Not sure if this place has new owners? Had a great experience last year with an annual project. This year, the business has completely ghosted me after taking my money.
I first sent my job in in January. I tried to pick it up but it wasn’t there, and I’ve since moved. I was told they would ship it to me in February. It never showed up and now they have stopped replying to my emails. I even tried to get the Better Business Bureau to contact them, and they’ve now closed the case because the business won’t respond. Such a headache. Don’t waste your time/money!
EDIT: I see that the business has replied, which is the first I’ve heard from them in weeks. They said they would ship the reprint, which they never did. Brad and team: still waiting for you to reply to my emails.

Brad and the team at kickstart printing did an amazing job. They were super fast and the quality was fantastic. I had many questions about the job and they were able to give me great advice so I could figure out what would work best for my project. I can definitely say that they have their customers in mind and are extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for small or large jobs in the Tri-City area and beyond. Thanks guys!

Excellent service with Brad and co at Kickstart Printing! What a great group to work with and so very professional. We have used services for large foamcore posters, spiral-bound and covered agenda packages, event programme pamphlets, and high-quality magazine style booklets. They are diverse in their skills, and all of a very high quality finish! Thanks for your hard work, we will definitely come back in future.
