Don't Bother asking for extra anything, legit half our order was wrong, Manager on duty kept Apolozing but what's the point when this isn't the first time, its the 7th. Also accused of us of swearing when we called but we weren't. They charge for every little add on like that's money & at the end she's like I can offer you XYZ you can come pick it up like I'm gonna drive all the way back during rush hour for Sauce. There's a reason we chose to drive & not uber. Clowns is what they are. Its not a "Human mistake" when I was the ONLY car in the drive through so not like there was any type of urgency or need to rush. It's a dollar $1.15 for every extra we got 3 items plus the extra they charge for dip. Honestly double check your bags don't trust them.

Not accepting digital coupons? ¿ KFC wants us to bring a printed copy so I guess KFC has no regard to helping reduce waste and wants us to carry portable printers…

What has happened with KFC? You are better off going to Church's, Jollibee, Popeye's or just getting COVID

Chicken was greasy and tasteless. I had 6 drumsticks, lg fry and lg gravy. Was $30

The fries and gravy were ok. The chicken was terrible.

The manager was so rude. He had no time to attempt the customer carefully. You need to change the manager.

This place is busy but they are effective and quick. Since it's busy the chicken is fresh and delicious. I dislike most KFC due to poor chicken taste or soggy chicken. I always like ordering from this place and the spicy chicken is delicious!

Ordered the 33 dollars package: French fries soak in or fry in a 3 days old OIL so with the chicken. Colleslaw is good and the usual scone. If the Captain will be awaken he will be disappointed by downgrading his precious products. That's all folks, think it over about the progress of your business.

They r over priced and the Uber driver was very irresponsible with our food. He didn't deliver warm food. We spent 100 dollars for cold food. I really advice anyone who orders from this place to pick it up themselves. Uber driver very lazy. When u order food u should get it warm not have him deliver to other ppl and not care about u cause your white.

I purchased twister chicken wrap and popcorn chicken from this location, it was the worst kfc food i ever had. Made my stomach upset multiple times, i can't eat my meals properly, still recovering from it it's been 3 days now.

I would not even give one STAR to the staff who was working on thursday april 27,2023. Don't feed old, greasy food to customers. Really Disappointed.never eating kfc for sure.

I would diffently reach out to community, fraser health, the Canadian food inspection Agency.

I have been going to This location, Every time food was perfect and service was 5 star. I have been served by Param many times. She is an excellent customer service provider. Thank you. Keep up the Good job.

Actually improved quality of food and service time. We’ve been in the area for 20 years and this place’s sandwiches and chicken quality have improved. Try them out again!

Most of the time orders are messed up.
Drive through ask questions on the order multiple times when u are the window.
Crunchwrap is for $6-7 and hardly there is anything in it.
In fries supreme fries is not even enough.
Gravy is watery or cold.

I orders a meal thr 2 can dine promotion. I never received my fries or sides. I tried calling them for 2 hours and the phone is busy. It off the hook. Really horrible service and o can’t get a hold of anyone unless I drive back there.

They called me a dirty n*gger and told me to leave the establishment my family and I was very offended

Accessible location, good food, but the staff did forget to give me two of the sides I was supposed to get with my meal.

This KFC at 73 Ave is a combo Taco Bell / KFC. Parking is a problem, second time at this location, didn't use the drive-thru. A fact I've learned about Fresh KFC is buy the chichen at peak meal times to ensure it's fresher than mid afternoon. Definitely pleased to learn a KFC location is opening soon in South Surrey. I was told opening next month, but perhaps more like May.

The famous KFC so I can't say anything about the food, but I didn't like the place itself, it's OK for take out but not for dining in.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

I m commercial truck driver i came here from toronto i was parked near KFC nothing was open at that time near by, i went inside KFC i ordered food and ask the manager (DAMAN) i want to use washroom.she lied our both washrooms are not working it was very urgent after few minutes i told her i want to wash hands she gave me the key and said dont use washroom its blocked when i went inside washroom everything was working good.when i came back i asked her why are you lying she started argument who are you why would i talk to you. They dont respect there customer.they dont like to clear after use i dont know why these washrooms are made for.

Placed an order for two Tuesday specials to come home with just 1. Very disappointing. Never going back to that store.

Customer service is great and food is good too. Neatly packed and tastes good. This location can be really busy at times but the employees are super nice and helpful

They didn't even have any hot sauce and should have told me when I was ordering tacos and then the girl was sour because I said she should have told me before I order the tacos didn't even smile and say bye or anything

I swear to God that when you use a coupon they find the smallest pieces of chicken to give you and my large box of fries was about 1/2 full. To top it off, it looks like they left the neck on in one of the pieces of chicken. I ordered using the app and gave them 45min before I picked up the order and yet I still had to wait 10 mins before my order was ready.

Had encounter with two girls working at front …. Poor customer service …. Girls working there have no sense to talk.

I always order online from the KFC website. You get some very good deals (except for the Tuesday special), and the order is always ready around the pick-up time. I get to skip the ordering line, and every visit is quick and cheap.

Order for delivery, was missing one item, they apologized and sent out the missing item asap along with other items to make up for their mistake. Never did they question or blame me. I appreciated the customer service. Thanks for going beyond KFC.

