I came new to BC from NS looking to buy a car. After an unpleasant experience at one dealership, I remembered a very friendly athmosphere at KIA Richmond, when I brought my daughters Kia for a service to this place.
Consequently I searched the webpage from Kia Richmond and found exactly the SUV I was looking for, a 2022 red Jeep Grand Cherokee. Immediately I received response and Rishi Sood called as well, even it was very late in the day already.
With Rishi everything went easy and smooth including to get insurance and licence plates. Important factor for me, because here in BC everything works different than in Nova Scotia.
Everyone we met at Kia Richmond treated us as valued customers and helped us in every aspect. A wonderful experience.
Such a nice atmosphere that I decided within 2 weeks to buy a second car at Kia Richmond with Rishi off course.

If you are interested in a KIA car, stay away from this dealership, go to somewhere else! The General manager Nav Singh is a super aggressive sales, won't let go any chance to make money. Worst car shopping experience ever since.

This is a review for KIA motors. I will not buy KIA again! My 2013 2.4 awd sportage engine seized at 160 000km while driving on the highway, causing a dangerous situation. Luckily, no one is injured, and the dealership refused to cover any repair /replacement of engine costs because warranty just expired couple months ago, and even though it's known recall issue among their angines they told me mine is not under recall (even thow 2 years earlier they send me letter to come for a recall softwere update that supposed to monitor and prevent this same issue that happened! There is a class action suit against KIA. I hope they will win and make kia replace and fix their faulty engines!

Its been rather difficult to shop for new cars in today's climate, anyone who's been car shopping during the pandemic will know what I mean.

Jack has been extremely professional and went above and beyond in assisting me with the whole purchasing process. When I went back for winter tires this season, James in service was exceptionally helpful and patient with my questions and concerns.

Obviously not all dealerships are perfect and I am sure kia Richmond is not perfect, but I really appreciate their attitude in accountibility and at least treating everyone as reasonable human beings.

I had a great experience working with James Lai and service team there! My car had some issues because I didn’t start car for a long time. I was so worried that I can’t drive back to Seattle that night. However, James and the team helped fix the car so effectively just and make it like a new one just in a few hours. I drove back feeling safe and confident! Thank you! I strongly recommend them!

I recently bought my first brand new vehicle and everyone I dealt with was friendly and made the process smooth. Jack was upfront with me that I would lose out on money by trading in my current vehicle and suggested I sell it privately which saved me a lot of money. From my initial inquiry to driving away my 2022 Sorento was less than 24 hours. Thank you to Eddie, Jack and Dione!

On January 31,2021, I purchased a new (20 km) 2020 Kia Forte from Kia Richmond in British Columbia. My wife and I were on our way to Quebec province from Victoria, BC. We traded my wife’s vehicle which was loaded with our suitcases. While the dealer did the paper work for the purchase of the Forte, we unpacked my wife’s car and put our belongings in the Forte. After the paperwork was completed and signed, we left for the long trip across Canada.

As I prepared the Forte to sell it, I opened the spare tire compartment and noticed that the spare tire kit was missing even though the Delivery Checklist / Due Bill indicates that it was included. I do not know if it is missing because the person responsible to verify that it was there did not do his/her work or if it was intentionally removed. So we crossed Canada without a spare tire. Fortunately, we did not have to use it.

On August 17,2022, I communicated with Mr. Eddie Tong, the Sales manager at Kia Richmond to inform him that the kit was missing. On August 17,2022, Mr. Tong replied: For later version of Kia Forte, they only come with compression tire kit. It does not come spare tire and tools. (PLease note that the compression tire kit was not there either). I replied: It was included on the delivery checklist / due bill of which I have a copy dated 01/31 2021. On August 19,2022, Mr. Tong replied: If that is the case, please allow me some time to search the file and double check.

On August 22,2022, not having heard back from Mr. Tong, I sent Mr. Tong a photo (attached) of the Delivery Checklist showing that the box Spare Tire / Jack / Tire Wrench is checked.
On August 23,2022, I wrote to Mr. Tong the following: Did you locate the file and were you able to confirm that those items were supposed to be included?

On August 29,2022, Mr Tong replied: Good day and sorry for the late response. I double checked with the spec, service and parts department. Vehicle only come with flat tire kit. My reply to Mr. Tong was: This is exactly what is indicated on the Delivery Checklist. So, since it was missing, are you going to send the kit to me? Mr. Tong has not answered.

My recommendations: Do not do business with Kia Richmond. If you do, take the time to verify and make sure that everything is included and they have not removed anything. Having dealt with their sales and service departments, I know firsthand that their customer service is poor. Once they have sold you a vehicle, you are on your own. I would never do business again with Kia Richmond.

Bought my Kia a few years ago and ever since I have had oil change done there and I have always been very pleased with professionalism and friendliness at that dealership. But today I was blown away. On my way to work I realized I had a flat tire. Phoned them and spoke to Harry who advised me to bring the car and they would fix it promptly. He also offered me a ride to work with Raffy who picked me up from work as well. The tire was fixed in no time. Additionally, my car got washed and vacuumed! The entire experience was so flawless and amazing. That’s what I call a 5 star customer service!

