I don’t know where to start. Parents who are sending their kids to this school need to be aware of the outrageous situations that are being created for their kids. I will be speaking on the behalf of my cousin who is 8 years old attending Khalsa elementary school who we had to just today withdraw from the school do to the fatal injuries, child neglect and abuse she experienced both from her teachers and other children in her class. The lack of action taken by the school administration regarding these matters has left us extremely worried about the welfare of our children attending Khalsa elementary school. It is disheartening to witness society's reluctance to address such horrific incidents, especially when they involve innocent children who depend on us for protection. We were eager to discuss our concerns with you personally, but unfortunately, our attempts to arrange a meeting have been met with refusal. This further adds to our frustration and deepens our fears for the well-being of other students who may be experiencing similar ordeals. The consequences of these traumatic experiences have already begun manifesting in my little cousin's mental health. She now suffers from major depression and anxiety disorder as a result of her time at Khalsa elementary school. I myself work in healthcare and It pains me greatly knowing the immense suffering adults endure while coping with such conditions, and it breaks my heart even more so when I think about how no child should ever have to face such stressful and mentally exhausting circumstances. At present, we are actively seeking medical attention for my cousin, aiming to provide her with the necessary care she urgently requires. However, before any attempts are made by the school to suppress or dismiss this matter entirely, I implore every parent whose child attends At present, we are actively seeking medical attention for my cousin, aiming to provide her with the necessary care she urgently requires. However, before any attempts are made by the school to suppress or dismiss this matter entirely, I implore every parent whose child attends Khalsa school elementary to become more involved in their education environment. It is crucial that we collectively raise awareness about the importance of speaking up and taking action to safeguard the well-being of our little ones. Our children's safety should be our utmost priority, and no parent should have to witness their child suffer needlessly. I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter. It is my hope that together, we can address these distressing incidents, implement necessary measures for improvement, and ensure a safe learning environment for all students at Khalsa elementary school. We will not be sending her back to this school but for the safety of other children this shouldn’t be gone unheard.

Do not trust the school bus drivers, especially Harnek Singh. Today 11/25 2022, Harnek left my child at school unattended and did not care to make sure she got on the bus.i called the bus driver and he had the audacity to say “who cares”, while my 5th grade child is still not on the bus and other children informed the bus driver she is still not on the bus.during these times the crime in kidnapping is the worst in the area, very unprofessional and irresponsible.if you are a parent and want to sign ur children up for the school bus. Do not do it.

We visited regarding admission… they told us if student is under 18 then only can take admission in grade 12 … was shocked… does age really matter for learning?

Good school although the location is bad. Overall the school is pretty good. The teachers are a little mean but they are well knowledgeable.

Went from kindergarten to grade 2. Crazy long hours for kids and used to fall asleep near the end of the day. They put a message in my planner that said I was not allowed to wear short sleeves to school. SHORT SLEEVES. Just a regular T-shirt was too much for them. I was in grade 1! Absolutely crazy. Teachers were terrible and mocked kids who didn’t perform well academically. I was a very good student but watching my classmates being made fun of in front of the class made me feel sick. Thankfully transferred.

Big school campus located on Scott road at old Yale road.
Very good infrastructure including buildings, transport buses, kids play area, offices etc.
Entire campus is very well signed & marked in a safe & organized way.
It served elementary as well high school level education for Punjabi community which is not limited to Canadian culture.
Very nice people working at this premises.

This school is the most disappointing establishment on the face of this planet. Teachers are very rude and abusive. I have gone here for 7 years of my life and those 7 years have been a complete wast of my time. They pressure children like it’s india and they give an unreasonable amount of tests to children. At a young age children should not be put under big amounts of stress but this school has finals that predict if you go to a smart class even if you’re in grade 1. Very unprofessional and school is way too long do children. It starts at 8: 10 and ends at 3: 30. Do not recommend

I went to this school for way to long and I regret. Half the teachers don’t even know what their teaching. Many of the teachers grammar was horrible. Punjabi classes were next level boredom barely teach us and then put a test on your desk when you didn’t even learn that. This school is Highly not recommend

I happened to be a student that studied at Old Yale Road Khalsa School for just around 5 months, I started midway grade 7. My English and socials teacher had no experience in teaching, very high level of disorganization, marked very unreasonably. Teachers whatsoever did not care where their students were. A couple students had told the teacher they were gone home but stayed in the old gurdwara room upstairs. The office also had a very high level of disorganization.