They are the baddest on service i ever know doesn’t even know what’s the order and what they give happens 3 4 times

The service is extremely slow and needs some improvement. It took us almost 20 minutes to get our order and this is supposed to be fast food. They also made the order wrong.

Watery gravie, staff couldn't distinguish which piece of chicken was which. I think they would be better to stick with curry foods.

Honestly I'm a huge fan of kfc. But my least favorite food is th kfc close to a@w and winners. But my favorite that I tries is king George kfc. They cook it fairly fast. They have really good customer service most of the time. And overall I like the chicken. This kfc actually have spicy chicken which I love to get. And other kfcs it's so dry and not even crispy at all. Just a piece of s#$@. This KFC shows it all its the best. Harald sandas needs to put bether kfc restaurants out there because it's my favorite food.

Long wait times. I made and online order for pick up. You still have to wait 30 mins on top of your pick up time. After the long wait, they still messed up my order but was too damn tired to have ot changed. Too hungry and upset.

Horrible experience, staff was not wearing gloves in covid situation. Burger and fries was cold, Lettuce was stale!

Hello, my name is Georgious, this evening i had the pleasure of ordering my dinner from my neibourhood KFC.i will truthfully deliver my honest goods& negatives regarding cleanness, service price and quality, i recived nothing but a review request based on the populsrity of my past opinion. 1st off the kfc.is also a tacotime, its a small location with a minor seating area, not availiable at present & they allow only 3 people in the.ordering area at a time.constant doordash orders a drive through that has constant orders so for a small location drivethrough &doordash and takeout orders and a wide variety of both Tacotime& the kfc, without the seating availible there still very busey for drivethrough or takeout it is fast clean and efficieant.but if looking to take children or a date? Not so much.thankyou and thats my opinion of my recent experance

I still dont have my order. I am really upset as I got it delivered for my brother and his kids. The order was supposed to be delivered at 5: 30 pm and now it is 7: 05 pm which is one hour and 35 minutes
and he still does not have the order.

Service is good and you can't beat the tonnie Tuesday deal 2 pieces of chicken and fries with 1 dollar gravy and 1 drinks it is a bargain. Not exactly healthy if your health conscious once in a while kfc is a bargain. The meals are no longer a tonnie but still come at a cheap price.

Terrible. Ordered food for delivery 5: 30 pm. Never showed up. Couldn't get through to the store on the phone until the next day. Would mit suggest this location to anyone. And yellow pages also is biast.

Ajaydeep, he is a shift supervisor at newton KFC, just a pos person. As soon as I pulled up to drive through, he started rushing us to order. I said could you give me a minute to look at your menu. He said we have a big line up (two cars behind me) kept on harassing us to order quick. When I pulled to get my order I told him that you rushed us. He said we’re busy and didn’t apologize and seemed didn’t care. We will never go here again.

Recently stopped in to pick up a telephone order, to be told that they didn't do telephone orders. Wish they'd told my wife that when she phoned them, she thought she'd successfully placed an order.
There was a sign on the door stating a maximum of 3 people in the lobby, but there were at least 5 inside at any given time with no effort by employees to control the number.
When I finally got my meal after a long and uncomfortable wait, I found the taste to not meet my expectations, seems like some of the recipies have been modified (noticeably the potato salad and the gravy).
Will NOT ever be back to this location, which is sad because no others are close to my house, so I'll be shopping for a different brand next time.

As much as I like my chicken I also like customer service or even any service at all. Food did come quick

I actually went here for Taco Bell, and the service was PAINFULLY SLOW! Food was about as good as you cam expect from a dual restaurant, will never return.

I ordered my food using the app, arrived after 15 minutes as recommended, waited another 5 minutes to be approached at the counter before finally being able to show that I was picking up my order. The person starts scrambling realizing they forgot my order as they start making it. I stand there waiting quietly for another 10 minutes until finally receiving my order, meanwhile despite the sign clearly stating 3 people only there are at least 8 people currently in the restaurant with most of the lobby closed off so there is nowhere near enough space to distance properly with almost no customers wearing a mask and almost all blocking the door way.
When I finally get home to eat my order my 2 chicken strips are more chicken nugget sized. I understand the struggles currently with everything happening in the world and the challenges everyone is experiencing but this honestly has to be one of the worst experiences I’ve had as a customer.

Its sad that KFC has no aspirations to hire professional management to manage and hold their staff to any level of good customer service. This place is disgusting

I went in yesterday to order take out. I believe it was the manager that served me. She and her employees had gloves on. Every worker was washing their hands and changing gloves with each order, and if they had picked up a cup lid etc. They would use a napkin to open doors and was disposed of right away. I was extremely impressed by the cleanliness and the steps they were taking to keep everyone safe. Good job, I really appreciate it!

The line up takes forever which is annoying but I love their cheesy fries and tacos! And the workers aren’t rude. Keep up the good work.

Was slow service. Food was good. Seats and tables are way too close though! They should adjust or change it.

This place is horrible for delivery. They said 40 minutes and it turned into over a hour. Finally had to go to the restaurant to pick up as it would have been almost 2 hours if I waited for delivery. Totally not impressed and will never order from there again

Ordered delivery tonight and was the worst kfc ever. The chicken was soaked in grease and falling apart the popcorn chicken tasted fishy most likely because of old oil and the fries were over done and hard also the potato salad was mushy