We had a great experience at Kia Richmond. We have been well taken care of by the whole team especially Eddie. A very welcoming team with great service. He has a very detailed follow up with our case over close to 6 months. We are happy with our new Kia Soul, and a great colour too!

Asking for more then $4000 extra then original price of Sorento LX premium and it’s Demo pice with 7000km, around $49000 in total selling price asking but original price is around $43000. I think This guy are not genuine.

This dealership is making me wish I never bought a Kia. If I could give zero stars I would.
We brought our car in for repairs (a car just purchased in March of this year) and heard nothing for weeks despite calling and calling asking for an update. Finally a MONTH later someone new takes our call and has no idea who we are or what car we're talking about, and after some review tells us that the person handling our car was no longer working there and no one has so much as looked at a car for a MONTH, adding that they may need to charge us for the time that our car has been there despite the fact that the only reason for that was their own astounding incompetence. Eventually they waived these fees, but the fact they were even discussed is mind blowing. But wait! There's more. FINALLY after over a month they tell us they've determined what is wrong with our car and that it had to have been caused by an impact.which is impossible because there had been no impact, but in any case we had ICBC look into it. Sure enough, ICBC says the damage is a mechanical fracture and not caused by an impact, but still Kia REFUSES to help, telling us it isn't covered under our warranty. I call Kia Canada to escalate it and they tell me that, because my car is an American car (bought in Canada but made in the states - it's an EV) they can't help me. So I call Kia USA and they say because I'm Canadian and bought the car in Canada they can't help me either. So at this point I've determined that the company does not and will not stand behind or take responsibility for their products - buyer beware! I then call our warranty company to investigate, and they haven't even heard from Kia; no one had even checked if our warranty would cover it. They are now looking into it, but I warned them that the dealership is trying to pass this off as an impact which it is not; this dealership will straight up LIE to ICBC and warranty providers. The customer service at this dealership and company overall is beyond a disaster; at this point I wish we had NEVER bought a Kia.

Was well taken care of by this dealership. I came in to service my car. Harry and James were very nice to me and took care of my worries.
I was introduced to Eddie and Jack in the sales department as well.
Very nice people, when it is time for me to buy a new vehicle. I will definitely come to this dealership again.
Overall Outstanding Service from both Sales and Service department.

Hello People, be very cautious while you shop here. I’ve had a worst experience ever, I was interested into buying KIA FORTE EX+ 2022 where the price of the car is $25k including delivery fees + taxes and documentation fees. But then, after viewing the car, when i asked for financing details such as biweekly payments, ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER; JACK ZHOU asked me to pay $3500 more tagging it as “MARKET ADJUSTMENTS” which is absolutely unfair & unethical practice.

BUT ALSO WHEN I ASKED FOR THE OFFICIAL DOCUMENT TOO, FOR CHARGING MORE MONEY HE DENIED AND TOLD ME “ITS AN INTERNAL THING AND SHOULDN’T BE GOING OUT” All they are doing is robbing people in the name of “SHORTAGE”, “COVID” and whatsoever.

I wouldn’t even give 1 If possible. Won’t recommend to anyone for sure.

Went in the show room for over 20 minutes without any one asking me if I needed help. Finally I approached a salesperson that was talking to another salesperson. Got a very brief answer that no stock and if I can wait 12 months then I can put down $500 deposit for a car that has no ETA, no fixed price

My husband and I went into Kia Richmond to browse for a second family car. We weren't sure what we wanted exactly but were leaning towards their electric car. Jack took the time to show us all of its feature and answered all our questions.

Jack and Eddie helped me find my first vehicle here in BC. I'm really happy with my brand new KIA Seltos.
I went to multiple dealerships before choosing my car and KIA Richmond was the best service I received by far!

Walked in excited to get an appraisal on my trade in and buy another vehicle. No greeting, walked past employees, nothing. Waited over 5 mins then asked for some help, which didn't even come. Normally at dealerships there would be an immediate approach or acknowledgement, maybe an offer of some coffee, or to sit in the lounge to wait, but nothing. Felt like I was being avoided the minute I walked in.

I went here last year looking to get a Kona but all I got was the cold shoulder. The staff seems like they were just present and provides info when asked. A computer probably would do a better job at selling cars. After this incident, I went to Richmond Toyota the next day and met Stanley who was courteous, knowledgable and enthusiastic. I bought my alternate decision, a Prius Prime, that day.

I unwittingly came back this week thinking about replacing my other car with the EV6. The sales staff has not improved and seems like they were ruder than before. The sale staff seems more interested in pushing me out the door than to sell me a car. I was told that I probably "didn't see" the actual EV6 which stirred my interest in the first place. When I was driving away, the same staff was skipping happily towards a newly arrived car.

Seems like I'll be on the Rav4 waitlist instead of the Kia one. You guys should gets commission from Toyota. Too bad as the cars look amazing

The product advisor Liam provided us excellent service during the purchasing process. Manager was very reachable. Eddie from Financial Department and staff from the Insurance Department were super helpful. Definitely will recommend friends and family come to Kia Richmond.
