Great little spot, can tell lots of love goes into broth, some of the better pho I've ever had.

A solid pho spot with phenomenal service. The machine was down for the food and the staff were quick to inform of payment options upon arrival, the service of ordering and receiving food was within ten minutes, the fastest I’ve ever experienced. The food itself was good for the price (~$15 a large bowl) but was not exceptional compared to other local pho. Finding parking in the lot took longer than service for the food itself so make sure you have patience! Would recommend for a quick lunch if you are on break working near by.

Had no idea this place beside Safeway was so good. Love the spring rolls and so does my daughter.

Awesome food and very friendly and fast service! Lemongrass chicken pho is amazing and the chicken satay pho is even better! You will hear “Thank you very much! Have a nice day” on repeat from the young guy the whole time you’re there, but I think I notice it because I eat there 1-2 times a week. Other than that, it’s easily one of the very best places for pho in Vancouver.

Provides dishes with good taste at a reasonable price ~ Spring rolls ~ Beef noodles are well received ~ The lighting is average ~ The transportation is not convenient ~ I hope the store manager will grow bigger
