trying to save a few pennies and give your customers fresh food as they have paid in full for and clean up your store. Disappointing food quality.

There was a very overwhelming smell of stale oil as soon as we walked in, the smell indicated a poor quality of food and immediately deterred us from placing our order.
The place was generally filthy, crowded and cramped and did not live up to the standards one would expect from a multi-national corporation like KFC. However, we went to the downtown location and had an enjoyable time there instead.
Please ensure that all KFC’s uphold the same values in service, cleanliness, and food quality.

Food was okay but you can tell that the restaurant needs some work. About time for a facelift and some re-investment into the store!
